ヘアーカーラーに巻いた髪の毛を挟んで固定しておくためのヘアーカーラー用髪止具として、登録実用新案公報第３０１８９２８号が知られている。この登録実用新案公報第３０１８９２８号に示されたものは、一対の挟持片の前後方向の一端部（つまり後端部）をばねを介して開閉自在に連結して構成されている。

本発明は上記の従来例の問題点に鑑みて発明したものであって、毛髪にヘアーカーラー用髪止具の止め跡が残らず、径の大きなカーラーでもしっかりと固定できるヘアーカーラー用髪止具を提供することを課題とするものである。

上記課題を解決するため、本発明のヘアーカーラー用髪止具は、前端部に係止爪２を突出形成した一対の挟持片３の後端部同士をばねを介して開閉自在に連結すると共に前記一対の挟持片３をカーラー４の外周に嵌着してカーラー４に巻回した毛髪５を係止するヘアーカーラー用髪止具６において、前記係止爪２が挟持片３のカーラー４の軸方向と平行な方向に所定間隔をおいて複数個並設されると共に係止爪２が挟持片３の前端部から前方に突出され、且つ先端が内側に向けて曲成され、挟持片２の内面にリブ８が突出してあることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、カーラー４に巻回した毛髪５にヘアーカーラー用髪止具６を嵌着した場合、挟持片３端部との間に一定の隙間を確保することができて、毛髪の折り曲がりが発生せず、止め跡が残らないようにできるものである。また、カーラー４の軸方向と平行な方向に係止爪２を複数個設けてあることで、径の大きなカーラー４であってもしっかりと固定することができ、また、挟持片２の内面にリブ８が突出してあることで、カーラー４に毛髪５を巻回した状態でヘアーカーラー用髪止具６で挟持すると、リブ８が巻回した毛髪５に食い込んでカーラー４の突起７に係止されてカーラー４の位置ずれを防止し、且つリブ８がスペーサの役目をして挟持片３が毛髪５を強く押圧することがないものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明を以下添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。
本発明のヘアーカーラー用髪止具６は一対の挟持片３を一端部側において開閉自在に連結してクリップ状に形成してある。すなわち、挟持片３は合成樹脂の一体成形により形成してあり、該挟持片３の前後方向の一端部（つまり前端部）には係止爪２が設けてあり、挟持片３の前後方向の他端部（つまり後端部）には摘み片１１が設けてあり、この摘み片１１の内面にコイルばね設置部１２が設けてあり、更に、コイルばね設置部１２の左右方向（つまりカーラー４の軸方向と平行な方向）の両側に連結部１３が設けてある。そして、一対の挟持片３の一端部の対向する連結部１３同士を軸部１４により回動自在に連結してある。ここで、軸部１４は一方の挟持片３に一体に形成しておいてもよく、あるいは、別体の軸部を用いてもよい。また、一対の挟持片３の一端部の対向するコイルばね設置部１２にばね１を構成するコイルばね１ａを設置して該コイルばね１ａにより両挟持片３が閉じる方向にばね力を付与してある。ここで、コイルばね１ａは対向する摘み片１１の内面間に配置されると共にコイルばね１ａの両端部のコイルの軸芯と平行に折り曲げた部分を凹状となったコイルばね設置部１２に嵌め込むことで設置してある。

【発明の効果】
