【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、島設備に複数並べて設置するパチンコ遊技機やスロット遊技機（パチスロ遊技機）などの遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
島設備に複数並べて設置する従来の遊技機、例えばパチンコ遊技機にあっては、外枠が木製であり、この外枠を島設備の上下の横材に釘で打ちつけて島設備に固定するとともに、設置傾斜角度の調整を行っている。
【０００３】
一方、近時は、パチンコ遊技機の外枠を合成樹脂により形成し、これを釘により島設備への固定することも提案されている。外枠を木製から合成樹脂製に切り換えることは、ライフサイクルが比較的短いパチンコ遊技機において、リサイクルを容易にするとともに、木材という天然資源の保護に寄与し得るという長所を有するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、パチンコ遊技機の外枠においては、これを樹脂化した場合でも所要の強度を確保する必要がある。このため、合成樹脂製外枠の強度を向上させ、また、成形する際に発生するヒケを防止するために、外枠を構成する上下の横材並びに左右の縦材を中実（ムク）とせずに、各部材内に空部を形成してリブで補強することが有利と考えられる。

しかしながら、このように外枠の各部材に空部とリブを形成する場合、金型の抜きなど成型上の問題から外枠の外側の面に空部が開口してリブで区画されることとなる。このため、島設備へ設置する場合に、外枠の島設備に対する接触面が、空部の開口によって、外枠と島設備との接触面が小さくなってしまい、頑丈な設置ができない。

そこで、本発明は、合成樹脂製の外枠の強度を向上させ、且つ島設備に対する頑丈な設置ができる遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するために提案されたものであり、請求項１に記載のものは、島設備に設置される外枠を、上下の横部材、左右の縦部材を有する矩形の枠体により構成し、外枠の前面開口部を内枠で塞いで遊技盤の遊技部を前面に臨ませた遊技機において、
上記外枠を合成樹脂により成形するとともに、上横部材の上面側及び下横部材の下面側に補強リブを形成すると共に該補強リブにより区画される凹部状の空部を複数形成し、
上横部材及び下横部材に島設備への取付部材を通すための貫通孔を開設し、
上横部材の上面には、該上横部材の各空部の開口部分を閉塞する状態で、島設備との接触面を形成する補強金属板を取り付けると共に、該補強金属板に上記貫通孔に対応する貫通孔を開設したことを特徴とする遊技機である。

請求項２に記載のものは、請求項１の構成に加えて、補強金属板は、外枠の上横部材上面にその左右全長に亘って添設される平面部と、該平面部の両端からコ字状に折れ曲がり外枠側面の一部を被う側面部とを有し、
補強金属板の側面部に、内枠を開閉可能に取り付けるためのヒンジ部材を一体に形成したことを特徴とする遊技機である。

請求項３に記載のものは、請求項１または２の構成に加えて、前記外枠の下横部材の下面に、該下横部材の各空部の開口部分を閉塞する状態で、島設備との接触面を形成する補強金属板を取り付けると共に、該補強金属板に遊技機の島設備に対する設置角度の調節手段を設けたことを特徴とする遊技機である。

【作用】
請求項１に記載の遊技機では、合成樹脂により成形した外枠の上下の横部材が補強リブの形成により補強されるとともに、上横部材の上面に取り付けた補強金属板により強度が高められる。また、上横部材に補強リブを形成すると共に該補強リブにより区画される凹部状の空部を複数形成することにより島設備に接触する面積が減少しても、該上横部材の取り付けた補強金属板が島設備との接触面積を補足するので、島設備に対する設置は必要十分な強さを確保することが可能となり、頑丈な設置ができる。
そして、補強金属板に開設した貫通孔から釘などの取付部材を挿通して島設備に強固に固定することができる。

請求項２に記載の遊技機では、補強金属板が、外枠の上横部材上面にその左右全長に亘って添設される平面部と、該平面部の両端から折れ曲がり外枠側面の一部を被う側面部とを有するコ字状なので、この補強金属板が上横部材のみならず外枠側面までを補強して外枠の変形を防止し、これにより外枠全体の剛性を高めることが可能である。
また、補強金属板の側面部に、内枠を開閉可能に取り付けるためのヒンジ部材を一体に形成したので、内枠の重量を上横部材の全面に分散して作用する。したがって、外枠の局部に負荷が集中することを防止することができ、内枠を安定した状態で確実に支えることができる。

請求項３に記載の遊技機では、外枠の下横部材の下面に、該下横部材の各空部の開口部分を閉塞する状態で、島設備との接触面を形成する補強金属板を取り付けると共に、該補強金属板に遊技機の島設備に対する設置角度の調節手段を設けたので、この調節手段により遊技機の傾斜角度を所定の角度に調節して設置することができる。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は代表的な遊技機であるパチンコ遊技機１の正面図、図２はパチンコ遊技機１の斜視図、図３はガラス枠２を開いた状態のパチンコ遊技機１の斜視図、図４は内枠（前面枠）３を外した状態のパチンコ遊技機１の斜視図、図５はパチンコ遊技機１の背面図である。

パチンコ遊技機１は、前後が開放した矩形の外枠（機枠）４と、該外枠４の一側（本実施例では図中左側）に上下のヒンジ５，５により外枠４の前面開口部分に対して開閉可能に軸着した額縁状の内枠３と、該内枠３の一側にヒンジ６，６により開閉可能に軸着して内枠３の上半を全幅にわたって被うようにして設けたガラス枠２と、該ガラス枠２の下方一側にヒンジ（図示せず）により開閉可能に軸着して内枠３の下半を全幅にわたって被うようにして設けた開閉パネル７などからなり、内枠３の窓部から後方に一体成形した遊技盤収納枠８内に遊技盤９を装着してガラス枠２を閉じると、遊技盤９の表面に形成した遊技部１０がパチンコ遊技機１の前面に臨んで、この遊技部１０を遊技者がガラス枠２のガラス１１を通して見られるように構成されている。

そして、内枠３は、施錠装置の一部を構成するフック１２によって外枠４の他側の係止部材１３に施錠され、また、ガラス枠２は、施錠装置を構成する他のフック１４によって内枠３の他側に施錠され、これらは内枠３の上部一側に設けたシリンダ錠１５の鍵穴に差し込んだ鍵を一方に回動すると内枠３が、他方に回動するとガラス枠２が解錠する構成となっている。

また、開閉パネル７の下側の内枠３の前面部分に操作パネル１６を設け、開閉パネル７の表面には上皿１７を、操作パネル１６には下皿１８と打球発射装置１９の発射操作ハンドル２０をそれぞれ設けてある。

また、本実施例におけるガラス枠２は、上部一側に切欠部２１を形成し、該切欠部２１によって内枠３の閉止状態におけるシリンダ錠１５の肉厚な取付部分２２との干渉を回避する。そして、ガラス枠２の上部他側には、賞球ランプ２３と完了ランプ２４を一体化したランプ表示器を、上部中央部分にはパイロットランプ２５をそれぞれ設けてある。また、ガラス枠２の開口部の内縁下部および左右には、全体として略Ｕ字状に装飾ランプ表示器２６のレンズ部材を配置し、左右のレンズ部材の途中にはスピーカ２７，２７を設け、下部のレンズ部にはメッセージ表示部２８を設けてある。このメッセージ表示部２８は、例えば“３．７ラッキー４．９交換”等を表示した表示札を出し入れ可能に収納してメッセージ表示できるようにしたものである。

外枠４は、ＡＢＳ樹脂などの合成樹脂により、上横部材４ａ、下横部材４ｂ、左縦部材４ｃ、及び右縦部材４ｄを有して前後が開放した矩形の枠体として成型されており、前面開口部分の下部には前面部４ｅを一体に形成して強度を高めてある。また、図７及び図８に示すように、上横部材４ａの上面側、下横部材４ｂの下面側にはそれぞれ補強リブ３１…により区画して有底空部３２…を形成してある。即ち、外枠４の外周面に凹部状の空部３２…を形成して肉厚を調整すると共に、各空部３２間に補強リブ３１を形成して所要の強度を確保している。なお、左縦部材４ｃの左側面側、および右縦部材４ｄの右側面側にもそれぞれ補強リブ３１を形成して補強してもよい。

また、補強リブ３１には、外枠４の上横部材４ａ及び下横部材４ｂのそれぞれに、島設備への取付部材である釘を通すための貫通孔３３を両端近傍に形成する。そして、上横部材４ａの貫通孔３３は横長孔（固定釘用長孔）として形成し、下横部材４ｂの貫通孔３３は、角度調整手段として機能するもので、釘１本に対応する丸孔を外枠４の前後方向に３連に配置した形態で形成されている。

また、左右の縦部材４ｃ，４ｄの上端近傍の外側面および下端近傍の外側面には、後述する補強金属板３４の厚さに対応した段部３５を形成する。上端近傍に形成する段部３５は前後長さの全長にわたって形成し、下端近傍に形成する段部３５は前後長さの内、前方の一部を残して形成し、補強金属板３４を取り付けた際に、補強金属板３４の外面と左右の縦部材４ｃ，４ｄの外面とがほぼ面一になるように構成する。

このように構成された外枠４には、図５に示すように、遊技盤収納枠８の裏側に取り付けた球排出装置等の裏メカユニット（裏機構）３７を担持する内枠３が上下のヒンジ５，５により取り付けられる。したがって、外枠４はこの重量に耐える強度を充分に有する必要があり、上記補強リブ３１による構成はこの要求に対して充分な強度を提供するものとなる。しかし、反面、この外枠４を島設備に取り付ける場合、外枠４の上横部材４ａの上面及び下横部材４ｂの下面が島設備に対して接触する面積が補強リブ３１の端縁の総面積と横部材４ａ，４ｂの周縁の総面積との和となるため、従来の木枠の場合に比べ非常に小さくなり、頑丈な設置が困難となる。

そこで、外枠４の上横部材４ａの上面には、島設備との接触面を形成する補強金属板３４を取り付け、また外枠４の下横部材４ｂの下面には、同じく島設備との接触面を形成する補強金属板３９を取り付ける。

上横部材４ａの上面に添設する補強金属板３４は、鉄板やアルミニウム板などをコ字状に屈曲した部材であり、図７に示すように、外枠４の上横部材４ａの上面の左右全長を被う平面部４０と、その両端にＬ字状に折り曲げて形成した外枠４側面の一部を被う側面部４１，４１とを有し、この側面部４１，４１に設けた小孔４２…により外枠４の側面にネジ止めされる。

一方、下横部材４ｂの下面に添設する補強金属板３９は、上横部材４ａに添設する補強金属板３４と同様の構成であるが、前後幅は、下横部材４ｂの前後長さよりも短く設定してある。これに対して、上記した上横部材用補強金属板３４は、上横部材４ａの前後長さの全域を被う前後長さに設定してある。この様に、下横部材４ｂに添設する補強金属板３９の前後幅を狭くした理由は、外枠４の取り付けた状態で、補強金属板３９の外面が外枠４の外面とほぼ面一になり、しかも前端縁が段部３５に隠されて遊技者から見えなくなり、これにより見栄えを良くするためである。なお、上横部材４ａに取り付ける補強金属板３４は、遊技者の視線が届き難いので、前端縁が見えても目立たない。

外枠４は、上横部材４ａの上面及び下横部材４ｂの下面が補強金属板３４，３９の各平面部４０で被われて空部３２の開口部分が閉塞されるので、島設備との接触面が大きくなり、強固な取付が可能となる。また、外枠４の縦部材４ｃ，４ｄの側面の隅角部が補強金属板３４，３９の側面部４１，４１により被われるため、外枠４自体の強度（剛性）が補強リブ３１による補強と相俟って著しく高められ、補強を確実なものとしている。

また、上面側の補強金属板３４の側面部４１には、内枠開閉用ヒンジ５を構成するヒンジ部材として、筒状軸受部５ａを一体に設ける。この様に、補強金属板３４にヒンジ５の軸受部５ａを一体に形成すると、内枠３や裏メカユニット３７等の重量が大きくても、この大きな重量を上横部材４ａの全面に分散させることができるので、外枠４に局部的な負荷を掛けることを防止することができ、これにより内枠３等を強固且つ安定した状態で支持することができる。しかも、従来の様に、ヒンジ５の軸受部５ａを別個に作成する場合に比較して、その製造コストの低減を図ることができる。

また、上横部材４ａに取り付ける補強金属板３４の島設備との接触面、即ち平面部４０には、島設備との接触抵抗を更に大きくするために滑べり止め突起４４を切り起こしにより形成すると共に、釘を挿通するために上横部材４ａの貫通孔３３に対応する位置に横長の貫通孔（固定釘用長穴）４５を開設する。
一方、下横部材４ｂの補強金属板３９には、その貫通孔３３…に対応する３つの貫通孔４６…を開設する。

外枠４は、この上横部材４ａの貫通孔４５，３３に通した釘を打って上部を島設備の上横材に止着した後、下部を前後動することにより所定の傾斜角度に調整し、その角度調整された姿勢位置で下横部材４ｂの貫通孔４６，３３に釘を通して打ち付けることにより下部を島設備の下横材に固定し、これにより島設備に所定の傾斜角度で設置される。したがって、補強金属板３９は島設備との接触面として機能する他、その貫通孔４６が設置角度の調整補助手段として機能することになる。そして、この様にして島設備に設置すると、補強金属板３４と島設備との面接触に加えて、補強金属板３４の滑べり止め突起４４…が島設備の木製上横材に食い込むので、パチンコ遊技機１は初期の設置角度を維持する。
なお、外枠４を島設備に固定する取付部材は、釘に限定されるものではなく、例えば木ねじ、ボルトなどでもよい。

外枠４と内枠３は合成樹脂製なので、不正行為を防止するための構成も容易に設けることができ、外枠４と内枠３との接合部分を、一方に凸部を、他方に凹部を形成して凹部と凸部との嵌合によりピアノ線等の侵入を阻止するように構成してもよい。

本実施例では、外枠４の上下の横部材４ａ，４ｂおよび左右の縦部材４ｃ，４ｄの各前端面に凹部を形成し、内枠３の背面側に凸部を形成している。即ち、図４および図６に示すように、外枠４の上横部材４ａ、下横部材４ｂ、左縦部材４ｃ、および右縦部材４ｄの各部材の接合部分（前端縁部分）を合成樹脂により断面コ字状に一体に形成し、これにより各部材に受け凹溝５１が形成されて前面側に開口されており、また、図９および図１２に示すように、受け溝５１内には中間部にボス部５２を有する補強リブ５３を形成し、全体として補強部を構成している。また、ヒンジ５，５側の左縦部材４ｃには、図１１に示すように、左縦部材４ｃの前端縁近傍の内面には開口部が内側（右側）に開口した一条の凹溝５４を上下方向に形成する。

一方、内枠３の裏面側には、図１１および図１２に示すように、内枠３を閉じると補強部の受け溝５１内に嵌合する嵌合突起部材として忍び返し用金属プレート５５を取り付けると共に、左縦部材４ｃの凹溝５４内に嵌合する嵌合突起部材として忍び返し用金属プレート５６を取り付ける。この忍び返し用金属プレート５６は、図１１に示すように、内枠３の裏面に当接して上下に延びる平坦部５６ａと、該平坦部５６ａの一側（ヒンジ５側）から鈎形に折り曲げられてヒンジ５側に延在する折り曲げ縁部５６ｂとを有し、内枠３を閉じると折り曲げ縁部５６ｂが図１１に示すように左縦部材４ｃの忍び返し用凹溝５４内に嵌合し、外枠４と内枠３との隙間から差し込まれることがあるピアノ線等の侵入を阻止する忍び返しを構成するようになっている。

上記金属プレート５６は、上端部と下端部に、ヒンジ５，５の一部を構成する部材を一体に形成してある。具体的には、金属プレート５６の上端を前方に折り曲げて該屈曲部に軸５ｂを下向きに固定し、この軸５ｂを前記軸受部５ａ内に嵌合するヒンジ用軸とし、また、下端部を前方に折り曲げ該屈曲部に軸受孔を開設し、この軸受孔をヒンジ用軸孔とする。この様に、金属プレート５６にヒンジ用の部材を一体に形成すると、これらに相当する部材を別個に作成するよりも安価である。なお、下端に形成した軸受孔の相手側となる金属ピン５ｃは、図４に示すように、外枠４に形成した凸部に上向きに圧入されている。

さらに、上記金属プレート５６には、その折り曲げ縁部５６ｂと反対側の遊技盤収納枠８寄りに、配線等のためのコードバインダー片５６ｃを一体に形成し、遊技盤収納枠８の側面との間で配線を挟持するように構成してある。

また、右縦部材４ｄの受け溝５１内には、図９および図１０に示すように、溝側壁から突出させた小片から成るコードバインダー片５９が、上下方向に離れて２個又はそれ以上配設してある。同様に配線の結束処理を図る目的で、左縦部材４ｃにも、図１１に示すように、比較的浅い断面コ字状の凹溝５１を一体に形成して該凹溝５１内にコードバインダー片５９を形成する。

また、本実施例では図１３に示すように、外枠４の上横部材４ａの受け溝５１を利用して、外枠４自体に賞球・完了ランプ装置を取り付けてある。即ち、受け凹溝５１内には、その補強リブ６３のボス部５２上にランプ基板６０を載置し、その中央部をネジによりボス部５２に止着する。この賞球・完了ランプ基板６０は、受け凹溝５１の溝延在方向に並べて配設した２つのランプ６１ａ，６１ｂと、その中間に配設された光漏洩防止用の仕切りプレート６２とを担持しており、その配線コード６３は受け溝５１底部に設けた開口部６４を抜けて裏側に導出されている。

内枠３には、この賞球・完了ランプ基板６０の位置に対応させて開口窓６５を開設し、上記２つのランプ６１ａ，６１ｂはこれを通してガラス枠２に嵌め込まれた左右二色の賞球ランプ２３・完了ランプ２４の各レンズを照らし得るように構成されている。したがって、賞球排出時には賞球ランプ２３が、また、打止になると完了ランプ２４がそれぞれ別個に輝いてその旨を可視表示することができる。

なお、上記した実施例はパチンコ遊技機１について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、例えばパチスロ遊技機、アレンジボール遊技機、雀球遊技機など島設備に複数並べて設置されて、遊技を直接行なう遊技部１０が前面に臨む遊技機であればどのような遊技機でもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明によれば、次のような効果を奏する。
請求項１記載の発明によれば、遊技機の外枠を合成樹脂により形成し、その上横部材及び下横部材に補強リブと該補強リブにより区画される凹部状の空部と取付部材用貫通孔とを形成すると共に、その上横部材の上面に島設備との接触面を形成する補強金属板を取り付けているので、遊技機の外枠は補助金属板を介在した状態で島設備に設置されることとなり、島設備に対する接触面積が大きくなって樹脂による滑りがなくなると共に、外枠自体が補強されてその強度が向上する。したがって、補強金属板がない場合に比較してより頑丈に遊技機の樹脂製外枠を島設備に設置できる。

請求項２の発明によれば、補強金属板の平面部両端からコ字状に折れ曲がった側面部により、外枠側面の一部を被うので、補強金属板が平面部しか具備しない場合に比べ、より強く外枠を補強することができて剛性を向上させることができる。したがって、外枠が変形することを有効に阻止することができる。

また、補強金属板の側面部に内枠用ヒンジの一部を一体に形成したので、内枠等の重量を上横部材の全面に分散させて支えることができる。したがって、外枠の局部に負荷が集中することを防止することができ、内枠を安定した状態で確実に支持することができる。また、ヒンジの一部を補強金属板に一体にして構成すると、ヒンジを単独に作成して取り付ける場合に比べて、組立作業が簡略化されて省力化に寄与することができるとともに、製造コストを低減することができる。

請求項３の発明によれば、上記外枠の下横部材の下面にも補強金属板を取り付けているので、外枠の上横部材のみに補強金属板を取り付けた場合よりも大きな接触面を確保することができ、また、この補強金属板に、島設備に対する設置角度の調節手段となる貫通孔を設けているので、設置傾斜角度を定める際の補助とすることができる。
