Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wetness-sensing printed matter that is attached to the inside of a device that dislikes wetness and is used for sensing wetness.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of electronic devices such as mobile phones and precision devices that are prone to failure due to rain permeating inside the device, specify the cause of the failure when repairs occur due to the failure occurring within the manufacturer's product warranty period. It is necessary to determine the manufacturer's warranty liability. For this reason, it is necessary to confirm the process of water wetting that caused the failure, but there has been no optimal method for determining whether or not the failure has occurred due to contact with water after product shipment.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a printed matter that is attached to the inside of an electronic device such as a mobile phone or a precision device that is likely to fail due to water wetting, etc., and that can detect water wetting after product shipment. To do.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The water-wetting detection printed matter of the present invention is a water-wetting sensing printed matter obtained by waterless lithographic printing using a waterless lithographic printing ink containing a water-soluble dye on a paper which is difficult to repel water. The water-soluble dye is eluted from the printed portion when touched with water, and oozes out to the non-printed portion of the paper.
[0005]
The water wetness detection printed matter of the present invention is a water wetness detection printed on water-less lithographic printing using a waterless lithographic printing ink containing a water-soluble dye and a concealing pigment on a paper that is difficult to repel water. The printed matter is characterized in that when it comes into contact with water, the water-soluble dye is eluted from the printed portion and oozes out to the non-printed portion of the paper.
[0006]
The water-wetting detection printed matter is attached to the inside of a device that does not like water wetting, and is used for water-wetting detection.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The waterless lithographic printing ink in the present invention comprises a resin, a solvent, a vegetable oil, a water-soluble dye or a water-soluble dye and a hiding pigment, an auxiliary dryer, a surfactant, and the like.
[0008]
Examples of the resin include rosin-modified phenolic resin, alkyd resin, petroleum resin and the like, and the content in the ink is 20% by weight to 30% by weight.
[0009]
The solvent is a paraffinic, isoparaffinic, naphthenic, aromatic or α-olefinic solvent having a boiling range of 200 to 400 ° C., and 10% to 30% by weight in the ink. Content.
[0010]
Examples of vegetable oils include linseed oil, oily oil, cottonseed oil, safflower oil, soybean oil, tall oil, dehydrated castor oil, tung oil, and the like, as well as these polymers and fatty acids that are constituents thereof, and ink. Among them, the content is 10 wt% to 25 wt%.
[0011]
In the printing ink for waterless lithographic printing of the present invention, the water-soluble dye may be used alone as the colorant, but it is preferable to use it together with the masking pigment to facilitate confirmation of water wetting detection.
[0012]
Water-soluble dyes are those that elute from the printed area when they come into contact with water, ooze into non-printed areas of the paper, and make it possible to visually detect water wetting and have dispersibility in the ink. Can be used. From the viewpoint of safety, edible dyes are preferably used. Examples thereof include Food Yellow No. 4, Food Red No. 104, No. 3, Food Blue No. 1, No. 2, and the like. The content of the water-soluble dye in the ink is 2% to 30% by weight, preferably 5% to 15% by weight. If it is less than 2% by weight, the color density is insufficient, and if it exceeds 30% by weight, the water-soluble dye is water-soluble. Uniform dispersibility of the dye in the ink becomes difficult.
[0013]
As a concealment pigment, the color of the water-soluble dye dispersed in the ink coating is concealed, and the water-soluble dye is separated when wetted to make the color of the water-soluble dye stand out. In addition, known inorganic pigments and organic pigments can be used as ink pigments, but from the viewpoint of concealing properties, a black color such as carbon black or a color close thereto is effective. The content of the pigment in the ink is 1% by weight to 30% by weight, preferably 1.6% by weight to 15% by weight. If the content is less than 1% by weight, the concealability is insufficient, and if the content exceeds 30% by weight. It becomes difficult to ensure dispersibility in ink and printability.
[0014]
The total content of the water-soluble dye and the hiding pigment in the ink is 3% by weight to 40% by weight, preferably 7% by weight to 30% by weight.
[0015]
Moreover, surfactant, a dryer, etc. are mentioned as adjuvant. The surfactant is added as necessary in order to further facilitate the elution of the water-soluble dye when wetted with water. Examples of the surfactant include conventionally known anionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants such as polyoxyethylene glycol oleyl ester, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, polyoxyethylene alkylamine, and the like. The addition amount of the surfactant is 5% by weight or less in the ink, and if it exceeds 5% by weight, it is not preferable because scumming is likely to occur during printing.
[0016]
The dryer is added for the purpose of improving the ink drying property, and examples thereof include Nippon Shokubai Co., Ltd. manganese dryer and cobalt dryer. The addition amount of the dryer is 5% by weight or less in the ink, and if it exceeds 5% by weight, the stability of the ink on the film stick or on the roller of the printing press is difficult, which is not preferable.
[0017]
Further, for the purpose of improving the dispersibility of water-soluble dyes and the stability of ink viscosity over time, rosin-modified phenolic resins and isophorone diisocyanate resins disclosed in JP-A-8-60058 are used as vehicles in the ink composition described above. A reaction product with a retidione derivative or a reaction product of a mixture of a rosin-modified phenolic resin and a vegetable oil and an isophorone diisocyanate uretidione derivative can be used.
[0018]
As the paper in the wetness-sensitive printed matter of the present invention, it is preferable to use paper that is difficult to repel water, such as high-quality paper, plain paper, and a small amount of coating.
[0019]
The wetness-sensitive printed matter of the present invention is obtained by printing the above-described printing ink for waterless lithographic printing, and a waterless lithographic printing plate is used as the printing material. In this case, the non-image portion is composed of a silicon rubber layer and uses its releasability, and dampening water is not used. As such a plate material, there is a TAP plate (manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.), and if a plate having a deep plate depth is used as a plano-concave plate, it is useful in terms of increasing the amount of landing. As the printing machine, a conventionally known multi-color offset printing machine can be used, and printing speed can be increased and printing accuracy can be improved as compared with sheet-fed gravure printing or letterpress printing.
Hereinafter, specific examples will be described.
[0020]
【Example】
Figure 0003606493
A printing ink for waterless lithographic printing having an ink tack of 11 to 11.5 was prepared by dispersing the above composition using three rolls.
[0021]
(printing)
In order to evaluate the printability of the waterless lithographic printing ink prepared above and the water wetting detection characteristics, the offset printing machine (Lilithon 26 type printing machine, manufactured by Komori Corporation) was used to form water with a circular ring-shaped flesh portion. A TAP plate (made by Toray Industries, Inc.) on which a wetness detection mark was made and printed was attached and printed. Sunflower 128.5 g / m 2 (manufactured by Shin-Oji Paper Co., Ltd.) was used as the paper, and 5000 sheets were printed at a printing plate temperature of 27 to 32 ° C. and a printing speed of 8000 rph.
[0022]
The obtained printed matter was allowed to stand for 48 hours, and then the water was applied by rubbing the printed portion with a cotton swab soaked in water, and the degree to which the white portion which was a non-printed portion was colored with a dye was confirmed. It was confirmed that the red water-soluble dye started to ooze out from the printed portion of the portion and oozed out red in the white portion, so that water wetness could be detected.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
The water-wetting detection printed matter of the present invention is attached to the inside of an electronic device such as a mobile phone or a precision device that is liable to break down due to water wetting, etc., and makes it possible to sense water wetting after product shipment. This is useful for identifying the cause of the failure.
