本発明は、前面にクリア部材保持枠を開閉可能に設け、該クリア部材保持枠のクリア部材により遊技部の前面を覆ったパチンコ遊技機やスロット遊技機(パチスロ遊技機)などの遊技機に関するものである。

従来、パチンコ機のクリア部材たるガラスを保持して前面側に開閉可能に備えられるクリア部材保持枠は金属製であり、補強部材は特に備えられていなかった

一方、最近では、パチンコ機においてそのガラス保持枠であるクリア部材保持枠を合成樹脂により成型し、これを内枠たる前面枠に開閉可能に取り付けることが考えられている。このように合成樹脂によりクリア部材保持枠を形成することは、パチンコ機の前面側のデザインを金属製の場合に比べて任意に設計できるという長所を有し、また、合成樹脂製であればリサイクルが容易であり天然資源の保護にも寄与する。

しかしながら、クリア部材保持枠を樹脂化した場合、金属製に比べてクリア部材保持枠の強度が低下するおそれがある。更に、樹脂化したクリア部材保持枠にヒンジを単体で備えた場合、そのヒンジの取付強度の低下が心配される

本発明は上記目的を達成するために提案されたもので、請求項1に記載のものは、前面にクリア部材保持枠を開閉可能に設け、該クリア部材保持枠のクリア部材により遊技部の前面を覆った遊技機において、

中央部分に開口部を形成する合成樹脂製のクリア部材保持枠本体と、
該クリア部材保持枠本体の裏側四周に連続した状態で固定されるとともに、当該クリア部材保持枠の開閉支軸側にヒンジ部材が一体に形成された補助金属板と、
上記クリア部材を備えたガラスユニットと、
を備え、
上記ガラスユニットは、上記クリア部材が2枚平行に納められるガラス縁枠を備えるとともに、上記クリア部材保持枠本体の開口部を裏側から塞いでなり、
上記ガラスユニットのガラス縁枠の下部には、上記補助金属板の下部内周縁に嵌装される溝を設けた嵌装部を有し、

請求項1の発明においては、クリア部材保持枠本体を合成樹脂により成形しても裏側四周に連続した状態で設けた補助金属板が補強材として機能する。したがってクリア部材保持枠全体としての強度を必要に応じて確保することができる。

以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。

ガラス保持枠本体21は、本実施例では図6に示すように、合成樹脂から成る左右2つのコ字状分割片24a,24bを端部の連結部25a,25bによって連結し、この連結により全体がロ字状に組み立てられる。このガラス保持枠本体21の両縁部は裏面側に折り返した様に成形され、両折り返し部25,25と前面部とによって裏面側に開口した凹室部26を形成し、この凹室部26内に配線27等の電気部品を収納できるように構成されている。なお、折り返し部25,25は、単に凹室部26を形成するだけではなく、前面部と直交する方向に壁状に形成されているので、ガラス保持枠本体21自体の強度を高める補強部としても機能している。そして、凹室部26は、ガラス保持枠本体21の裏面に取り付ける補助金属板22によりカバーされる。したがって、補助金属板22を取り付けた後は、凹室部26内に収納した配線27等の電気部品は、補助金属板22により覆い隠されてしまい、クリア部材保持枠2を開放した状態でも体裁を損ねることはない。

本実施例におけるクリア部材保持枠2は、上部両隅角部に切欠部31a,31bを形成し、自由端側の切欠部31bによって内枠3の閉止状態におけるシリンダ錠15の肉厚な取付部分32との干渉を回避し、軸着基端側の切欠部31aによってヒンジ5との干渉を回避する。この様に、シリンダ錠15を内枠3の上部一側に配設すると、パチンコ遊技機1の前に遊技者が座っていたとしても、周囲からはシリンダ錠15が良く見えるので、即ち店員が監視し易い位置にあるので、シリンダ錠15に対する不正行為を有効に防止する効果がある。

また、ガラス保持枠本体21の上辺部には前面側に横長な凹部37を形成し、この凹部37内にパイロットランプ35のランプ基板39を取り付け、上記凹部37を横長なレンズカバー40で覆う。ランプ基板39の取り付けは、図9に示すように、各ランプに導通したコネクタ41を基板39の裏面に設け、また、ガラス保持枠本体21の凹部37の底部に上記コネクタ41に接続可能なコネクタ42を貫通した状態で固定しておき、ランプ基板39を前方から凹部37内に後退させてランプ基板39のコネクタ41を凹部37のコネクタ42に接続するとともに、ランプ基板39の止着孔内にビスを挿通してねじ止めする。したがって、ランプ基板39を所定の位置に止着すれば、別途配線接続作業を行なう必要がない。なお、凹部37のコネクタ42に接続したパイロットランプ用の配線コード27は、前記した凹室部26内に通すと共に、ガラス保持枠本体21と一体成型した凹室部26内のコード止着部43によって支持した状態で配線することが望ましい。

上記レンズカバー40を凹部37に取り付けるには、後端縁部を凹部37内側に嵌め込み、係合突起44を凹部37の内側に係止することにより取り付ける。したがって、このレンズカバー40は、ランプの光によって輝いて装飾効果を高めるばかりでなく、前記分割片24a,24bの上部接合部分を覆い隠して美観を向上させる機能もある。

上記した構成から成るガラス保持枠本体21の裏側に固定する補助金属板22は、本実施例では図6に示すように、門形に連結される左右2つのL字状の第1補助金属片61,第2補助金属片62と、この門形脚部の下端間を連結する第3補助金属片63とを連結してなる。そして、第1,第2,第3補助金属片61,62,63を全体としてロ字状に連結した状態でガラス保持枠本体21の裏面に、図8に示すように、ボス部64を利用してビス65により強固に固定し、これによりガラス保持枠30の強度を背面から補強する。このとき、第1補助金属片61、第2補助金属片62及び第3補助金属片63は互いにそれぞれの端部において導通した状態で配設され、これにより電気的に連続し電気的容量の大きな塊となる。なお、各補助金属片61,62,63の端部を導通させるには、補助金属片の端部を重合したり、或は別途連結金属片を当接してスポット溶接して一体化してもよいし、単に端部同士を接触させた状態で固定してもよい。また、補助金属板22は一体打ち抜きにより一体型してもよい。

そして、上記した補助金属板22の軸着側に近い部分(本実施例では第1補助金属片61の上部屈曲部分近傍)の裏面には、アース用接触部66を形成する。このアース用接触部66は、補助金属片61の一部を切り起こすなどして形成した弾性片により構成することが望ましく、クリア部材保持枠2を閉じた状態で内枠3に設けたアース用接触部67に接触し、このアース用接触部67を介して島設備に予め設けてあるアース線(図示せず)と接続する。したがって、クリア部材保持枠2を閉じると、ロ字状の補助金属板22がアース線と導通し、これにより、遊技部10内を流下する球の静電気などに起因するノイズを補助金属板22から両アース用接触部66,67を介して島設備のアース線に逃すことができる。なお、内枠3側のアース用接触部67については後述する。

また、上記した3つの補助金属片61,62,63のうち、クリア部材保持枠2の開閉支軸側(図7の右側)に位置する第1補助金属片61の上部と下部には、クリア部材保持枠開閉用の金属製ヒンジ部材を一体に設ける。上部に設けるヒンジ部材6は、補助金属片61の一部を前方に折り曲げて水平部71を形成し、この水平部71にヒンジ軸72を上向きに、且つスプリングの付勢により上方に突出する状態で設ける。なお、ヒンジ軸72の下端をL字状に屈曲して操作部とし、この操作部を開口部から補助金属片61の裏側に突出させ、この操作部を操作するとスプリングの付勢に抗してヒンジ軸72を上下動できるように構成する。一方、下部に設けるヒンジ部材6は、補助金属片61の一部を前方に折り曲げて水平部73を形成し、この水平部73にヒンジ軸孔74を開設したものである。

図7に示すように、クリア部材保持枠2の下部のヒンジ部材であるヒンジ軸孔74内に内枠3下部のヒンジ軸75を嵌め込んで、クリア部材保持枠2の上部のヒンジ部材であるヒンジ軸72を引き下げて突出長さを縮めた状態でこのヒンジ軸72を内枠3上部のヒンジ軸孔76に位置を合わせ、この状態で操作部から手を放すとヒンジ軸72がスプリングの付勢により上昇し、突出したヒンジ軸72がヒンジ軸孔76内に嵌合する。したがって、クリア部材保持枠2を内枠3に開閉可能な状態で簡単に取り付けることができる。そして、この様にしてクリア部材保持枠2を取り付けると、クリア部材保持枠2側のヒンジ6,6が補助金属板22に一体に設けてあるので、高い取付強度が得られる。

また、第1,第2,第3補助金属片61,62,63のいずれも前面部分の外側の縁部を後方に折り返して折り返し部77を形成する。この折り返し部77がピアノ線等の侵入を防止する所謂忍び返し部として機能する部分なので、ガラス保持枠本体21の後端よりも後方に突出する寸法に設定することが望ましい。そして、クリア部材保持枠2を閉じた状態で折り返し部77が内枠3と重なり合う様に構成する。例えば、内枠3の前面、特に不正行為が行なわれ易い左右の辺に折り返し部77が嵌合可能な凹部3′,3′を形成する。なお、フック14側はその外枠に凹部3′を形成する。軸着側の凹部3′は、遊技盤9の側縁と内枠3の開口部の開口内縁との間に隙間を形成し、この隙間を凹部3′としてもよい。この様に構成すると、クリア部材保持枠2の左右部分と内枠3との間の隙間からピアノ線等が差し込まれても、これらの先端が折り返し部77に当接し、これにより侵入を阻止することができ、特にフック14に対する不正行為をも有効に防止することができる。
また、クリア部材保持枠2下端においては、図8に示すように、開閉パネル7の上端に折り返し部77と嵌合可能な凹部7′を形成する。この様に構成すると、クリア部材保持枠2と開閉パネル7との間の隙間からピアノ線等を差し込んで不正行為を行なおうとしても、差し込んだピアノ線等の先端が凹部7′の奥の壁に当接したり、凹部7′の内面と重なり合った補助金属板22の折り返し部77に当接してしまい、内部に侵入することができない。したがって、ピアノ線等を侵入させて行なう不正行為を有効に防止することができる。
なお、折り返し部77は、前面部に対して直交する方向に延設してあるので、ピアノ線等の侵入を防止する防犯機能だけではなく、補助金属板22自体ひいてはクリア部材保持枠2全体の強度を高める補強機能をも兼ねるものである。

上記のように構成されたガラス保持枠本体21には、ガラスユニット78を裏側から取り付けて開口部を塞ぐ。このガラスユニット78は、クリア部材である透明板ガラス11をガラス縁枠79内に2枚平行に納めて構成したもので、図7、図8に示すように、ガラス縁枠79の下部には補助金属板22下部内周縁に嵌装される溝80を設けた嵌装部81を左右2箇所に有し、ガラス縁枠79の上部にはワンタッチでガラス保持枠本体21と嵌合する止着具82を有する。このため、ガラスユニット78は、まず下部の嵌装部81を補助金属板22(第3補助金属片63)に嵌装し、次いで上部の止着具82によりガラス縁枠79をガラス保持枠本体21に固定することで、簡単にガラス保持枠本体21に取り付けられる。この下部の嵌装部81を補助金属板22に嵌装する際の左右の位置決めを行なうため、補助金属板22の下部上縁には位置決め突起83が二箇所に設けてあり、この2つの位置決め突起83,83間に上記嵌装部81,81が位置するように定められている。なお、クリア部材は、板ガラス11に限定されるものではなく、遊技部10を透視することができる部材であれば、材質や形状は限定されるものではない。

また、ガラス縁枠79の内周縁の前部には、図8に示すように、起立壁84を板ガラス11の前方に間隔を開けて形成し、ガラス保持枠本体21に取り付けた状態で上記起立壁84の先端(図8では上端)がレンズ部材23の内面に近接するように構成してある。したがって、レンズ部材23と板ガラス11との間からピアノ線等が差し込まれても、上記起立壁84がピアノ線等の侵入を阻止する。また、万一ピアノ線等が起立壁84を越えて侵入しても、このピアノ線等の先端は、レンズ部材23の内部に形成した前記延出部55に当接し、この延出部55により侵入が阻止される。このため、レンズ部材23と板ガラス11との間からピアノ線等を差し込んで行なう不正行為を防止することができる。

次に、外枠4について説明する。
外枠4は、ABS樹脂などの合成樹脂により、上横部材4a、下横部材4b、左縦部材4c、及び右縦部材4dを有して前後が開放した矩形の枠体として成型されており、前面開口部分の下部には前面部4eを一体に形成して強度を高めてある。また、図11及び図12に示すように、上横部材4aの上面側、下横部材4bの下面側にはそれぞれ大きな補強リブ91…により区画して有底空部92…を形成してある。即ち、外枠4の外周面に凹部状の空部92…を形成して肉厚を調整すると共に、各空部92間に補強リブ91を形成して所要の強度を確保している。なお、左縦部材4cの左側面側、および右縦部材4dの右側面側にもそれぞれ補強リブ91を形成して補強してもよい。

また、補強リブ91には、外枠4の上横部材4a及び下横部材4bのそれぞれに、島設備への取付部材である釘を通すための貫通孔93を両端近傍に形成する。そして、上横部材4aの貫通孔93は横長孔として形成し、下横部材4bの貫通孔93は、釘1本に対応する丸孔を外枠4の前後方向に3連に配置した形態で形成する。

このように構成された外枠4には、図5に示すように、遊技盤収納枠8の裏側に取り付けた球排出機構などの裏メカユニット(裏機構)96を担持する内枠3が上下のヒンジ5,5により取り付けられる。したがって、外枠4はこの重量に耐える強度を充分に有する必要があり、上記補強リブ91による構成はこの要求に対して充分な強度を提供するものとなる。しかし、反面、この外枠4を島設備に取り付ける場合、外枠4の上横部材4aの上面及び下横部材4bの下面が島設備に対して接触する面積が補強リブ91の端縁の総面積と横部材4a,4bの周縁の総面積との和となるため、従来の木枠の場合に比べ非常に小さくなり、頑丈な設置が困難となる。

一方、下横部材4bの下面に添設する補強金属板97は、上横部材4aに添設する補強金属板94と同様の構成であるが、前後幅は、下横部材4bの前後長さよりも短く設定してある。これに対して、上記した上横部材用補強金属板94は、上横部材4aの前後長さの全域を被う前後長さに設定してある。この様に、下横部材4bに添設する補強金属板97の前後幅を狭くした理由は、外枠4の取り付けた状態で、補強金属板97の外面が外枠4の外面とほぼ面一になり、しかも前端縁が段部95に隠されて遊技者から見えなくなり、これにより見栄えを良くするためである。なお、上横部材4aに取り付ける補強金属板94は、遊技者の視線が届き難いので、前端縁が見えても目立たない。
