Description

【0001】
【0019】

Figure 0003610454
【0020】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet and a decorative plate that can be cleaned by simply wiping the surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to improve the stain resistance of the decorative plate surface, a treatment such as roughening the surface as in JP-A-4-323037 has been performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it did not have sufficient efficacy against contamination that penetrates into resins such as oil-based magic.
In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 53-94570, a base paper is impregnated with a melamine resin containing a silicone resin to form an overlay, and this overlay is superimposed on a pattern (decorative layer) layer on a resin-impregnated core. A method of manufacturing a decorative board for hot pressing is disclosed. However, the wiping substance such as silicone oil has a problem that the overlay becomes cloudy due to dispersion / diffusion and the makeup layer lacks clarity.
Therefore, the present invention has been made by paying attention to such problems existing in the prior art, and the object of the present invention is that the makeup layer is clear and the surface is free from any contamination. It is to provide a decorative sheet and a decorative plate that can be cleaned by simply wiping.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-described problems, the present inventors have conceived a decorative sheet and a decorative plate as described below.
That is, the decorative sheet according to claim 1 according to the present invention contains 1 to 10% by weight of a wiping substance made of an amino-modified silicone oil with respect to the resin of the impregnated paper impregnated with melamine resin . It is a decorative sheet.
[0005]
Then veneers according claim 2, wherein the present invention, a melamine resin-containing decorative layer is formed on a substrate, amino-modified process of 1 to 10% by weight is made during melamine resin melamine resin impregnated decorative layer A decorative board containing a wiping substance made of silicone oil .
[0006]
The decorative board according to claim 3 is a more specific embodiment of the decorative board according to claim 2, and has a form without an overlay layer. That is, a melamine resin-containing decorative layer is formed on a base material, and the melamine resin-containing decorative layer is a decorative plate made of a pattern layer, and the melamine resin of the pattern layer is 1 to 10% by weight. It is a decorative board containing a wiping substance made of silicone oil that has been amino-modified .
[0007]
The decorative board according to claim 4 is a more specific version of the decorative board according to claim 2, and is a form having an overlay layer. That is, a melamine resin-impregnated decorative layer is formed on a substrate, and the melamine resin-containing decorative layer is a decorative plate composed of a pattern layer and an overlay layer, and is 1 to 10 weights in the melamine resin of the overlay layer. % Is a decorative board containing a wiping substance made of silicone oil subjected to amino-modified treatment .
[0008]
The decorative sheet, the pattern layer on the decorative plate surface, and the melamine resin of the overlay layer contain a wiping substance made of silicone oil subjected to 1 to 10% by weight of amino modification . Since there are wiping substances on the surface, it is easy to remove contaminants. The wiping substance is contained in an amount of 1 to 10% by weight based on the total amount of resins contained in the decorative sheet, the pattern layer, and the overlay layer. Therefore, when there are a plurality of pattern layers, the content is 1 to 10% by weight with respect to the resin amount of the pattern genus of the outermost layer.
[0009]
The pattern layer and the overlay layer are resin layers or resin-impregnated paper, but resin-impregnated paper is most suitable. This is because the design is unlikely to be deformed or damaged by using the resin layer as the pattern layer, and the wear resistance can be improved by using the resin layer as the overlay layer. Pattern layer, the resin is a thermosetting resin is desirable to impregnate the overlay layer, in particular melamine resins is preferable. The core layer that supports the pattern layer is preferably a thermosetting resin such as a phenol resin.
[0010]
In the present invention, it is necessary that the resin of the impregnated paper impregnated with the melamine resin contains a wiping substance composed of 1 to 10% by weight of a silicone oil subjected to amino modification treatment. The wiping effect cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 10% by weight, the surface slips and hinders the product manufacturing process. Further, if the content is less than 1% by weight or more than 10% by weight, the compatibility is poor and the resin becomes cloudy. When the resin is impregnated, the pattern layer becomes unclear. In particular, 1 to 5% by weight is optimal. If it exceeds 5% by weight, the product slips, and it is difficult to stack the products and store them. This is because, when stacked, it is dangerous to collapse, and when stacked, it must be stored in a basket.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a decorative board according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with a focus on a manufacturing method thereof, but this is a representative one, and the present invention is not limited by this embodiment. Absent.
Specific examples of the decorative board according to the present invention will be described.
Decorative plate of the present invention, the decorative layer consisting of thermosetting resin impregnated paper is formed on a substrate, in which the amino-modified processing to the resin impregnated paper is formed by incorporating a wiping material consisting made silicone oil is there. The wiping substance inhibits contaminants such as oil-based magic from penetrating into the resin and preventing dyes in the contaminant from binding to the resin. For this reason, even if a contaminant adheres to the decorative board surface, it can wipe off easily. As such a wiping substance, a water repellent substance can be used, and specifically, silicone can be used.
[0012]
Silicone is a general term for polymers having a main chain having repeated siloxane bonds and side chains such as alkyl groups and aryl groups. Silicone oil is low polymerization and fluid at room temperature. The silicone oil is amino-modified. Good reactivity with melamine resins, good suitable in good familiar with emulsifier. By adding a nonionic, anionic or cationic activator and water to this amino-modified silicone oil and forcibly emulsifying, a water-based silicone emulsion having good compatibility with the melamine resin can be obtained.
[0013]
It is desirable that the wiping substance has a content of 1 to 10% by weight in the thermosetting resin. If the amount is less than 1% by weight, the wiping effect cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 10% by weight, the surface slips and hinders the product manufacturing process. Thermosetting resin used in the present invention is a melamine resin.
The thermosetting resin impregnated paper is impregnated with the melamine resins is a resin-impregnated paper and dried. The impregnated paper is selected from titanium paper, bleached kraft paper, and unbleached kraft paper according to the application. A color and a pattern can be printed on the impregnated paper as necessary. In addition, a pigment may be included. One or more thermosetting resin-impregnated papers may be used. In the present invention, at least the thermosetting resin-impregnated paper on the surface layer is mixed with a wiping substance. This is because the purpose is to prevent surface contamination. In addition, as the base material, a laminate of phenol resin-impregnated paper, a plywood, a steel plate, or the like can be selected.
[0014]
The decorative board according to the present invention includes a melamine resin-impregnated paper 1 and a phenol resin-impregnated paper 2 as shown in FIG. The melamine resin impregnated paper 1 functions as a decorative layer. Note that the decorative layer is generally obtained by impregnating a resin on a pattern paper on which a color, a pattern, a pattern, or the like is printed. Moreover, the phenol resin impregnated paper 2 functions as a base material (core layer) for ensuring the formability and strength of the decorative board.
[0015]
Next, the manufacturing method of the decorative board of this invention is demonstrated.
In the present invention, a wiping substance is mixed with an uncured thermosetting resin, and this is impregnated into pattern paper and dried to obtain a decorative sheet. In mixing, it is desirable to emulsify. The decorative sheet and a core paper impregnated with a phenol resin and dried are laminated and heated to produce a decorative board. The pressure is 0.98 to 14.72 MPa, and the temperature is 40 to 150 ° C. The pressing may be performed by sandwiching a laminate of resin-impregnated paper between stainless plates, or pressing with a stainless steel roller. In this invention, you may adhere | attach the resin decorative board hardened | cured with the hot press to base materials, such as a plywood and a top plate of a steel desk, with vinyl acetate or a rubber-type adhesive agent.
[0016]
The present invention will be described in detail below based on specific examples of the present invention.
Example 1
First, the wiping substance is adjusted (30% solution). 30 parts by weight of amino-modified silicone oil TSF4702 (manufactured by Toshiba Silicone Co., Ltd.), 5 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene oleate Newcol 170 (manufactured by Nippon Emulsifier Co., Ltd.), 1 part by weight of 28% ammonia, and 64 parts by weight of water are mixed. Specifically, a mixture of TSF4702 (manufactured by Toshiba Silicone Co., Ltd.) and Newcol 170 (manufactured by Nippon Emulsifier Co., Ltd.) is poured into an aqueous ammonia solution while stirring at high speed, and is completely emulsified through a homogenizer to be wiped off. Specifically, a mixture of TSF4702 and Neucol 170 is poured into an aqueous ammonia solution while stirring at high speed, and completely emulsified through a homogenizer to obtain a wiping substance. A wiping-type substance 8% was added to melamine resin (solid content 50%) to obtain a wiping-type melamine resin. One pattern-impregnated paper impregnated with melamine resin on a pattern paper having a basis weight of 80 g / m 2 and three core-impregnated papers impregnated with phenol resin on a kraft paper with a basis weight of 200 g / m 2 are laminated. Furthermore, an overlay impregnated paper impregnated with a wiping melamine resin was laminated on an oval paper of product number “MOL-D-2” manufactured by Daifuku Paper Co., Ltd. with a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 at 150 ° C. and 7.85 MPa. The melamine decorative board was wiped and integrated by heating.
[0018]
Example 3
Similar to Example 1, but 10% wiping substance was added to the melamine resin (solid content 50%).
[0019]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003610454
[0020]
In Example 1, the decorative board formed by mixing wiping resin using 0.4% of amino-modified silicone oil was used as the decorative board of Comparative Example 1.
[0021]
In Example 1, a decorative board formed by mixing a wiping resin using 20% amino-modified silicone oil was used as the decorative board of Comparative Example 2.
[0022]
In the above table, the wiping property was determined to be good when it was easily dropped by rubbing the surface of the decorative board with oily magic and rubbing with tissue paper, and bad when it was not. About heat resistance, the oil pan heated to 180 degreeC was left on the decorative board for 20 minutes, and it was investigated whether there was any abnormality. The sharpness was visually observed as compared with the original plate, and when a decrease was observed, it was regarded as defective.
[0023]
As is clear from the above table, in the decorative board according to the example of the present invention, the wiping property and the heat resistance are both good and excellent, while the comparative example 1 has a bad wiping property, The comparative example 2 is glossy about heat resistance. In addition, the sharpness decreases if the silicone resin is too much or too little.
[0024]
Further, in Example 3 and Comparative Example 2, when 100 sheets of the obtained decorative plates are stacked and stored, they are slipped and collapsed with a slight force applied from the side. In Examples 1 and 2, such a skid is not observed.
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a decorative sheet and a decorative board that have a decorative layer and that can be cleaned only by wiping the surface against any contamination.
