この発明は前記の課題に鑑みて提案するものであって、次のような技術的手段を講じた。即ち、散布用薬液と灌注用薬液とを収容するタンク3、4を移動車輌の荷台2に夫々設け、これらのタンク3、4同士の連通を可能とする切替弁7を両タンク3、4間に設け、これらのタンク3,4の後方荷台2上には高圧ポンプ14とエンジン12と低圧ポンプ15を幅方向に並べて設け、更にエンジン12にクラッチ16,17を介して高圧ポンプ14と低圧ポンプ15を接続し、高圧ポンプ14には灌注機28を、低圧ポンプ15には散布機30を夫々配管を介して接続し、灌注機28は昇降リンク34によって荷台2の後部に昇降自在に支持され、散布機30は3分割されたフレーム37a,37b,37cに複数個の噴出部を有するホース38が取り付けられ、灌注機28を使用する場合には昇降リンク34を下降させて灌注機28を滑走可能な状態で車輌を前進させ、散布機30を使用する場合には灌注機28を上昇させ、中央フレーム37a両端の左右のフレーム37b,37cを開げて車輌を前進させながら薬液をホース38の噴出部から噴出させるように構成したことを特徴とする液体注入装置の構成とする。

以下、図面に示す実施例に基づいて、この発明の実施例を説明する。まず、構成から説明すると、1は荷台2を有する移動車輌としてのトラックであり、荷台2には2個のタンク3、4を前後方向に接近させて搭載している。両タンク3、4の底部には両タンク3、4を相互に連通させる連通パイプ5が設けられ、連通パイプ5の途中には切替弁7が設けられている。

なお、中央のフレ−ム37aに対して左右両側のフレ−ム37b、37cは手動で開閉させても良いが、電動モ−タ等の動力源を利用して開閉するようにしても良い。次に上例の作用を説明する。ゴルフ場等において芝地に高圧の液体を注入あるいは薬液を注入するときには、タンク3に水あるいは薬液を充填し、クラッチ16を繋いでエンジン12により高圧ポンプ14を駆動させる。

そして、図示外のコントロ−ラに対して、1回当たりのノズルの噴出量や単位時間当たりの注入回数等の出力条件を設定し、電磁バルブ31に駆動パルスを与える。すると、所定の圧力に調整された高圧の液体がノズル33先端から勢い良く断続的に噴出し、土中に深く細孔をあけながら硬い土壌を粉砕する。なお、このとき、散布作業を行わず、灌注作業のみを行うのであれば散布用のタンク4にも同じ液体を充填し、切替弁7を連通側に切り替えることにより、タンク容量を増やした状態で灌注作業を継続できる。

また、散布作業のみを行う場合には、クラッチ16を切り、反対側のクラッチ17を接続して低圧ポンプ15を駆動する。すると、35kg/cm2程度の低圧の液体がこのポンプ15によって送り出され、ホ−ス38の噴出口から芝生の表面に散布される。この場合、散布作業のみであれば前記の場合と同様、切替弁7を連通側に切り替え、タンク3、4に同じ薬液を充填して散布作業を行うことができる。

【発明の効果】
この発明に係る高圧液体注入装置は、前記の如く、散布用薬液と灌注用薬液とを収容するタンク3、4を移動車輌の荷台2に夫々設け、これらのタンク3、4同士の連通を可能とする切替弁7を両タンク3、4間に設け、これらのタンク3,4の後方荷台2上には高圧ポンプ14とエンジン12と低圧ポンプ15を幅方向に並べて設け、更にエンジン12にクラッチ16,17を介して高圧ポンプ14と低圧ポンプ15を接続し、高圧ポンプ14には灌注機28を、低圧ポンプ15には散布機30を夫々配管を介して接続し、灌注機28は昇降リンク34によって荷台2の後部に昇降自在に支持され、散布機30は3分割されたフレーム37a,37b,37cに複数個の噴出部を有するホース38が取り付けられ、灌注機28を使用する場合には昇降リンク34を下降させて灌注機28を滑走可能な状態で車輌を前進させ、散布機30を使用する場合には灌注機28を上昇させ、中央フレーム37a両端の左右のフレーム37b,37cを開げて車輌を前進させながら薬液をホース38の噴出部から噴出させるように構成したものであるから、1台の機械で灌注作業と散布作業の異なる2種類の作業を選択的に行うことができることになり、しかもいずれの作業の場合も車輌を停止させずに走行しながら作業が行えるので作業の能率が向上すると共に、1台ずつ異なる機械を持つ場合に比べ維持管理も容易になる。
