BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a knitted lace with a patterned pattern having raised portions.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The knitted lace is formed by warp yarns, has a wale extending in the first direction, and a plurality of wales arranged in a direction orthogonal to the first direction are connected by weft yarns to knit the knitted fabric. The knitted fabric has predetermined through holes by warps and wefts. By selecting the position where the weft is knitted into the wale, the shape and arrangement of the through holes are adjusted, and a lace pattern is formed on the knitted fabric. The knitted fabric is formed with a dense pattern portion into which the pattern yarn is knitted and a sparse base portion into which the pattern yarn is not knitted. It is formed. Such a patterned knitted lace is widely used, for example, for women's underwear.
[0003]
When the base part with a loose knitted fabric is used in a place where the garment directly touches the skin, there is a problem that the touch and sweat absorption are poor. For this reason, in the conventional technology, a net-like bonding material knitted with cotton yarn, etc., which is excellent in touch and sweat absorption, is separately bonded to the part of the knitted lace that directly touches the skin to improve the touch and sweat absorption. ing. However, the use of the bonding material causes a problem that the manufacturing process becomes complicated and the manufacturing cost increases, and the bonding material can be seen through the through holes, so that the aesthetic appearance of the pattern is impaired.
[0004]
In order to solve such a problem, other conventional knitted laces that improve the touch without using a bonding material are well known.2These are sectional views showing a conventional knitted

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a knitted lace with a patterned pattern which is comfortable to touch and has a clear patterned pattern, without using a floating yarn for forming raised hair.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a plurality of wales in which a plurality of loop-shaped portions are connected in parallel are formed by warp yarns, and wales adjacent to each other in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction in which the wale extends are mutually connected by warp yarns or weft yarns. It is a knitted lace with a patterned pattern,
A base portion including a sparse portion in which insertion yarns are knitted into a plurality of loop-shaped portions adjacent to each other in a first direction of a predetermined wale;
The insertion yarn is knitted into a plurality of loop-shaped portions adjacent in the first direction of the predetermined wale, and includes a dense portion in which the pattern yarn is knitted into the loop-shaped portion adjacent to the second direction of the predetermined wale. Having a handle,
The base portion is a first base portion in which insertion yarns are knitted into a plurality of loop-shaped portions adjacent to each other in a first direction of a predetermined wale;
A second base portion in which stretchable yarns are knitted into a plurality of loop-shaped portions adjacent to each other in a first direction of a predetermined wale;
As for the said pattern part, while inserting yarn is knitted into the several loop-shaped part adjacent to the 1st direction of a predetermined wale, the patterned thread is knitted into the several loop-shaped part adjacent to the 2nd direction of a predetermined wale. The first pattern part,
A second handle portion in which stretch yarns are knitted into a plurality of loop-shaped portions adjacent to each other in a first direction of the predetermined wale and a pattern yarn is knitted into a loop-shaped portion adjacent to the second direction of the predetermined wale; Including
The insertion yarn includes a stretchable core yarn and a covering yarn wound around the core yarn, and this insertion yarn is in a natural state so as to be partially exposed facing one side in the thickness direction of the knitted lace. And is knitted into a loop part of a given wale,
Stretch yarn has a different elasticity from the insertion yarn and is stretched from the natural state and knitted into a loop portion of a predetermined wale.It is.
[0017]
According to the present invention, having a dense pattern portion and a sparse base portion, and combining the pattern portion and the base portion, the knitted fabric can be contrasted by the density difference of the yarn, A knitted lace can be formed. Further, when the insertion yarn is knitted in an extended state during knitting, the core yarn shrinks after knitting, and the covering yarn is separated from the core yarn and wound in a loose state with respect to the core yarn.
[0018]
Since the insertion yarn faces the one side in the thickness direction of the knitting lace and is partially exposed, the loose portion of the covering yarn in the portion where the insertion yarn is exposed protrudes to one side in the thickness direction of the knitting lace. This loose part becomes fuzz which protrudes to the one side in the thickness direction so as to be deformable, in other words, an annular raising, and the knitted lace can obtain a raised state. Thereby, the touch when touching the knitted lace can be improved. Further, since the insertion yarn is also knitted in the base portion, the raised portion can be formed also in the base portion, and the touch can be improved satisfactorily on the entire surface on one side in the thickness direction of the knitted lace.
[0019]
Further, since the insertion yarn contracts with respect to the first direction, it does not bend to one side in the thickness direction of the knitted lace unlike the floating yarn of the prior art and does not become dense in the first direction. As a result, even if the insertion yarn is knitted in the base portion, the area of the yarn per unit area of the base portion can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to increase the density difference between the yarns of the pattern part and the base part, to clarify the contrast of the pattern, and to form a clear pattern.
[0020]
Therefore, it is possible to have a well-defined and clear pattern without providing floating yarns for forming raised hair.
Further, according to the present invention, the second base portion and the second handle portion are knitted with stretch yarns having different stretch amounts with respect to the insertion yarn. The amount of expansion / contraction of the insertion yarn is limited by the covering yarn, whereas the expansion / contraction yarn has a wide range of expansion amount in which the expansion / contraction yarn can be knitted, and the expansion / contraction amount can be easily changed. Thus, by changing the stretch amount of the stretchable yarn knitted into the knitted lace, it is possible to easily form the knitted lace having different stretchability regardless of the stretch of the insertion yarn.
[0021]
In the present invention, the stretchable yarn is stretched by a stretch amount larger than the stretch amount of the insertion yarn that is stretched and knitted from a natural state, and is knitted into a loop portion of a predetermined wale.
[0022]
According to the present invention, stretchable yarns are knitted in the second base portion and the second handle portion. The stretchable yarn is knitted by being stretched with an extension amount larger than the extension amount of the insertion yarn being stretched and knitted.
[0023]
In the natural state, the tension is released on the yarn. The extension amount is, for example, the length of the yarn portion that is extended by extending the yarn portion per unit length in the natural state of the yarn.
[0024]
The insertion yarn and the stretchable yarn knitted in the stretched state shrink after the knitting, and the knitted lace shrinks by the insert yarn and further shrinks by the stretchable yarn.
[0025]
Specifically, each loop-shaped part in which stretchable yarns are knitted are close to each other in the first direction, and the wale shrinks in the first direction. Moreover, since each wale is mutually connected to the wales adjacent in the second direction, the other wales adjacent to the second direction of the wales to be shrunk also shrink in the first direction. As the wale shrinks in this manner, the knitted lace contracts.
[0026]
When the insertion yarn is knitted into the wale that is shrunk by the stretch yarn, the insertion yarn further shrinks than the insertion yarn itself shrinks in the first direction after knitting. As a result, the core yarn constituting the insertion yarn further shrinks, and the interval between the coated yarn and the core yarn is increased.
[0027]
As a result, the protruding amount of the covering yarn protruding toward the one side in the thickness direction of the knitted lace increases, and the length of the fluff protruding toward the one side in the thickness direction of the knitted lace, and therefore the length of the ring raising is increased. As a result, the knitted lace can obtain a larger raised state, and the touch when the knitted lace is touched can be further improved. In addition, by knitting stretch yarns, a stretch knitted lace can be realized more reliably and a fit can be obtained.
[0028]
Even if the extension limit of the covering yarn is small and the tension when the insertion yarn is knitted in the stretched state cannot be increased, the stretch yarn different from the insertion yarn is knitted in the large stretched state, The insertion yarn can be sufficiently contracted after knitting, a gap between the covering yarn and the core yarn can be provided larger, and a sufficient ring raising can be obtained.
[0029]
Further, the invention is characterized in that the coated yarn has a hygroscopic property.
According to the present invention, the knitted lace can form fluff having hygroscopicity on one side in the thickness direction, and can obtain hygroscopicity on one side portion in the thickness direction of the knitted lace. For example, by providing one side in the thickness direction of the knitted lace in a portion that contacts the skin, sweat can be absorbed to prevent stuffiness.
[0030]
In the present invention, the thickness of the insertion thread is 0.5 times or more the thickness of the warp thread, and
It is characterized by being 25 times or less.
[0031]
According to the present invention, when the thickness of the insertion yarn exceeds 25 times the thickness of the warp yarn, the area of the yarn per unit area of the base portion becomes large, and the yarn of the base portion and the pattern portion becomes large. The density difference is reduced and the pattern cannot be clarified. Further, when the thickness of the insertion yarn is less than 0.5 times the thickness of the warp, the ratio of the stretch yarn exposed to one side in the thickness direction of the knitted lace is reduced in the base portion, and the touch of the knitted lace is reduced. I can't do it well.
[0032]
Therefore, when the thickness of the insertion yarn is 0.5 times or more and 25 times or less of the thickness of the warp, the touch can be improved and the pattern can be made clear.
[0033]
In the present invention, a plurality of wales in which a plurality of loop-shaped portions are connected to each other by warp are formed substantially in parallel, and the wales adjacent to each other in the second direction orthogonal to the first direction in which the wale extends are mutually connected by the warp or the weft. A method of manufacturing a knitted lace with a patterned pattern to be connected,
An insertion yarn including a stretchable core yarn and a covering yarn wound around the core yarn is knitted into a loop-like portion in an extended state, and the insertion yarn is partially exposed facing one side in the thickness direction of the knitted lace.As well as
Stretch a stretchable yarn having elasticity from a natural state and stretch it into a loop-shaped portion by stretching it with a stretch amount larger than the stretch amount of the insertion yarn. This is a method for producing a patterned knitted lace.
[0034]
According to the present invention, the insertion yarn is knitted in the stretched state during knitting, so that the core yarn shrinks after knitting and the coated yarn is wound in a loose state on the core yarn. Since the insertion yarn faces one side in the thickness direction of the knitting lace and is partially exposed, the loose part of the covering yarn becomes a fluff that protrudes to one side in the thickness direction of the knitting lace so that the knitting lace has a raised state. Can be obtained.
[0035]
Therefore, the raised state can be formed in the knitted lace without separately raising after the knitting, and the number of steps in the production of the knitted lace can be reduced. Further, the knitted lace can be formed without fraying the knitted fabric caused by the raising process. In addition, since the napping process is not performed, the fine fibers scattered by the napping process can be eliminated.
[0037]
According to the present invention, the stretchable yarn is stretched with a stretch amount larger than the stretch amount of the insertion yarn, and is knitted into a plurality of loop-shaped portions. As a result, the insertion yarn and the stretchable yarn shrink after knitting, and the knitted lace shrinks due to the shrinkage force of the insertion yarn and further shrinks due to the stretchable yarn.
[0038]
Since the stretch yarn shrinks more than the insertion yarn, the wale in which the stretch yarn is knitted shrinks compared to the case in which only the insertion yarn is knitted. Since each wale is connected to each other in the second direction, when one wale shrinks, the wale adjacent to the wale in the second direction also shrinks.
[0039]
When the insertion yarn is knitted into the wale that is shrunk by the stretch yarn, the insertion yarn further shrinks than the insertion yarn itself shrinks in the first direction after knitting. As a result, the coated yarn is further separated from the core yarn and wound around the core yarn in a more loose state.
[0040]
Thereby, the protruding amount of the covering yarn protruding toward one side in the thickness direction of the knitted lace is increased, and the ring raising can be increased. By increasing the ring raising, the touch when touching the knitted lace can be further improved. Further, the stretchability of the knitted lace can be more reliably realized by knitting the stretchable yarn.

Further, the stretchability in the first direction of the knitted lace can be more reliably provided.Furthermore, by changing the extension amount of the stretchable yarn knitted into the knitted lace, a knitted lace having different stretchability can be easily formed regardless of the extension of the insertion yarn.
[0121]
Further, according to the third aspect of the present invention, it is possible to improve the touch and to impart moisture absorption to the fluff.
[0122]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the thickness of the insertion yarn is determined to be not less than 0.5 times and not more than 25 times the thickness of the warp, so that the knitted lace has a good texture and a clear pattern. Can be formed satisfactorily.
