【0001】

I. Purpose of the invention
(1) Industrial application field The present invention relates to a method for laying a horizontal belt material in a plane on a water bottom and a laying work boat used for carrying out the method.
[0002]
(2) Conventional technology In order to improve the soft ground at the bottom of the water, it is not possible to lay a vertical drain material such as a sand pile in a soft formation at a predetermined interval and lay a horizontal drain material on the surface layer. Although it belongs to the public, in recent years, the use of a plate-shaped drain material including a public drain as a core material and a filter material surrounding the public drain has been attempted as the horizontal drain material. The public drain and the filter material are both preferably made of synthetic resin.
A laying work boat is used for laying the horizontal drain material on the water floor, but in the conventional laying work, the horizontal drain material wound and installed in a roll shape on the laying work boat is simply fed out, and the water bottom is used. Then, a means for placing gravel, sand, etc. on the horizontal drain material is adopted. Alternatively, a means for extending and laying out a horizontal drain material to which a fixing member serving as a weight is attached in advance is also employed.
[0003]
However, in either of the former and latter means, as the work boat progresses, the horizontal drain material is subjected to various disturbance factors before landing on the water floor, making it difficult to lay as desired, and the reliability of construction is poor. In addition, a situation may occur in which the horizontal drain material is broken.
Therefore, in the former means, therefore, it is necessary to increase the strength of the horizontal drain material more than necessary, and in the latter means, the driving of the feeding device for the wound horizontal drain material is required. It is necessary to increase the force, and there are problems such as an increase in equipment costs.
[0004]
(3) Problems to be Solved by the Invention Therefore, in the present invention, in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the horizontal drain material can be laid on the water bottom as desired, without being affected by the shaking accompanying the progress of the work boat, and efficiently. An object of the present invention is to provide a method of laying a horizontal drain material and a work boat for laying the same.
Therefore, the present invention solves the problem with the basic idea of dividing the work boat into two processes, a traveling process and a stopping process, and laying the horizontal drain material underwater in the stopping process.
[0005]
B. Structure of the invention
(1) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention specifically adopts the following constitution.
That is, the main configuration of the present invention is a method of laying a horizontal drain material. As described in claim 1, an opening having a constant width is formed in a hull in a longitudinal direction, and a plurality of the hulls move across the opening. A movable support beam is erected, and a horizontal drain material in the form of a band is extended on the movable support beam, and the horizontal drain material is extended backward from the front in synchronization with the traveling speed in the traveling state of the ship, and the ship is stopped. Wherein each movable support beam is moved forward and dropped into the water from the rear horizontal drain material.
Another main configuration of the present invention is a work vessel for laying a horizontal drain material for performing the above method, wherein a hull having an opening having a constant width formed in a longitudinal direction as described in claim 2 ; A plurality of movable support beams that move across the hull; and a roll body of a horizontal drain material that is disposed in front of the hull and wound in a roll shape is mounted, and the horizontal drain material is placed on the movable support beam. A horizontal drain material supply device that extends to the movable support beams, and the movable support beams are regulated so as not to be separated from each other by a predetermined distance or more, and a drive device that moves forward and backward is arranged on the movable support beams, and The movable support beam is provided with a pressing device that can press the horizontal drain material freely.
In the above configuration,
1) The driving device and the holding device are arranged on the last movable support beam,
2) The distance between the movable support beams is regulated by tension members (including chains).
3) It is an optional matter that the horizontal drain material supply device has a roll pressing portion for pressing the roll body from below with an elastic urging force as appropriate.
[0006]
(2) Operation According to the present invention, the movable support beams that move across the opening on the hull are separated from each other and do not separate more than a certain distance. The movement is made from the movable support beam at the rear.
Then, on the hull, the horizontal drain material is spread horizontally on the movable support beam, and when the ship is stopped, the horizontal drain material is dropped into the water from behind and laid on the bottom of the water. In addition, the spreading operation of the horizontal drain material is performed in synchronization with the progress of the ship, and disturbance to the horizontal drain material in the water is reduced as much as possible.
The holding device on the movable support beam operates when the horizontal drain material is extended, and is opened to drop the horizontal drain material into water. In addition, the horizontal drain material provided on the movable support beam does not sag due to the operation of the roll pressing portion of the horizontal drain material supply device.
[0007]
(3) Embodiment An embodiment of a method for laying a horizontal drain material and a laying work boat of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

And a roller portion 42 fixed to the tip. Note that the drain material holding device 7 does not prevent the drain material holding device 7 from being arranged on another movable support beam 3.
Thus, the roller portion 42 is pressed against the horizontal drain material 4 placed on the support beam 3E by the operation of extending the jack 41.
[0014]
Mooring device 8 (see FIGS. 1 and 2)
The mooring device 8 includes a mooring winch 46 for winding up the mooring line 45 and a leader 47, and is installed at four corners of the deck 1a. An anchor 48 moored to the water bottom 10 is arranged at the tip of the mooring line 45.
The mooring device 8 is divided into a front part 8a and a rear part 8b.
[0015]
The horizontal drain member 4 is laid by the work boat S of the present embodiment configured as described above as follows.
Hereinafter, description will be made in the order of steps.
(1) The workboat S is towed to a predetermined water area in a soft ground improvement target area where a vertical drain pile has been installed in advance.
When the work boat S is of a self-propelled type, it is of course moved by self-propulsion.
[0016]
(2) When the work boat S reaches the predetermined water area, the work boat S is moored by the mooring line 45 of the mooring device 8. At this time, the rear mooring line 45b is wrapped around the rear winch 46b as much as possible to shorten the anchor 48b, and the front mooring line 45a is pulled out from the front winch 46a as long as possible and extends to the anchor 48a. Keep away.
[0017]
(3) In this state, the driving device 6 is operated to move (advance) all of the movable support beams 3 (3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E) to the front of the opening 2 so that the horizontal drain material supply device 5 is moved. The horizontal drain material 4 unwound from the support member 3 is spread on the movable support beam 3, and the drain material pressing device 7 is operated at the rear support beam 3E, and the drain member 4 is pressed by the roller portion 42.
At this time, the end of the horizontal drain member 4 is drawn out with a margin longer than the rear movable support beam 3E.
[0018]
(4) Thereafter, the driving device 6 is operated to sequentially move (retreat) the movable support beam 3 rearward. That is, the driving device 6 is driven in the extending direction (forward direction), and is sequentially moved rearward from the rear movable support beam 3E. At this time, the drain material 4 of the rear movable support beam 3E is sequentially unwound from the roll body 4A because the roller 42 presses the drain material 4 in the drain material pressing device 7 of the rear movable support beam 3E. Since the movable support beams 3 are connected to each other by the chain 14, the movable support beams 3 sequentially move backward by the length of the chain 14. Further, the roll body 4A is appropriately braked by the roll pressing portion 21 in the horizontal drain material supply device 5, and the horizontal drain material 4 is spread without slack.
A weight such as a sand bag (not shown) is appropriately added to the horizontal drain material 4 extended on the movable support beam 3, and the horizontal drain material 4 extended from the rear movable support beam 3E is similarly provided. A weight such as a sand bag is appropriately added.
[0019]
(5) Next, the drain material holding device 7 on the rear movable support beam 3E is opened, the driving device 6 is rotated in the reverse direction, and the movable support beam 3 is moved forward.
As a result, the horizontal drain material 4 falls into the water from the rear through the opening 2, and the horizontal drain material 4 is continuously laid on the water bottom 10. At this time, the guide roller 17 of the rear movable support beam 3E smoothly drops the horizontal drain member 4 downward.
[0020]
(6) Next, the mooring winch 46 is driven to advance the work boat S. In other words, by winding up the front winch 46a and rewinding the rear winch 46b, the work boat S proceeds with a predetermined wake without being shaken.
At the same time, after operating the drain material holding device 7 for the rear movable support beam 3E, the drive device 6 is operated in synchronization with the traveling speed of the work boat S, and the movable support beam 3 is moved in the manner of the process (4). Move backward sequentially.
[0021]
(7) The steps (5) and (6) are repeated to lay a row of the horizontal drain members 4 on the water bottom 10.
[0022]
(8) The work boat S is returned to its original position, and the anchors 43 of the mooring lines 40 at the front and rear portions are respectively shifted laterally and driven into the water bottom. As a result, the work boat S moves laterally.
[0023]
(9) Thereafter, the above steps (5) to (7) are repeated, and a horizontal drain material is laid so as to cover the improved ground area having a predetermined area.
Thereafter, when the horizontal drain material 4 is laid in the entire area, the embankment is erected on the horizontal drain material 4 until reaching the water surface.
[0024]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the horizontal drain member 4 is dropped into the water in the stopped state, and thus is not affected by the motion of the work boat. Therefore, the horizontal drain member 4 is twisted or broken during the dropping operation. And so on, the landing on the bottom of the water is ensured, and the accurate horizontal drain member 4 is laid on the bottom of the water.
In addition, in the state of progress of the ship, the operation of extending the horizontal drain material 4 on the work boat is performed, and the horizontal drain material 4 is continuously extended and dropped to the horizontal, so that the efficient installation work of the horizontal drain material 4 is performed. Is performed.
Further, the horizontal drain material 4 unwound from the roll body 4A is spread without slack by the action of the roll pressing portion 23 added to the horizontal drain material supply device 5.
[0025]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various design changes can be made within the scope of the basic technical concept of the present invention. That is, the following embodiments are included in the technical scope of the present invention.
1) The number of movable support beams 3 is not limited.
2) Although the drive device 6 employs a winch mechanism in the embodiment, the drive device 6 may be provided on the rear movable support beam 3E or may be independently disposed on each movable support beam 3.
3) The drain material holding device 7 is not limited to the rear movable support beam 3E, and may be provided on another movable support beam 3.
[0026]
C. According to the present invention, according to the present invention, the horizontal drain material is dropped into the water in a stopped state, so that the horizontal drain material is not affected by the shaking of the work boat. The landing on the bottom is ensured, and the accurate horizontal drain material is laid on the bottom.
In addition, in the state of progress of the ship, the operation of extending the horizontal drain material on the work boat is performed, and the horizontal drain material is continuously extended and dropped to the horizontal, so that the efficient horizontal drain material laying operation is performed. .
