상기 집게부재(20)로부터 비스듬히 하측으로 일정길이 연장 형성되되, 그 하면에 다 수개의 미끄럼방지부(30)를 갖는 제2차폐요소연결부(50)와;
상기 제1차폐요소연결부(40)의 하면 일측에 하방향으로 비스듬히 일정길이 연장 형성되어 그 몸체에 통공을 갖는 제1돌기와;
상기 제1차폐요소연결부(40)의 하면 타측에 하방향으로 비스듬히 일정길이 연장 형성되어 그 몸체의 각각에 통공을 갖는 제1 "U"자형 삽입돌기와;
상기 제2차폐요소연결부(50)의 상면 일측에 상방향으로 비스듬히 일정길이 연장 형성되어 그 몸체의 각각에 통공을 구비하되, 상기 제1차폐요소연결부(40)의 제1돌기를 삽입시키는 제2 "U"자형 삽입돌기와;
상기 제2차폐요소연결부(50)의 상면 타측에 상방향으로 비스듬히 일정길이 연장 형성되어 그 몸체에 통공을 구비하되, 상기 제1차폐요소연결부(40)의 제1 "U"자형 삽입돌기에 삽입되는 제2돌기와;
상기 제1 "U"자형 삽입돌기와 제2 "U"자형 삽입돌기 사이에 설치되어 그 몸체에 통공을 구비하되, 상기 제1차폐요소연결부(40) 또는 제2차폐요소연결부(50)를 가압할 경우, 회동 된 집게부재(10,20)를 원위치시키는 토션스프링(110)과;
상기 제1돌기, 제1 "U"자형 삽입돌기, 제2 "U"자형 삽입돌기, 제2돌기, 토션스프링(110)의 통공(60)에 삽입되어 상기 집게부재(10,20)가 서로 맞물릴 때, 집게부재(10,20)의 이탈하지 못하도록 함과 아울러 집게부재(10,20)의 회동을 도와 주는 힌지(120)와;
상기 집게부재(10)의 내면을 따라 착탈 가능하게 설치 고정되되, 그 몸체가 상기 집게부재(10)의 내면 넓이보다 더 연장 형성되어 퍼머넌트시 퍼머넌트 된 머리카락이 장시간 그대로 유지될 수 있도록 도와 주는 제1보호수단(130)과;
상기 집게부재(20)의 내면을 따라 착탈 가능하게 설치 고정되어 퍼머넌트시 퍼머넌트 된 머리카락이 장시간 그대로 유지될 수 있도록 도와 주는 제2보호수단(140)으로 구성되되,
여기서, 상기 제1보호수단(130)은,
