【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上述の構造では、先端フレームの片側に配置した油圧シリンダのロッドを伸縮させて先端フレームを左右90度回動させるが、ロッドの伸び側と縮み側とでシリンダ力が異なるため、回動による横引き力が左回転と右回転とでは異なってしまう。また、油圧シリンダのロッド先端からリンクを介して先端フレームを回動させるため、リンクの角度で先端フレームにかかる接線力が変化し、回動角度によって横引き力と先端フレームの回動速度が異なってしまい操作性に問題があった。さらに、支軸から先端フレームのシーブの吊り芯間での距離を長くした場合、ロッドストロークの長いシリンダが必要となり、トップシーブが大型化する。また、リンク比を大きくしてロッドストロークを短くした場合、先端フレームの接線力が小さくなって横引き時に十分な力が与えられない。
