[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a gaming machine according to claim 1 is provided with a front frame made of synthetic resin and attached to the front frame so as to be openable and closable on a front side of a player, and a game is provided at a substantially central portion. A front cover member having a window portion that allows an area to be visually recognized, wherein the front frame has a front side near a surface near an inner wall surface of the front cover member when the front cover member is closed. The reinforcing rib portion is provided so as to face the substantially entire length of the upper side portion and the left and right side wall portions of the front cover member.
[0007]
In the gaming machine according to claim 1, which has such a feature, the front frame made of synthetic resin has a front surface when a front cover member having a window portion that allows a game area to be viewed in a substantially central portion is closed. A reinforcing rib portion is provided on a surface portion near the inner wall surface of the cover member so as to be erected in the front side so as to oppose substantially the entire length of the upper side portion and the left and right side wall portions of the front cover member.
With this, when the front cover member is closed, the reinforcing rib portion which is erected in the front side direction so as to oppose over substantially the entire length of the upper side portion and the left and right side portions of the inner wall surface of the front cover member, The rigidity of the front frame made of synthetic resin can be reliably improved, and when the front cover member is closed, the reinforcing rib portion is covered by the front cover member. The appearance can be improved without any gap or the like. Even if a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from the gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate must reach the game area in order to reach the game area. After hitting the portion, it is necessary to bend at a substantially right angle and to get over the reinforcing rib portion, so that it is possible to make it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate.
The reinforcing ribs may be continuously erected in the front direction so as to oppose each other over the entire length of the upper side portion and the right and left side wall portions of the front cover member, but a hinge member pivotally supporting the front cover member. The reinforcing ribs are not provided upright on the front surface of the front frame facing the portion of the front cover member that covers the side surfaces of the front cover member with the hinge members or the like. (I.e., the reinforcing ribs may be provided so as to oppose over substantially the entire length of the upper side portion and the right and left side wall portions of the front cover member). Accordingly, there is no need to form the reinforcing ribs in accordance with the complicated shape of the portion to which the hinge member and the like are attached, and the shape of the reinforcing ribs becomes a simple shape, and the front frame can be easily formed. . In addition, since the side surface of the front cover member facing the interrupted portion of the reinforcing rib portion is covered with a hinge member or the like, it is extremely difficult for the interrupted portion of the reinforcing rib portion to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate. It becomes possible to.
[0008]
Also, in the gaming machine according to claim 2, in the gaming machine according to claim 1, the front frame has a groove formed along a side wall portion outside the reinforcing rib portion, and the groove portion is It has a 1st wall along the base end of the side wall part, and a 2nd wall which forms an acute angle with the 1st wall outside.
[0009]
In the gaming machine according to the second aspect having such a feature, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate becomes a reinforcing rib. When it hits the outer side wall of the part and bends in the rearward direction of the gaming machine, it enters along the first wall surface of the groove formed along the base end of the side wall portion and then forms an acute angle with the first wall surface. Since it enters into the groove along the second wall surface to be formed, it reaches a dead end, and it is possible to make it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate.
[0010]
In a gaming machine according to a third aspect, in the gaming machine according to the second aspect, the first wall surface is a vertical surface substantially perpendicular to a surface portion of the front frame.
[0011]
In the gaming machine according to the third aspect having such a feature, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate becomes a reinforcing rib. When it hits the outer side wall of the part and bends in the rearward direction of the gaming machine, after smoothly entering along the vertical plane substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame formed along the base end of this side wall However, since the thin plastic plate enters the groove along the second wall surface forming an acute angle with the vertical surface, the thin plastic plate has a dead end in a state where the thin plastic plate is pressed toward the second wall surface side at the rear edge of the vertical surface. This makes it extremely difficult to enter the game area.
[0012]
In the gaming machine according to a fourth aspect, in the gaming machine according to the second aspect, the first wall surface is formed so as to be inclined more inward than a vertical surface substantially perpendicular to a surface portion of the front frame. It is characterized by having.
[0013]
In the gaming machine according to the fourth aspect having such a feature, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate becomes a reinforcing rib. When it hits the outside wall of the part and bends in the rearward direction of the gaming machine, it forms along the base end of this side wall so as to be inclined more inward than the vertical plane substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame. In order to more smoothly enter the groove along the first wall surface, the thin plastic plate is formed at the back edge formed by the first wall surface and the second wall surface forming an acute angle in the rear direction of the gaming machine. As a result, a dead end is reached in the state of being pressed, and it is possible to make it extremely difficult to enter the game area.
[0014]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the gaming machine according to any one of the second to fourth aspects, the second wall surface has an inclined plane that forms an acute angle with the first wall surface in an outward direction. Surface.
[0015]
In the gaming machine according to claim 5 having such a feature, since the second wall surface is a flat inclined surface that forms an acute angle with the first wall surface in the outward direction, the thin plastic plate that has entered the groove portion includes: At any position over the entire length of the groove, the end of the first wall surface is pressed in the direction toward the second wall surface to reach a dead end, making it extremely difficult to enter the game area. It becomes possible.
[0016]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the gaming machine according to the fifth aspect, the second wall surface has a substantially arc-shaped cross-sectional end portion of the second wall surface in a front surface side direction of the front frame. It is characterized by having been done.
[0017]
In the gaming machine according to the sixth aspect having such a feature, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between a front frame made of a synthetic resin and a side end surface of the front cover member, the front of the second wall surface is prevented. Since the edge of the frame in the surface side direction is formed in a substantially arc-shaped cross section, when the tip of this thin plastic plate hits the outer side wall of the reinforcing rib, it is bent in the back side direction of the gaming machine. Therefore, the possibility of entering the groove can be increased, and it is possible to make it extremely difficult for the plastic plate to enter the game area.
[0018]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the gaming machine according to any one of the second to fourth aspects, the second wall surface is an inclined surface having a substantially arc-shaped cross section protruding toward the first wall surface. It is characterized by the following.
[0019]
In the gaming machine according to the seventh aspect having such a feature, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of a synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the second wall surface becomes the second wall surface. Since the thin plastic plate is formed on an inclined surface having a substantially arc-shaped cross section that protrudes toward the wall surface side, when the front end of the thin plastic plate hits the outer side wall of the reinforcing rib, the thin plastic plate is more easily bent in the back side direction of the gaming machine. At the same time, the thin plastic plate that has entered the groove has a dead end at any position over the entire length of the groove while being pressed so as to be pressed against the second wall at the back edge of the first wall. It becomes possible to make it extremely difficult to enter the game area.
[0020]
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, in the gaming machine according to any one of the second to seventh aspects, an edge of the second wall surface in a front surface side direction of the front frame is the front cover member. Is formed so as to face the end face in the rear direction.
[0021]
In the gaming machine according to the eighth aspect having such a feature, the front edge of the front frame of the second wall surface forming the groove portion is opposed to the rear end surface of the front cover member. As a result, the inside edge of the rear end face of the front cover member is located within the width of the groove formed at the base end of the reinforcing rib of the front frame.
Thereby, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, when the plastic plate or the like hits the outer side wall of the reinforcing rib portion, Since the surface of the reinforcing rib portion side of the portion facing the groove portion of the plastic plate or the like abuts on the inner edge of the rear end surface of the front cover member, along the first wall surface forming the groove portion. It is forced into the groove while being forcibly bent in the direction of the second wall surface, and reaches a dead end at the sharp inner edge of the groove, making it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate. It becomes possible.
[0022]
Further, in the gaming machine according to claim 9, in the gaming machine according to claim 8, the front cover member has a guide rib portion formed on an inner peripheral portion facing the groove, and the guide rib portion. Is inserted into the groove when the front cover member is closed.
[0023]
In the gaming machine according to claim 9 having such features, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate or the like is Along the guide rib inserted into the groove of the front cover member, the groove enters the groove while being forcibly bent along the second wall surface forming the groove. In this case, a dead end occurs at the portion, and it is possible to make it more difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate.
[0024]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, first to ninth embodiments in which a gaming machine according to the present invention is embodied as a pachinko machine will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(1st Embodiment)
First, a schematic configuration of the pachinko machine according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment is a so-called first-class pachinko machine that pays out a predetermined amount of pachinko balls as prize balls, and generally includes a CR machine (card reading machine). It is constituted by a card-type ball lending machine and a pachinko machine 1, and these are installed in a pair, but the illustration of the card-type ball lending machine is omitted in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the pachinko machine 1, a front frame 3 made of a synthetic resin is attached to a wooden outer frame 2 to be openable and closable to the outer frame 2 via an upper hinge 4 and a lower hinge 5 constituting a hinge for attaching the front frame. Have been. A front cover member 7 made of resin is mounted on the front side of the upper half of the front frame 3 so as to be openable and closable by being supported on the upper and lower portions of the left edge. A substantially circular window 8 is opened at a substantially central portion of the front cover member 7, and a game area is formed through two glasses mounted on a glass holding frame formed at an outer peripheral edge of the window 8. It is configured to be visible. At the upper edge of the window 8 of the front cover member 7, a full-color light emitting diode is incorporated, and an error display lamp 10 for displaying an error during the game is attached. Further, on the left and right outer sides of the error display illumination lamp 10, illumination lamps 11 for notifying occurrence of a "hit" or the like and performing a light effect during a game are attached. The front part of the front cover member 7 is covered with a front member 13 made of an opaque synthetic resin. Full color diodes are built in the left and right direction, and light effects are performed during the game.
[0025]
Further, a key insertion portion 12 for operating a locking device (not shown) for locking the front frame 3 and the front cover member 7 is provided at a central portion on the right side of the front cover member 7. To open the front cover member 7, a predetermined key is inserted into the key insertion portion 12 and turned in a predetermined direction, so that the locked state of the locking device is released and only the front cover member 7 is opened.
[0026]
Below the front cover member 7, an upper plate 15 for receiving a prize ball dispensed through a known prize ball dispensing device (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-309265) incorporates a speaker 15A and a resin. It is arranged on the plate 16. The plate 16 is pivotally supported on the upper and lower sides of the left edge, and is mounted so that the front cover member 7 can be opened and then opened by lowering a lever (not shown) provided inside. Further, on the center front portion of the upper plate 15, operation buttons 15B and 15C of the card-type ball lending machine and a card balance display device 15D are provided. Under the upper plate 15, a lower plate 18 is provided. The pachinko ball of the upper plate 15 is sent to a launching device (not shown) connected to the operation handle 19 via a ball feed mechanism (not shown) communicating with the upper plate 15.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 2, a substantially square opening 21 in front view, in which a game board (not shown) or the like is detachably provided, is provided at a substantially central portion of a portion of the front frame 3 facing the front cover member 7. Is provided. Around the upper edge and the left and right edges of the opening 21, the reinforcing ribs 23 are formed so as to oppose substantially the entire length of the upper side and the left and right side walls of the front cover member 7. It is formed linearly so as to protrude substantially vertically outward from the surface portion. As will be described later, a groove 24 is formed at the base end of the outer side wall 23A of the reinforcing rib 23 (see FIG. 4). When the front cover member 7 is attached to the front side of the front frame 3 and closed as shown in FIG. 1, each of the reinforcing ribs 23 and the groove 24 is covered with the front cover member 7 (FIG. 5). reference).
[0028]
Next, the reinforcing ribs 23 and the grooves 24 formed on the front surface of the front frame 3 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4, the reinforcing rib portion 23 has a substantially rectangular side section and is integrally formed so as to protrude substantially vertically from the front surface portion of the front frame 3. The height of the reinforcing ribs 23 from the surface of the front frame 3 is such that the upper end face is located near the back side of the front cover member 7 and will hit the back side of the front cover member 7 as described later. It is not formed.
The groove 24 formed along the base end of the outer side wall 23A of the reinforcing rib 23 has a vertical surface 24A substantially perpendicular to the front surface of the front frame 3 and a back side direction of the vertical surface 24A (see FIG. 4 and a flat inclined surface 24B extending outward (toward the upper right in FIG. 4) at an acute angle from the edge. The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 24B is formed so as to be located inside the inner side wall of the front cover member 7 as described later (see FIG. 5).
[0029]
Next, the reinforcing rib portion 23 and the groove portion 24 of the pachinko machine 1 with the front cover member 7 closed will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, in a state where the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 1 is closed, a rear end surface portion (a lower end surface portion in FIG. 5) of an upper side portion and left and right side portions of the front cover member 7 is closed. The front frame 3 is in contact with the front peripheral surface of the front frame 3 (the upper peripheral surface in FIG. 5), and the front surface of the front frame 3 is almost covered by the front cover member 7 and cannot be seen from the front side of the player. . The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 24B forming the groove 24 is formed at a position slightly inside the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right sides. I have. Further, a tip end portion (an upper end surface portion in FIG. 5) of the reinforcing rib portion 23 extends to near the rear side surface of the front cover member 7.
Thus, for example, when a thin plastic plate (for example, a plastic plate having a thickness of about 0.5 mm) is inserted through a gap between the side wall of the front cover member 7 and the front frame 3, the tip of the plastic plate is inserted. Is bent along the vertical surface 24A of the groove 24 in the rearward direction (downward direction in FIG. 5) after entering the groove 24 in the direction of arrow 28. As a result, a dead end is formed on the deep side of the groove 24 formed by the vertical surface 23A and the inclined surface 24B, and the vehicle cannot cross the reinforcement rib 23 and enter the game area direction (left direction in FIG. 5).
[0030]
Here, the vertical surface 24A functions as a first wall surface. The inclined surface 24B functions as a second wall surface.
[0031]
As described above, in the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment, when the front cover member 7 is closed, the front side of the inner wall surface of the front cover member 7 Reinforcing ribs 23 are provided upright so as to face substantially the entire length of the left and right sides. Further, the base end of the outer side wall 23A of the reinforcing rib 23 has a vertical surface 24A substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3 and an acute angle formed from the back side edge of the vertical surface 24A. A groove 24 is formed, which is formed from an inclined surface 24B extending outward. The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 24 </ b> B is formed so as to be located inside the inner side wall of the front cover member 7.
[0032]
Therefore, the rigidity of the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin can be reliably improved by the reinforcing ribs 23, and when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing ribs 23 and the groove 24 are formed on the front surface. Since the pachinko machine 1 is covered by the cover member 7, the appearance can be improved without generating a gap or the like at the peripheral portion on the front side of the pachinko machine 1.
Even if a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from the gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, the plastic plate does not reach the game area in order to reach the game area. After hitting the outer side wall, it is necessary to bend at a substantially right angle and to get over the reinforcing ribs 23, making it extremely difficult to invade a thin plastic plate or the like into the game area. Further, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, the plastic plate hits the outer side wall 23 </ b> A of the reinforcing rib 23 and the pachinko machine 1. When bent in the rearward direction, the groove 24 formed along the base end of the outer side wall 23A follows the inclined surface 24B along the vertical surface 24A substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3. As described above, since the vehicle enters the groove 24, a dead end occurs, and it is possible to make it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate.
[0033]
(2nd Embodiment)
Next, a pachinko machine according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The same reference numerals as those of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment denote the same or corresponding parts as those of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment.
The schematic configuration of the pachinko machine according to the second embodiment is substantially the same as the configuration of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment. However, the configuration of the reinforcing ribs and the grooves formed on the front surface of the synthetic resin front frame of the pachinko machine according to the second embodiment is the same as that of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment, as described later. It is different from the configuration of the groove 23 and the groove 24.
[0034]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the schematic configuration of the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment is substantially the same as the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment (see FIGS. 1 to 3). However, as shown in FIG. 7, reinforcing ribs 32 are provided on the upper edge and the left and right sides of the front cover member 7 at the upper edge and the left and right edges of the opening 21 provided at the approximate center of the front frame 3. The front frame 3 is formed linearly so as to protrude substantially vertically outward from the surface of the front frame 3 so as to face substantially the entire length of the side portion. As will be described later, a groove 33 is formed at the base end of the outer side wall 32A of the reinforcing rib 32 (see FIG. 8). Then, as shown in FIG. 6, when the front cover member 7 is attached to the front side of the front frame 3 and closed, the respective reinforcing ribs 32 and the grooves 33 are covered with the front cover member 7 (FIG. 9). reference).
[0035]
Next, the reinforcing ribs 32 and the grooves 33 formed on the front surface of the front frame 3 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 8, the reinforcing rib portion 32 has a substantially rectangular side section and is integrally formed so as to protrude substantially perpendicularly from the front surface portion of the front frame 3. The height dimension of the reinforcing ribs 32 from the surface of the front frame 3 is such that the upper end face is located near the back side of the front cover member 7 and will hit the back side of the front cover member 7 as described later. It is not formed. A chamfered portion 32A is formed on the outer side edge of the upper end surface of the reinforcing rib portion 32. When the front cover member 7 is opened to the front side of the player, the back end surface of the front cover member 7 is formed. It is configured not to interfere with the unit. The reinforcing rib 32 is formed at a position slightly outward from the position where the reinforcing rib 23 formed on the periphery of the opening 21 of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment stands. I have. That is, when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing rib portion 32 is located closer to the back side wall surface of the front cover member 7 than the reinforcing rib portion 23 of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment. It is erected.
[0036]
The groove 33 formed along the base end of the outer side wall 32B of the reinforcing rib 32 has a vertical surface 33A substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3 and a back side direction of the vertical surface 33A (see FIG. 8, a downward inclined surface 33B that forms an acute angle and extends outward (upward on the right in FIG. 8) from the edge. The front edge of the front surface of the front frame 3 of the inclined surface 33B is formed so as to face the rear surface of the front frame 3 of the front cover member 7 which faces the peripheral surface of the front frame 3 as described later (see FIG. 4). (See FIG. 9).
[0037]
Next, the reinforcing rib 32 and the groove 33 in a state where the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 31 is closed will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 9, when the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 31 is closed, the rear side end portions of the upper side portion and the left and right side portions of the front cover member 7 (the lower side end portion in FIG. 9). The front frame 3 is brought into contact with the front peripheral surface of the front frame 3 (the upper peripheral surface in FIG. 9), and the front surface of the front frame 3 is almost covered by the front cover member 7 and becomes invisible from the front side of the player. . The front edge of the front surface 3 of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 33B forming the groove 33 is formed by the inner side edge and the outer side edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right sides. It is formed so that it may oppose the position between. For example, as shown in FIG. 9B, the front edge of the front surface 3 of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 33B forming the groove 33 is formed by the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right edge. It is formed at a position facing a position slightly outward from the inner side edge. Further, a tip end portion (an upper end surface portion in FIG. 9) of the reinforcing rib portion 32 extends to near the rear side surface of the front cover member 7.
[0038]
Thereby, for example, when a thin plastic plate (for example, a plastic plate having a thickness of about 0.5 mm) or the like is inserted from the gap between the side wall portion of the front cover member 7 and the front frame 3, the tip of the plastic plate is inserted. The portion abuts against the outer side wall portion 32A of the reinforcing rib portion 32, and the opening of the groove portion 33 (the upper end portion in FIG. 9B) allows the one side surface of the plastic plate to be on the upper side and the left and right sides of the front cover member 7. It abuts on the inner side edge of the rear end surface of the side. Therefore, the front end of the plastic plate is easily bent in the rearward direction (downward direction in FIG. 9) along the vertical surface 33A of the groove 33. Then, as shown in FIG. 9 (B), it enters the groove 33 in the direction of the arrow 35, and reaches a dead end on the deep side of the groove 33 formed by the vertical surface 33A and the inclined surface 33B. And cannot enter the game area direction (left direction in FIG. 9).
[0039]
Here, the vertical surface 33A functions as a first wall surface. In addition, the inclined surface 33B functions as a second wall surface.
[0040]
As described above, in the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment, when the front cover member 7 is closed, the upper edge of the inner wall surface of the front cover member 7 A reinforcing rib portion 32 is provided upright so as to oppose substantially the entire length of the left and right sides. The base end of the outer side wall portion 32B of the reinforcing rib portion 32 has a vertical surface 33A substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3 and an acute angle formed from the back side edge of the vertical surface 33A. A groove 33 composed of an inclined surface 33B extending outward is formed. The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 33B is located between the inner edge and the outer edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right edge. Is formed so as to oppose.
[0041]
Therefore, the rigidity of the synthetic resin front frame 3 can be reliably improved by the reinforcing ribs 32, and when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing ribs 32 are Therefore, the pachinko machine 31 can be improved in appearance without generating a gap or the like at the peripheral edge on the front side.
The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 33B of the groove 33 is located between the inner edge and the outer edge of the rear edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the left and right edges. , The reinforcing ribs 32 can be erected closer to the inner side walls of the upper side and the left and right sides of the front cover member 7. For this reason, even if a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted through a gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, this plastic plate does not reach the game area without the reinforcing ribs 32. After hitting the outer side wall portion, it is necessary to bend at a substantially right angle and to get over the reinforcing rib portion 32, thereby making it difficult for the thin plastic plate or the like to enter the game area.
When a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted through a gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, the tip of the plastic plate extends along the vertical surface 33 </ b> A of the groove 33. It is made to enter the groove 33 while being forcibly bent in the direction of the inclined surface 33B, and reaches a dead end at the sharp bottom of the groove 33, which makes it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate. Become.
[0042]
(Third embodiment)
Next, a pachinko machine according to a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The same reference numerals as those of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment denote the same or corresponding parts as those of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment.
The schematic configuration of the pachinko machine according to the third embodiment is substantially the same as the configuration of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment. However, the configuration of the reinforcing ribs and the grooves formed on the front surface of the synthetic resin front frame of the pachinko machine according to the third embodiment, and the shape of the portion of the front cover member facing the grooves are described later. The configuration is different from the configuration of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment.
[0043]
As shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the schematic configuration of the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment is substantially the same as that of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment (see FIGS. 1 to 3). However, as shown in FIG. 11, reinforcing ribs 42 are provided on the upper edge and the right and left sides of the front cover member 7 at the upper edge and the right and left edge of the opening 21 provided at the substantially central portion of the front frame 3. It is formed linearly so as to protrude substantially vertically outward from the surface of the front frame 3 so as to face substantially the entire length of the side wall. As will be described later, a groove 43 is formed at the base end of the outer side wall 42A of the reinforcing rib 42 (see FIG. 13).
As shown in FIG. 12, a guide rib portion is provided on the inner peripheral portion of the upper side portion and the left and right side portions facing the groove portion 43 of the front cover member 7 in the back side direction (upward direction in FIG. 12B). (See FIG. 14). As shown in FIG. 10, when the front cover member 7 is attached to the front side of the front frame 3 and closed, the respective reinforcing ribs 42 and the groove 43 are covered with the front cover member 7 (FIG. 14). reference).
[0044]
Next, the reinforcing ribs 42 and the grooves 43 formed on the front surface of the front frame 3 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 13, the reinforcing rib portion 42 has a substantially rectangular side section and is integrally formed so as to protrude substantially perpendicularly from the front surface portion of the front frame 3. The height dimension of the reinforcing ribs 42 from the surface of the front frame 3 is such that the upper end face is located near the back face of the front cover member 7 and will hit the back face of the front cover member 7 as described later. It is not formed. A chamfered portion 42A is formed on the outer side edge of the upper end surface of the reinforcing rib portion 42, and when the front cover member 7 is opened to the front side of the player, the back end surface of the front cover member 7 is formed. It is configured not to interfere with the unit. The reinforcing ribs 42 are formed at positions slightly outward from the positions where the reinforcing ribs 23 formed on the periphery of the opening 21 of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment are erected. I have. That is, when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing rib portion 42 is located closer to the back side wall surface of the front cover member 7 than the reinforcing rib portion 23 of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment. It is erected.
[0045]
A groove 43 formed along the base end of the outer side wall portion 42B of the reinforcing rib portion 42 has a vertical surface 43A substantially perpendicular to the front surface of the front frame 3 and a back side direction of the vertical surface 43A (see FIG. 13, a downward inclined surface 43B extending outwardly (upward on the right in FIG. 13) at an acute angle from the edge. In addition, the front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 43B is formed so as to face the inside of the rear surface facing the peripheral surface of the front frame 3 of the front cover member 7 (described later). See FIG. 14).
[0046]
Next, a schematic configuration of the reinforcing rib portion 42, the groove portion 43, and the guide rib portion 44 when the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 41 is closed will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 14, when the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 41 is closed, the rear side end portions of the upper side portion and the left and right side portions of the front cover member 7 (the lower side end portion in FIG. 14). The front frame 3 is in contact with the front peripheral surface of the front frame 3 (the upper peripheral surface in FIG. 14), and the front surface of the front frame 3 is almost covered by the front cover member 7 and cannot be seen from the front side of the player. . The front side edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 43B forming the groove 43 is formed by the inner side edge and the outer side edge of the upper side and the left and right side of the front cover member 7. It is formed so that it may oppose the position between. For example, as shown in FIG. 14 (B), the front edge of the front surface 3 of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 43 </ b> B forming the groove 43 is the rear edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the left and right edge. It is formed at a position facing a position slightly outward from the inner side edge. In addition, a tip end portion (an upper end surface portion in FIG. 14) of the reinforcing rib portion 42 extends to a vicinity of a back side surface of the front cover member 7.
Further, a guide rib portion 44 is provided on the inner peripheral edge portion facing the upper side portion and the left and right side side groove portions 43 of the front cover member 7 in a substantially vertical outward direction over the entire length of the groove portion 43 (the lower side in FIG. 14). Direction). When the front cover member 7 is closed, the upper end of the guide rib 44 is inserted into the groove 43 and is formed so as to be located near the inclined surface 43B constituting the groove 43. .
[0047]
Thereby, for example, when a thin plastic plate (for example, a plastic plate having a thickness of about 0.5 mm) or the like is inserted from the gap between the side wall portion of the front cover member 7 and the front frame 3, the tip of the plastic plate is inserted. The portion comes into contact with the guide rib portion 44 of the front cover member 7 and is bent rearward (downward in FIG. 14) along the inclined surface 43B of the groove portion 43, so that the vertical surface 43A of the groove portion 43 and the inclined surface are inclined. A dead end is formed on the inner side of the groove 43 formed by the groove 43B, and it is impossible to get over the reinforcing rib 42 and enter the game area direction (left direction in FIG. 14). Even if the height dimension of the guide rib portion 44 is small, one surface portion of the plastic plate abuts on the guide rib portion 44 at the opening of the groove portion 43 (the upper end portion in FIG. 14B). Therefore, the front end of the plastic plate is bent in the back side direction (downward direction in FIG. 14) along the vertical surface 43A of the groove 43. Then, as shown in FIG. 14 (B), it enters the groove 43 in the direction of arrow 45, and reaches a dead end on the deep side of the groove 43 formed by the vertical surface 43A and the inclined surface 43B, and the reinforcing rib portion 42 And cannot enter the game area direction (left direction in FIG. 14).
[0048]
Here, the vertical surface 43A functions as a first wall surface. In addition, the inclined surface 43B functions as a second wall surface.
[0049]
As described above, in the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment, when the front cover member 7 is closed, the upper side of the inner wall surface of the front cover member 7 A reinforcing rib portion 42 is provided upright so as to oppose substantially the entire length of the left and right sides. The base end of the outer side wall 42B of the reinforcing rib 42 has a vertical surface 43A substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3 and an acute angle formed from the rear edge of the vertical surface 43A. A groove 43 composed of an inclined surface 43B extending outward is formed. The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 43B is located between the inner edge and the outer edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right edges. Is formed so as to oppose. In addition, a guide rib portion 44 is linearly formed on the inner peripheral portion of the front cover member 7 facing the upper side portion and the left and right side side portions of the groove portion 43 so as to protrude substantially vertically outward over the entire length of the groove portion 43. Is formed.
[0050]
Therefore, the rigidity of the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin can be reliably improved by the reinforcing ribs 42, and when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing ribs 42 and the groove 43 are formed on the front surface. Since the pachinko machine 41 is covered by the cover member 7, the appearance can be improved without generating a gap or the like at the peripheral portion on the front side of the pachinko machine 41.
Further, the front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 43B of the groove 43 is located between the inner edge and the outer edge of the rear edge of the upper edge and the right and left edge of the front cover member 7. , The reinforcing ribs 42 can be erected closer to the upper side and the inner side walls of the left and right sides of the front cover member 7. For this reason, even if a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted through a gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, the plastic plate does not reach the game area without the reinforcing ribs 42. After hitting the outer side wall portion, it is necessary to bend at a substantially right angle and to get over the reinforcing rib portion 42, thereby making it difficult to enter a thin plastic plate or the like into the game area.
When a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from the gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, the front end of the plastic plate is replaced with the front cover. Abutting against the guide rib portion 44 of the member 7, it is bent rearward along the inclined surface 43 </ b> B of the groove 43, and reaches a dead end at the deep side of the groove 43 formed by the vertical surface 43 </ b> A and the inclined surface 43 </ b> B of the groove 43. As a result, it is impossible to get over the reinforcing rib portion 42 and enter the game area. Even if the height dimension of the guide rib portion 44 is low, one surface of the plastic plate abuts on the guide rib portion 44 at the opening of the groove portion 43, so that the back side direction along the vertical surface 43A of the groove portion 43 The groove 43 is forcibly bent into the groove 43, and reaches a dead end at the sharp bottom of the groove 43. This makes it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate.
[0051]
(Fourth embodiment)
Next, a pachinko machine according to a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The same reference numerals as those of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment denote the same or corresponding parts as those of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment.
The schematic configuration of the pachinko machine according to the fourth embodiment is substantially the same as the configuration of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment. However, the configuration of the groove of the pachinko machine according to the fourth embodiment is different from the configuration of the groove 24 of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment.
[0052]
As shown in FIG. 15, the schematic configuration of the pachinko machine 51 according to the fourth embodiment is substantially the same as that of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment (see FIGS. 1 to 3). However, as shown in FIG. 15, a groove 52 is formed at the base end of the outer side wall 23 </ b> A of the reinforcing rib 23. The groove portion 52 forms an acute angle from a vertical surface 52A substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3 and an edge of the vertical surface 52A in the back side direction (downward direction in FIG. 15) in the outward direction (FIG. 15, a right side upward direction), a flat inclined surface 52B, and an arc portion 52C having a substantially arc-shaped cross section formed on the front edge of the front surface of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 52B. It is configured. The front edge of the front frame 3 of the arc portion 52 </ b> C is formed so as to be located inside the inner side wall of the front cover member 7. Thus, when the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 51 is closed, the rear side end portions (the lower end surface portion in FIG. 15) of the upper side portion and the left and right side portions of the front cover member 7 are formed by the front frame 3. The front surface of the front frame 3 is almost covered by the front cover member 7 and is invisible from the front side of the player side. The front edge of the front frame 3 of the arc portion 52C forming the groove 52 is formed at a position slightly inside the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right sides. I have. In addition, a tip end portion (an upper end surface portion in FIG. 15) of the reinforcing rib portion 23 extends to near the rear side surface of the front cover member 7.
[0053]
Therefore, the rigidity of the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin can be reliably improved by the reinforcing ribs 23, and when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing ribs 23 and the groove 52 are formed on the front surface. Since the pachinko machine 51 is covered with the cover member 7, the appearance can be improved without generating a gap or the like at the peripheral portion on the front side of the pachinko machine 51.
Further, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, when the plastic plate hits the outer side wall portion 23 </ b> A of the reinforcing rib portion 23. Then, the pachinko machine 51 easily bends in the rearward direction (in the direction of the arrow 53) along the arc portion 52C, and along the vertical surface 52A of the groove portion 52 formed along the base end portion of the outer side wall portion 23A. The likelihood of entry into the groove 52 along the inclined surface 52B can be increased, and when entering the groove 52, a dead end is reached, and entry into the game area such as a thin plastic plate is further reduced. It can be difficult.
[0054]
Here, the vertical surface 52A functions as a first wall surface. The inclined surface 52B and the arc portion 52C constitute a second wall surface.
[0055]
(Fifth embodiment)
Next, a pachinko machine according to a fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The same reference numerals as those of the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment denote the same or corresponding parts as those of the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment.
The schematic configuration of the pachinko machine according to the fifth embodiment is substantially the same as the configuration of the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment. However, the configuration of the groove of the pachinko machine according to the fifth embodiment is different from the configuration of the groove 33 of the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment.
[0056]
As shown in FIG. 16, the schematic configuration of the pachinko machine 61 according to the fifth embodiment is substantially the same as the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment (see FIGS. 6 and 7). However, as shown in FIG. 16, the groove 62 formed along the base end of the outer side wall 32 </ b> B of the reinforcing rib 32 has a vertical surface 62 </ b> A substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3 and a vertical surface 62 </ b> A. A substantially arc-shaped inclined surface 62B extending in the outward direction (upper right side in FIG. 16) at an acute angle from the rear edge (lower direction in FIG. 16) of 62A. Have been. The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 62B is formed so as to face the inside of the rear surface facing the peripheral surface of the front frame 3 of the front cover member 7. Thus, when the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 61 is closed, the rear side end portions (the lower end surface portion in FIG. 16) of the upper side portion and the left and right side portions of the front cover member 7 are formed by the front frame 3. The front surface of the front frame 3 is almost covered by the front cover member 7 and is invisible from the front side of the player side, in contact with the front peripheral surface (the upper peripheral surface in FIG. 16). Further, the front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 62B forming the groove 62 is slightly more outward than the inner side edges of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right sides. It is formed at a position opposite to the position. In addition, a front end portion (an upper end surface portion in FIG. 16) of the reinforcing rib portion 32 extends to a vicinity of a rear side surface of the front cover member 7.
[0057]
Therefore, the rigidity of the synthetic resin front frame 3 can be reliably improved by the reinforcing ribs 32, and when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing ribs 32 are Therefore, the pachinko machine 61 can be improved in appearance without generating a gap or the like at the peripheral portion on the front side of the pachinko machine 61.
In addition, the front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 62B of the groove 62 is located between the inner side edge and the outer side edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right sides. , The reinforcing ribs 32 can be erected closer to the inner side walls of the upper side and the left and right sides of the front cover member 7.
When a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, the tip of the plastic plate hits the vertical surface 62A of the groove 62. At this time, the pachinko machine 61 is more easily bent in the back side direction (in the direction of the arrow 63), and the thin plastic plate that has entered the groove 62 has the vertical surface 62A at any position over the entire length of the groove 62. In a state in which the groove is pressed so as to be pressed against the inclined surface 62B having a substantially arc-shaped cross section at the far side edge portion thereof, a dead end is formed at the sharp bottom of the groove portion 62, and it is extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate. It is possible to do.
[0058]
Here, the vertical surface 62A functions as a first wall surface. In addition, the inclined surface 62B functions as a second wall surface.
[0059]
(Sixth embodiment)
Next, a pachinko machine according to a sixth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The same reference numerals as those of the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment denote the same or corresponding parts as those of the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment.
The schematic configuration of the pachinko machine according to the sixth embodiment is substantially the same as the configuration of the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment. However, the configuration of the groove of the pachinko machine according to the sixth embodiment is different from the configuration of the groove 43 of the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment.
[0060]
As shown in FIG. 17, the schematic configuration of the pachinko machine 71 according to the sixth embodiment is substantially the same as the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment (see FIGS. 10 to 12). However, as shown in FIG. 16, the groove 72 formed along the base end of the outer side wall 42 </ b> B of the reinforcing rib 42 includes a vertical surface 72 </ b> A substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3 and this vertical surface 72 </ b> A. A slanted surface 72B having a substantially arc-shaped cross-section that forms an acute angle and extends outward (upward to the right in FIG. 17) from an edge of the back side (lower direction in FIG. 17) of the pachinko machine 71 of 72A. And is composed of The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 72B is formed so as to face the rear end surface of the front cover member 7 which faces the peripheral surface of the front frame 3. Accordingly, when the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 71 is closed, the rear side end portions (the lower end surface portion in FIG. 17) of the upper side portion and the left and right side portions of the front cover member 7 are formed by the front frame 3. The front surface of the front frame 3 is almost covered by the front cover member 7 and is invisible from the front side of the player side, in contact with the front peripheral surface (the upper peripheral surface in FIG. 17). Also, the front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 72B forming the groove 72 is slightly more outward than the inner edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right sides. It is formed at a position opposite to the position. Further, a tip end portion (upper end face portion in FIG. 17) of the reinforcing rib portion 42 extends to a vicinity of a back side surface of the front cover member 7.
Further, a guide rib portion 44 is provided on the inner peripheral edge portion facing the groove portion 72 on the upper side and the left and right side portions of the front cover member 7 in a substantially vertical outward direction over the entire length of the groove portion 72 (the lower side in FIG. 17). Direction). When the front cover member 7 is closed, the upper end of the guide rib 44 is inserted into the groove 72 and formed so as to be located near the inclined surface 72B constituting the groove 72. .
[0061]
Therefore, the rigidity of the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin can be reliably improved by the reinforcing ribs 42, and when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing ribs 42 and the groove 72 are formed on the front surface. Since the pachinko machine 71 is covered with the cover member 7, the pachinko machine 71 can be improved in appearance without generating a gap or the like at the peripheral portion on the front side.
In addition, the front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 72B of the groove 72 is located between the inner edge and the outer edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right edge. , The reinforcing ribs 42 can be erected closer to the upper side and the inner side walls of the left and right sides of the front cover member 7.
The groove 72 is forcibly bent (in the direction of the arrow 73) so as to abut on the guide rib portion 44 of the member 7 and to follow the inclined surface 72B of the groove portion 72 having a substantially arc-shaped cross section. When the plastic plate further enters, it is pressed at any position over the entire length of the groove 72 so as to be pressed against the inclined surface 72B having a substantially arc-shaped cross section at the far end of the vertical surface 72A. In this state, a dead end occurs at the sharp bottom of the groove 72, and the vehicle cannot get over the reinforcement rib 42 and enter the game area. Even if the height of the guide ribs 44 is small, the one side surface of the plastic plate abuts on the guide ribs 44 at the opening of the groove 72, so that the back side along the vertical surface 72 </ b> A of the groove 72. The groove 72 is forced into the groove 72 while being forced to bend, and reaches a dead end at the sharp bottom of the groove 72, making it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate.
[0062]
Here, the vertical surface 72A functions as a first wall surface. The inclined surface 72B functions as a second wall surface.
[0063]
(Seventh embodiment)
Next, a pachinko machine according to a seventh embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The same reference numerals as those of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment denote the same or corresponding parts as those of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment.
The schematic configuration of the pachinko machine according to the seventh embodiment is substantially the same as the configuration of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment. However, the configuration of the groove of the pachinko machine according to the seventh embodiment is different from the configuration of the groove 24 of the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment.
[0064]
As shown in FIG. 18, the schematic configuration of the pachinko machine 81 according to the seventh embodiment is substantially the same as the pachinko machine 1 according to the first embodiment (see FIGS. 1 to 3). However, as shown in FIG. 18, a groove 82 is formed at the base end of the outer side wall 23 </ b> A of the reinforcing rib 23. The groove 82 has a wall surface 82A inclined inward (leftward in FIG. 18) from a vertical surface substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3, and a back side direction (downward in FIG. 18) of the wall surface 82A. And a flat inclined surface 82B extending from the edge to the outside (upward on the right side in FIG. 18) at an acute angle. The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 82 </ b> B is formed so as to be located inside the inner side wall of the front cover member 7. Thereby, when the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 81 is closed, the rear side end portions (the lower end surface portion in FIG. 18) of the upper side portion and the left and right side portions of the front cover member 7 are formed by the front frame 3. The front surface of the front frame 3 is almost covered by the front cover member 7 and is invisible from the front side of the player side. The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 82B forming the groove 82 is formed at a position slightly inside the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right sides. I have. In addition, a tip end portion (an upper end surface portion in FIG. 18) of the reinforcing rib portion 23 extends to near the rear side surface of the front cover member 7.
[0065]
Therefore, the rigidity of the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin can be reliably improved by the reinforcing ribs 23, and when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing ribs 23 and the groove 82 are formed on the front surface. Since the pachinko machine 81 is covered with the cover member 7, the appearance can be improved without generating a gap or the like at the peripheral portion on the front side of the pachinko machine 81.
When a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted through a gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, the plastic plate hits the outer side wall 23 </ b> A of the reinforcing rib 23 and the pachinko machine 81. When bent in the rearward direction (in the direction of arrow 83), the groove 82 is formed along the inclined surface 82B along the wall surface 82A of the groove 82 formed along the base end of the outer side wall 23A. As a result, a dead end is formed at the sharp bottom of the groove 82, and it is possible to make it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate.
[0066]
Here, the wall surface 82A functions as a first wall surface. The inclined surface 82B functions as a second wall surface.
[0067]
Note that an arc portion having a substantially arc-shaped cross section (e.g., corresponding to the arc portion 52C in FIG. 15) may be formed at the edge of the inclined surface 82B in the front surface direction of the front frame 3. Thus, even if a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from the gap between the front frame 3 and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, when this plastic plate hits the outer side wall portion 23A of the reinforcing rib portion 23, it is inclined. The pachinko machine 81 easily bends in the rearward direction (in the direction of arrow 83) along the arc of the front edge of the front frame 3 of the surface 82B in the front side direction, and along the base end of the outer side wall 23A. It is possible to increase the possibility of entering the groove 82 along the inclined surface 82B along the wall surface 82A of the formed groove 82, and when entering the groove 82, a dead end occurs and the thin plastic It is possible to make it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a board.
Here, the wall surface 82A functions as a first wall surface. Further, an arc portion having a substantially arc-shaped cross section at the inclined surface 82B and the edge of the front surface 3 of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 82B constitutes a second wall surface.
[0068]
(Eighth embodiment)
Next, a pachinko machine according to an eighth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The same reference numerals as those of the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment denote the same or corresponding parts as those of the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment.
The schematic configuration of the pachinko machine according to the eighth embodiment is substantially the same as the configuration of the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment. However, the configuration of the groove of the pachinko machine according to the eighth embodiment is different from the configuration of the groove 33 of the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment.
[0069]
As shown in FIG. 19, the schematic configuration of the pachinko machine 91 according to the eighth embodiment is substantially the same as the pachinko machine 31 according to the second embodiment (see FIGS. 6 and 7). However, as shown in FIG. 19, the groove 92 formed along the base end of the outer side wall 32 </ b> B of the reinforcing rib 32 is inward (in FIG. 19) from a vertical plane substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3. 19, a wall surface 92A inclined to the left (in the left direction) and an edge of the wall 92A in the rear direction (the lower direction in FIG. 19) forms an acute angle in the outward direction (the upper right direction in FIG. 19). And a planar inclined surface 92B extending therefrom. The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 92 </ b> B is formed so as to face the inside of the rear surface facing the peripheral surface of the front frame 3 of the front cover member 7. Thus, when the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 91 is closed, the rear edge of the upper edge and the left and right edges of the front cover member 7 (the lower edge in FIG. The front surface of the front frame 3 is almost covered by the front cover member 7 and is invisible from the front side of the player side. The front edge of the front surface 3 of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 92B forming the groove 92 is slightly more outward than the inner edges of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right sides. It is formed at a position opposite to the position. Further, a tip end portion (an upper end surface portion in FIG. 19) of the reinforcing rib portion 32 extends to near the rear side surface of the front cover member 7.
[0070]
Therefore, the rigidity of the synthetic resin front frame 3 can be reliably improved by the reinforcing ribs 32, and when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing ribs 32 are Therefore, the pachinko machine 91 can be improved in appearance without generating a gap or the like at the peripheral portion on the front side of the pachinko machine 91.
Further, the front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 92B of the groove 92 is located between the inner edge and the outer edge of the rear edge of the upper edge and the left and right edge of the front cover member 7. , The reinforcing ribs 32 can be erected closer to the inner side walls of the upper side and the left and right sides of the front cover member 7.
When a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted through a gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, the tip of the plastic plate hits the wall surface 92 </ b> A of the groove 92. In addition, the pachinko machine 91 is more easily bent in the back side direction (in the direction of the arrow 93). When this plastic plate hits the outer side wall portion 23A of the reinforcing rib portion 23 and bends in the rearward direction of the pachinko machine 91 (in the direction of arrow 93), the plastic plate is inclined along the wall surface 92A of the groove portion 92. Since the groove 92 enters the groove 92 along the surface 92B, a dead end is formed at the sharp bottom of the groove 92, and it is possible to make it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate.
[0071]
Here, the vertical surface 92A functions as a first wall surface. In addition, the inclined surface 92B functions as a second wall surface.
[0072]
Note that the flat inclined surface 92B may be formed as an inclined surface having a substantially arc-shaped cross section that protrudes toward the wall surface 92A (for example, corresponds to the inclined surface 62B in FIG. 16). Thereby, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from the gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, the tip of the plastic plate hits the wall surface 92 </ b> A of the groove 92. At this time, the pachinko machine 91 is more easily bent in the back side direction (in the direction of the arrow 93), and the thin plastic plate that has entered the groove portion 92 has the wall surface 92A at any position over the entire length of the groove portion 92. In a state where the back edge is pressed against the inclined surface having a substantially arc-shaped cross section, a dead end is formed at the sharp bottom of the groove 92, making it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate. Becomes possible.
Here, the wall surface 92A functions as a first wall surface. The inclined surface having a substantially arc-shaped cross section protruding toward the wall surface 92A functions as a second wall surface.
[0073]
(Ninth embodiment)
Next, a pachinko machine according to a ninth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The same reference numerals as those of the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment denote the same or corresponding parts as those of the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment.
The schematic configuration of the pachinko machine according to the ninth embodiment is substantially the same as the configuration of the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment. However, the configuration of the groove of the pachinko machine according to the ninth embodiment is different from the configuration of the groove 43 of the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment.
[0074]
As shown in FIG. 20, the schematic configuration of the pachinko machine 101 according to the ninth embodiment is substantially the same as that of the pachinko machine 41 according to the third embodiment (see FIGS. 10 to 12). However, as shown in FIG. 20, the groove 102 formed along the base end of the outer side wall 42 </ b> B of the reinforcing rib 42 is inward (in FIG. 20) from a vertical plane substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame 3. 20, a wall surface 102A inclined to the left (in the left direction) and an edge of the rear surface of the wall 102A (in the downward direction in FIG. 20) forming an acute angle in an outward direction (in the upper right direction in FIG. 20). And a planar inclined surface 102B extending therefrom. Further, the front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 102B is formed so as to face the rear end surface of the front cover member 7 which faces the peripheral surface of the front frame 3. Thus, when the front cover member 7 of the pachinko machine 101 is closed, the rear edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the left and right side edges (the lower edge in FIG. 20) of the front frame 3 The front surface of the front frame 3 is almost covered by the front cover member 7 and is invisible from the front side of the player side. Also, the front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 102B forming the groove 102 is slightly more outwardly than the inner edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the rear edge of the left and right sides. It is formed at a position opposite to the position. Further, a tip end portion (upper end face portion in FIG. 20) of the reinforcing rib portion 42 extends to a vicinity of a back side surface of the front cover member 7.
In addition, a guide rib portion 44 is provided on the inner peripheral portion facing the groove portion 102 on the upper side portion and the left and right side portions of the front cover member 7 in a substantially vertical outward direction over the entire length of the groove portion 102 (the lower side in FIG. 20). Direction). When the front cover member 7 is closed, the upper end of the guide rib 44 is inserted into the groove 102 and formed so as to be located near the inclined surface 102B constituting the groove 102. .
[0075]
Therefore, the rigidity of the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin can be reliably improved by the reinforcing ribs 42, and when the front cover member 7 is closed, the reinforcing ribs 42 and the groove 102 can be attached to the front surface. Since the pachinko machine 101 is covered with the cover member 7, the pachinko machine 101 can be improved in appearance without generating a gap or the like at the peripheral edge on the front side.
The front edge of the front surface 3 of the inclined surface 102B of the groove 102 is located between the inner edge and the outer edge of the rear edge of the upper edge of the front cover member 7 and the right and left edges. , The reinforcing ribs 42 can be erected closer to the upper side and the inner side walls of the left and right sides of the front cover member 7.
The member 7 comes into contact with the guide rib portion 44 and is forcibly bent (in the direction of the arrow 103) along the inclined surface 102B of the groove portion 102. Then, when the plastic plate further enters, at any position over the entire length of the groove portion 102, the groove portion is pressed in such a manner as to be pressed against the inclined surface 102B at the rear edge of the wall surface 102A. A dead end occurs at the sharp bottom of 102, and it is impossible to get over the reinforcing ribs 42 and enter the game area. Even if the height of the guide ribs 44 is low, one surface of the plastic plate abuts on the guide ribs 44 at the opening of the groove 102, so that the surface of the plastic plate extends rearward along the wall 102A of the groove 102. It is forced into the groove 102 while being bent, and reaches a dead end at the sharp bottom of the groove 102, making it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate.
[0076]
Here, the wall surface 102A functions as a first wall surface. In addition, the inclined surface 102B functions as a second wall surface.
[0077]
Note that the flat inclined surface 102B may be formed as an inclined surface having a substantially arc-shaped cross section that protrudes toward the wall surface 102A (for example, corresponds to the inclined surface 72B in FIG. 17). Accordingly, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from the gap between the front frame 3 made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member 7, the front end of the plastic plate becomes the guide rib portion of the front cover member 7. When it hits 44, the pachinko machine 101 is more easily bent in the rear side direction (in the direction of the arrow 103), and the thin plastic plate that has entered the groove 102 is located at any position over the entire length of the groove 102. In a state where the rear end portion of the wall surface 102A is pressed against the inclined surface having a substantially arc-shaped cross section, a dead end is formed at the sharp bottom of the groove portion 102, so that it is extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate. It can be difficult.
Here, the wall surface 102A functions as a first wall surface. The inclined surface having a substantially arc-shaped cross section protruding toward the wall surface 102A functions as a second wall surface.
[0078]
Further, the present invention is not limited to the first to ninth embodiments, and it goes without saying that various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the first to ninth embodiments, each of the reinforcing ribs 23, 32, and 42 and each of the grooves 24 to 102 are formed in a shape in which a portion facing the upper hinge 4 is partially cut off. Alternatively, it may be formed in a continuous shape according to the shape of the inner side wall portion of the front cover member 7. Accordingly, even when a thin plastic plate (for example, a plastic plate having a thickness of about 0.5 mm) or the like is inserted from a gap between the side wall portion of the front cover member 7 near the upper hinge 4 and the front frame 3, After the plates and the like abut against the reinforcing ribs 23, 32, and 42, they enter the respective grooves 24 to 102 and reach a dead end on the back side, and the side wall and the front frame of the front cover member 7 near the upper hinge 4 3, it is possible to make it more difficult to enter the game area from the gap.
[0079]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the gaming machine according to claim 1, when the front cover made of synthetic resin closes the front cover having a window that allows the game area to be visually recognized at a substantially central portion, the front frame is made of the front cover. A reinforcing rib portion is provided on a surface portion near the inner wall surface so as to be erected in the front side so as to oppose substantially the entire length of the upper side portion and the right and left side wall portions of the front cover member.
It is possible to provide a gaming machine capable of improving appearance without generating a gap or the like. Even if a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from the gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate must reach the game area in order to reach the game area. Since it is necessary to bend at a substantially right angle after hitting the portion and further to get over the reinforcing rib portion, it is possible to provide a gaming machine that can make it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate. it can.
[0080]
Further, in the gaming machine according to claim 2, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate is located outside the reinforcing rib portion. When the game machine hits the side wall and bends in the rearward direction, after entering along the first wall of the groove formed along the base end of the side wall, the second wall forms an acute angle with the first wall. Therefore, the game machine can be provided with a dead end, which makes it extremely difficult to enter a game area such as a thin plastic plate.
[0081]
Further, in the gaming machine according to the third aspect, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate is located outside the reinforcing rib portion. When it hits the side wall and bends in the rearward direction of the gaming machine, after smoothly entering along the vertical surface substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame formed along the base end of this side wall, The thin plastic plate enters the groove along the second wall surface forming an acute angle with the thin wall, and the thin plastic plate reaches a dead end while being pressed in the direction toward the second wall surface at the rear edge of the vertical surface, and enters the game area. It is possible to provide a gaming machine that can make it extremely difficult to intrude.
[0082]
Further, in the gaming machine according to claim 4, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate is located outside the reinforcing rib portion. When it hits the side wall and bends in the rearward direction of the gaming machine, it is formed along the base end of the side wall so as to incline inward from a vertical plane substantially perpendicular to the surface of the front frame. In order to more smoothly enter the groove along the wall, the thin plastic plate was pressed toward the back side of the gaming machine at the back edge formed by the first wall and the second wall forming an acute angle. In the state, a dead end is provided, and it is possible to provide a gaming machine that can make it extremely difficult to enter the gaming area.
[0083]
In the gaming machine according to the fifth aspect, the second wall surface is a flat inclined surface that forms an acute angle with the first wall surface in an outward direction, and therefore, the thin plastic plate that has entered the groove has the entire length of the groove. In any position, the gaming machine can reach a dead end in a state where it is pressed in the direction toward the second wall surface at the rear edge of the first wall surface, thereby making it extremely difficult to enter the game area. Can be provided.
[0084]
Further, in the gaming machine according to claim 6, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between a front frame made of synthetic resin and a side end surface of the front cover member, the front side of the front surface of the second wall surface. The edge portion of the thin plastic plate is formed in a substantially arcuate cross section, so that when the tip end of the thin plastic plate hits the outer side wall of the reinforcing rib, the thin plastic plate is more easily bent in the back side direction of the gaming machine, and the groove is formed. It is possible to provide a gaming machine that can increase the possibility of entering the inside of the game and make it extremely difficult to invade this plastic plate into the game area.
[0085]
Further, in the gaming machine according to claim 7, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the second wall surface is on the first wall surface side. Since the projecting portion is formed on an inclined surface having a substantially arc-shaped cross section, when the tip of the thin plastic plate hits the outer side wall of the reinforcing rib, the thin plastic plate is more easily bent in the back side direction of the gaming machine, and the inside of the groove is formed. The thin plastic plate that has entered the end of the groove has a dead end at any position over the entire length of the groove and is pressed to be pressed against the second wall at the inner edge of the first wall. It is possible to provide a gaming machine that can make it extremely difficult to enter the game machine.
[0086]
In the gaming machine according to the eighth aspect, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate or the like is placed outside the reinforcing rib portion. When hitting the side wall of the plastic plate or the like, the surface of the portion facing the groove of the plastic plate or the like on the side of the reinforcing rib abuts on the inner edge of the rear end face of the front cover member. The groove is forcedly bent in the direction of the second wall surface along the first wall surface to be formed and enters the groove while being forced to a dead end at the sharp inner edge of the groove, so that a thin plastic plate or the like can be used for a game area. It is possible to provide a gaming machine that can make entry very difficult.
[0087]
Further, in the gaming machine according to the ninth aspect, when a thin plastic plate or the like is inserted from a gap between the front frame made of synthetic resin and the side end surface of the front cover member, the plastic plate or the like is used as the front cover member. Along the guide rib inserted into the groove, the groove enters the groove while being forcibly bent along the second wall surface forming the groove, so that a dead end is formed at the sharp inner edge of the groove. In addition, it is possible to provide a gaming machine that can make it more difficult to enter a gaming area such as a thin plastic plate.
