本発明は、データの収集、監視及び異常通知を行う無人の遠隔情報監視制御に関し、特に、遠隔情報の監視及び制御に無線LANを使用して監視制御を行う遠隔情報監視システム及び遠隔情報監視方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
生産ラインの生産設備の現状を遠隔地で確認可能とするため、生産ラインに生産ラインコントローラを設け、異常情報をサーバーを介してFAX、電話・PHSで通知する生産ラインの管理装置が特開平11−151643号公報に記載されている。

図7は、前記生産ライン管理装置のシステム構成を示す図である。生産ライン1Aに対応して設けた生産ラインコントローラ2Aと、前記生産ラインコントローラ2Aに接続したサーバー3Aとを備え、前記サーバー3Aから交換機4A及び公衆回線5Aを介してFAX、電話・PHS6Aと接続するシステム構成でなる。サーバー3Aは生産ラインコントローラ2Aからトラブル情報を受信すると、生産状況管理機能において当該トラブル内容を分析し音声のトラブルデータを生成するとともに、当該トラブルを通知する電話番号を判別し、音声処理機能において回線接続を行って当該回線に音声を流し生産設備のトラブルを通知する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図7に示す生産ライン管理装置は、生産ラインとサーバーとが固定的に接続された管理システムであり、装置相互間は通常有線ケーブルで接続されるのが一般的であり有線伝送路敷設工事を必要とし、また、生産ラインの増設、撤去、遠隔管理項目、異常の通知先の変更等に対してフレキシブルに対応できる管理システムでないという難点を有しており、特に、監視箇所、監視項目及び通知先等の変更には、サーバーを含むシステム全体で設定事項を変更するという大がかりなシステム変更を必要とするものである。

一方、図8、9に示すシステムは、被監視側装置と監視側装置との接続を無線LANを用いて接続する構成を採用するものであり、例えば図8では遊技機の入れ替え、配置替え等に迅速に対応することが可能なシステムであるが、何れのシステムでも、やはり監視箇所、監視項目及び通知先等の変更に柔軟に対応可能なシステムでないという点で問題がある。

(目的)
本発明の目的は、被監視制御対象の監視環境及び監視項目等の変更等に対し柔軟に対応可能な遠隔情報監視システム及び遠隔情報監視方法を提供することにある。
本発明の他の目的は、遠隔監視端末の設置に対応して当該遠隔監視端末及び遠隔情報監視装置の設定を可能とした遠隔情報監視システム及び遠隔情報監視方法を提供することにある。
本発明の他の目的は、被監視制御対象に設置する遠隔監視端末側から異常情報等を通知する作業者端末の設定が可能な遠隔情報監視システム及び遠隔情報監視方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の無線LANによる遠隔情報監視システム及び遠隔情報監視方法は、所望の測定ポイントでデータの監視が必要な場合に、遠隔監視端末を設置し予め諸設定を行うことにより無人の遠隔情報監視装置に測定データを無線LANにて自動的に転送し、当該遠隔情報監視装置の一カ所で集中的にデータの監視を行うことができ、異常データが観測された場合は遠隔情報監視装置から電子メールや携帯電話等、既存の通信手段を用いてその情報を設定した作業者端末に通知することを可能とする。即ち、
本発明の遠隔情報監視システムは、計測ポイントに設置した遠隔監視端末から受信される計測データを遠隔情報監視装置において集中監視し、異常時に遠隔情報監視装置から外部ネットワークを介して作業者端末に異常を通知する遠隔情報監視システムであって、前記遠隔監視端末は、計測ポイントの計測データを検出するセンサーと、無線LAN子機と、当該遠隔監視端末の端末特定情報、異常情報を通知する作業者端末の特定情報を含む設定情報を入力する入力部と、前記入力部から入力された設定情報を前記センサーの計測データとともに前記無線LAN子機から送信する制御を行う端末制御部とを備え、前記遠隔情報監視装置は、前記無線LAN子機から送信された前記計測データ及び設定情報を受信する無線LAN親機と、受信した前記計測データ及び設定情報に基づいて計測ポイントの状態を監視し、前記計測データの異常を検出すると異常情報を作成し外部ネットワークに送信して作業者端末に通知する制御を行う監視制御部とを備えることを特徴とする。

次に、本発明の無線LANによる遠隔情報監視システム及び遠隔情報監視方法の一実施の形態を以下説明する。

(構成の説明)
図1は、本発明の無線LANによる遠隔情報監視システム及び遠隔情報監視方法の基本構成を示す図である。複数の測定ポイントA、B、Cに設置した遠隔情報監視及び遠隔制御用の端末(遠隔監視端末)1(11、12、13)と、遠隔監視制御用の遠隔情報監視装置2と、前記遠隔情報監視装置2がLAN又は電話回線を介して携帯端末等の情報端末である作業者端末4と接続可能な外部ネットワーク3とから構成される。

各遠隔監視端末11、12、13において、各センサー11−1、12−1、13−1は各測定ポイントA、B、Cにおける観測対象の情報を計測しそれぞれ測定データを出力しそれぞれの端末制御部11−2、12−2、13−2に転送する。各端末制御部11−2、12−2、13−2は各センサー11−1、12−1、13−1から転送された各観測データを処理し、必要な設定情報とともに所定の送信フォーマットにより無線LAN子機11−3、12−3、13−3に転送する。各子機11−3、12−3、13−3は各端末制御部11−2、12−2、13−2から転送されたデータを遠隔情報監視装置2の無線LAN親機2−1を介して監視制御部(ホストコンピュータ)2−2にリアルタイムで転送する。

遠隔情報監視装置2においては、監視制御部2−2は無線LAN親機2−1を介して受信した各遠隔監視端末11、12、13からの測定データを記録し、計測データのチェックを行う等、計測ポイントの情報を集中監視し、運用情報又はデータの異常時の異常情報を含む電子メール又は音声信号を作成し、定期的又は緊急にLANボード又はモデム2−3に転送し、LANケーブル又は電話回線を介して外部ネットワーク3に送信し、外部ネットワーク3から遠隔情報監視システムの運用に従事する作業者端末4に対して前記電子メール又は音声信号を送信して作業者に観測ポイントの運用情報又は異常情報等を通知する。

以上の構成により複数の無人環境での観測ポイントA、B、Cのデータ測定、監視を一括して行うことができ、作業者の人員や見回り等の工数の削減を可能とする。また、測定ポイントと遠隔情報監視装置との通信に無線LANを使用することで、従来のような有線ケーブルの設置を行う必要が無く、ケーブルの設置費用や設置スペースを低減することが可能である。

(第1の実施の形態)
図2は、本発明を製造工場の自動製造ラインにおける製造機械の運転状況を監視するシステムに適用した実施の形態を示す図である。遠隔情報監視の監視対象とする複数の製造機械A、B、Cと、前記複数の製造機械A、B、Cに設置されそれぞれの製造機械A、B、Cの運転状態、異常状態等を監視する各種のセンサー51−1、52−1、53−1、前記各センサー51−1、52−1、53−1に接続された端末制御部51−2、52−2、53−2及び無線LAN子機51−3、52−3、53−3を備える遠隔監視端末51、52、53と、無線LAN親機6−1、ホストコンピュータで構成される監視制御部6−2、LAN又はモデム6−3とを備える遠隔情報監視装置6と、LAN又はモデム6−3とLANケーブル又は電話回線を介して接続される外部ネットワーク7と、携帯端末等の作業者端末8とから構成される。

次に、図2、3、5に示す本発明の遠隔情報監視システム及び遠隔情報監視方法の実施の形態の動作を説明する。

こうして遠隔監視端末が設置された製造機械について逐次測定した運転状態等の計測データを遠隔情報監視装置にリアルタイムで送信し、製造機械毎に計測データをデータベースとして記録するとともに、送信された計測データの数値に異常が無いか否かを逐次確認し、データに異常がある場合は、遠隔監視制御装置は異常データを送信した遠隔監視端末や、当該遠隔監視端末に関連する他の端末装置に対して異常状況に応じて製造システムが円滑に動作するように命令信号を送信してシステムの復旧等につとめる。この命令信号には、例えば部品のストックが無ければ部品の供給するように制御したり、1台の製造機械が故障した場合、その生産予定数量を他の製造機械に割り当てるような命令信号が含まれる。

各監視制御端末51、52、53は、遠隔情報監視装置6からの前記命令信号、例えば復旧命令信号を受信すると、その復旧命令信号に基づいて該当する制御出力部から制御信号を出力し、被制御対象を制御しそれぞれの製造機械を制御する。また遠隔情報監視装置6は、この復旧作業等と同時に異常データの内容により、あらかじめ異常データに応じて設定情報により設定されたフォーマットで所定の作業者宛の電子メールを作成し、LANボード又はモデムによりLANケーブル又は電話回線を経由して外部ネットワークに転送し、作業者端末8に送信して作業者に通知する。

作業者は作業者端末8により製造機械の運転状況及び異常情報を入手可能であり、また、遠隔監視端末は遠隔情報監視装置との接続に無線LANを使用し、遠隔情報監視装置には新規の遠隔監視端末が無線信号を出力することでアクセスしたとき、当該遠隔監視端末を適宜登録し、その計測データの監視を行うように構成しているため、各製造機械の運転状況に基づいて、稼働中の遠隔監視端末を削除したり、必要に応じて稼働中の製造機械の遠隔監視端末をその設定情報を変更して他の製造機械へ移動したり、新たな遠隔監視端末を追加したりすることが適宜可能である。

図6は、本発明の遠隔情報監視システム及び遠隔情報監視方法の他の実施の形態を示す図である。本実施の形態は魚の養殖池における水位、水温、水質などを監視制御するシステムに適用した例である。

この構成により、各遠隔監視端末91、92、93を設置し、各種設定後に無線LAN子機の動作により、遠隔情報監視装置10は当該遠隔監視端末の存在を認知し、受信された計測データを蓄積、監視し、設定により例えば養殖池の水位の上昇に対して、遠隔制御情報を遠隔監視端末に送信し、端末制御部から入排水バルブを制御する制御信号を出力し、正常水位に復帰させる等の遠隔制御を行うとともに、異常動作等の場合には前記設定情報に基づく作業者端末の端末アドレスに異常を知らせるメール等を送信する。更に、作業者は状況に応じて、無線LAN接続の特徴を生かして養殖池に設置した遠隔監視端末を異なる箇所に移動させ、又は新たな遠隔監視端末を搬入して設置し、各種の設定を行い所望箇所の計測データを取得可能に監視システムの変更を随時行う。

以上説明した実施の形態においては、具体例として無人化された製造ライン、養殖池などの複数の計測ポイントで機械の運転状態や異常発生等を離れた地点に設置した遠隔情報監視装置で一括監視でき、柔軟に変更可能な監視システムとして作業者の人員削減や見回り等の工数削減に好適な例を説明したが、本発明の遠隔情報監視システム及び遠隔情報監視方法は、遠隔情報監視の各種分野に適用可能であることは云うまでもない。

本発明によれば、遠隔監視端末と遠隔情報監視装置とのデータ通信を無線LANを利用して行うことにより有線ケーブルを設置する必要が無いため、有線ケーブルの設置費用や設置スペースの削減が可能であるとともに、遠隔監視端末の増設、変更等も随時可能である。
