本発明は商品収納棚を上下方向に複数配列して成る自動販売機の商品搬出装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般にこの種自動販売機の商品搬出装置は、多数の商品収納棚が上下に複数列設けられて商品を横倒しにし、胴部が転動するよう多段に収納され商品通路の端部に、それぞれ設けられている(例えば特公昭53−11479号公報)。そして、商品収納棚の最前列の商品が、係止腕より係止されている商品搬出装置が設けてある。

以下、上述した従来の自動販売機の商品搬出装置の一例について説明を行う。自動販売機の本体内に、上下方向に複数配列して商品通路を有する商品収納棚が設けられている。そして、前記商品収納棚の各商品通路の搬出口部分には、それぞれ商品搬出装置が設けてある。前記商品搬出装置は、筒状体における下端側の傾斜した商品載置面の下端から第一係止爪を突出させ、これにより、商品の落下を防止すると共に、商品供給時には、第一係止爪を商品載置面から没入させて、先頭商品を自重により落下させる。

この時第一係止爪の没入と同時に、第一の係止爪よりも後方の位置で第二係止爪を突出させ、これにより、後続商品が続いて落下することを防止するように構成されている。

上記構成の商品取出装置を内蔵する自動販売機においては、本体の下端側に設けられている商品取出口に手を入れて、この箇所に送られてきた商品を取り出す構造になっていた。

一方、例えば実公昭55−52548号公報には、各商品載置棚の後端側に上記とほぼ同様の商品取出装置が設けられると共に、この装置が作動して商品載置棚の後端から送り出された商品は、庫内背面側の落下通路を通じて、落下した後、下端部の前下がりに傾斜した案内路を通して、本体前面における下端の商品取出口へと送られる。

また、例えば特開平6−28555号公報には、前下がりに傾斜した載置棚の前端部に設けられる、商品搬出装置の第一の商品と当接するストッパー本体の垂直面が、その下端が側を中心に回動自在に、かつ、第一の商品と第二の商品の空間に、前方への移動を阻止する第二のストッパーが設けられ、第一のストッパー本体が傾動することにより、上記上方の空間が広がって商品が取り出せる構造になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来の構成では、自動販売機の商品を購入する場合、商品本体に展示されているサンプルを見て選択ボタンを押し、商品を購入する構成になっており、サンプル自身は、商品と同じ形状,色調等の外観が必要であり、商品と同じだけの種類を必要とするとともに、1つ1つのサンプル作成に手間がかかり、自動販売機自体が高価になっていた。

また、商品搬出装置は、各商品収納路に対して、それぞれ1個ずつ設けられ、自動販売機の奥行き方向、あるいは幅方向に複数の商品収納棚を備えている場合には、部品点数が多く、構造が複雑になり、生産性が低くコストが増加するという課題があった。

本発明は上記従来の課題を解決するもので、商品サンプルが無くとも、自動販売機で販売されている商品を知ること、及び購入する商品を選択することが容易で、しかも、商品搬出装置を小型化し、商品収納量を増加させることのできる自動販売機の商品搬出装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決しようとするための手段】
上記欠点を解決するために本発明の自動販売機の商品搬出装置は、前後方向に複数の商品を並んだ状態で収納する商品収納路を複数列立設した商品収納棚と、前記商品収納棚の前端部の前記商品収納路出口部に隣り合う2つの前記商品収納路に対して一個ずつ左右に回動可能に設けられた第一の商品受け板と、前記第一の商品受け板を回動させる駆動軸と、前記第一の商品受け板の回動と連動して回転作動する作動部材と、前記第一の商品受け板の後方のそれぞれの前記商品収納路の商品滑走面側に設けられ前記作動部材の回転作動により上方に回転傾動する第二の商品受け板とからなり、販売待機時には、前記第二の商品受け板が前記商品滑走面より突出しておらず、隣り合う2つの前記商品収納路の商品が前記商品収納路の出口から落下しないように前記第一の商品受け板が前記商品収納路を塞いで、前記第一の商品受け板に前記商品収納路の先頭の商品が後方から当接しており、隣り合う2つの前記商品収納路のうち左側の前記商品収納路の商品を搬出する時は、前記駆動軸が時計方向に回転し、前記駆動軸の回転により前記第一の商品受け板が右に回動すると共に前記作動部材も回転し、前記作動部材の回転作動により隣り合う2つの前記商品収納路のうち左側の前記商品収納路の前記第二の商品受け板が上方に回転傾動して前記第二の商品受け板が前記商品滑走面より突出することにより、左側の前記商品収納路の第一番目の商品を前記商品収納路の出口から落下させるとともに、突出した前記第二の商品受け板により左側の前記商品収納路の第二番目の商品の前記商品収納路の出口への移動を規制し、隣り合う2つの前記商品収納路のうち右側の前記商品収納路の商品を搬出する時は、前記駆動軸が反時計方向に回転し、前記駆動軸の回転により前記第一の商品受け板が左に回動すると共に前記作動部材も回転し、前記作動部材の回転作動により隣り合う2つの前記商品収納路のうち右側の前記商品収納路の前記第二の商品受け板が上方に回転傾動して前記第二の商品受け板が前記商品滑走面より突出することにより、右側の前記商品収納路の第一番目の商品を前記商品収納路の出口から落下させるとともに、突出した前記第二の商品受け板により右側の前記商品収納路の第二番目の商品の前記商品収納路の出口への移動を規制するように構成されたのである。

【作用】
本発明は上記した構成によって、2つの商品収納路の商品を保持する第一の商品受け板と、前記第一の商品受け板を回動させる駆動軸と作動部材とを連動させて商品収納路の滑走面に設けた第二の商品受け板を回転させ作動するので商品搬出機構が薄型で小型化出来る。また第二の商品受け板を第一の商品受け板の後方に設けてあるので1番目の商品を搬出口側に払い出すと共に2番目の商品を搬出口への移動を規制でき形状の異なる商品でも確実に規制が出来るので缶、ビン、パック等形状の異なる商品でも収納できる。そして通路幅の規制が不要で商品の大きさに応じて、第2の商品受け板の位置を調整する操作がいらなく、使い勝手が向上させられる。

また、商品収納路内に後方より搬出側に付勢する弾性部材と前記弾性部材を保持し商品の移動をさせる送り出し押板とを商品収納路に設け前記押板の搬出口側に商品売切れを表わす文字部を一体に組込んであり商品が無くなると売切れ文字が搬出口に表れるので商品売切れ状態が文字で表すので分りやすく確実な自動販売機が提供できる。

また、前記押板に押圧され作動する検知作動棒と、商品収納路の後方に設けられ検知作動棒と当接する商品検知スイッチとを有し、商品収納棚を引出しには分離し、前記商品収納棚を収納した時は当接出来る構造としたものであり、商品通路内での検知する商品レバー部の取り付けが不用であり又た送り出し押板により検知作動棒を動作力が商品の重量に関係なくなる。この為、軽動作の商品レバーにする必要がなく確実な検知構造の自動販売機が提供できる。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の一実施例における自動販売機の商品搬出装置について、図面を参照しながら説明する。

透明ガラス3Aを設けた前扉が開閉自在に取り付けられた略箱形形状の本体の庫内には、飲料用などの商品4が一列に並べて載置される商品収納棚5が、上下に複数段もうけられている。これら商品収納棚5にはそれぞれ両側部から立ち上げられた側面レール部6A,6A間に、この間を等間隔仕切る商品収納路板7を有した商品収納路が複数列立設し各商品収納棚5上に商品4の幅寸法に合せそれぞれ区画されている。

図1、図2において、商品搬出装置8の商品収納路出口部には、2つの商品収納路の商品を保持する透光性の第一の商品受け板9が設けてある。そして、第一の商品受け板9に先頭の商品4が後方から当接し、さらにその後方に複数の商品4が並んだ状態で収納される。そして商品収納時は商品収納棚5を側面レール部6A,6Aに沿って引出し自在に構成されている。

各商品収納棚の前端部にそれぞれ設けられている商品収納装置8は、図1、図4に示すよう設けられており、先端部には、透光性のある板状で、商品収納側に商品が板面全体に抵触しないよう凸部形状のリブ(図示しない)を設け、それぞれの商品収納路6の約1/3の面積を塞ぐように成型された第1の商品受け板9が、2つの商品収納路板7で設けられた商品収納出口部の中央に設けてある。

図1、図5において、この第1の商品受け板9の中央の下部側に直角に嵌入させた状態で、商品収納路の奥行全幅に渡る駆動軸13が、商品収納棚基盤14の前後にL型の曲げフランジ部15a,15bに設けた貫通穴16に軸支させ、左右に回転自在に取り付けてある。そして、駆動軸13の搬出側の第一の商品受け板9の後部に逆U字型のカム形状を有した作動部材17が図示しない弾性ピンにて圧入し駆動軸13に係止させて、他端にはU字状の切欠きを有した接続部材19がピン18にて係止してある。

一方、商品収納棚基盤14の搬出側商品通路で第一の商品受け板9の後方に、一点を回転自在に開動できる第二の商品受け板20は、貫通穴21と略逆ム字状爪部22を突出し、他端は薄くしたR形状を有した形状にしてある。そして、第二の商品受け板20の貫通穴21に、カールを有したL字型の支持板23を軸24にて軸着させ、左右2つの商品収納路の商品滑走面側に、それぞれネジ25にて取り付けられている。

図5、図7において、第二の商品受け板20が、それぞれ水平状態の時は,逆U字型のカム形状を有した作動部材17に設けてあるA爪部26とB爪部27に近接して取り付けてある。そして、駆動軸13が時計方向に回転させると、作動部材17に設けてあるA爪部26が、左側の第二の商品受け板20に当接して上方に回転し、若干作動した時点で、第二の商品受け板20の略ム字状爪部22の下側爪22Aを作動部材17に設けてあるB爪部27が当接し、さらに上方に回転傾動するようになっている。

そして、この位置に来ると図1に示す駆動モーター44部内にある位置検知スイッチ46が作動する構造になっており、この状態から反時計方向へ回転しはじめるA爪部26が、第二の商品受け板20の略ム字状爪部22の上側爪22Bに当接し下方に押圧し、第二の商品受け板20が水平状態に来ると、逆U字型のカム形状を有した作動部材17は、離れるように構成されている。また、この状態で位置検知スイッチ46が作動し、駆動モーター44が、停止するようになっている。

一方、図5、図6において、駆動軸13が反時計方向に回転すると、作動部材17に設けてあるB爪部27が、右側の第二の商品受け板20’に当接して上方に回転し、若干作動した時点で、第二の商品受け板20’の略ム字状爪部22’の下側爪22Aを作動部材17に設けてあるA爪部26が入り、さらに上方に回転傾動するようになっている。

そして、この位置に来ると、駆動モーター44部内にある位置検知スイッチ46が作動する。この状態から時計方向へ回転し始めると、B爪部27が、第二の商品受け板20’の略ム字状爪部22の上側爪22B’に当接し下方に押圧して、第二の商品受け板20’が水平状態に来ると、逆U字型のカム形状を有した作動部材17は離れる。また、この状態で位置検知スイッチ46作動し、駆動モーター44が、停止するようになっている。

次に、図1から図4及び図8において、各商品収納路の低部には、略レール状の滑走部材28を商品収納棚基盤14にネジにて固定してあり、滑走部材の上側には商品との接触抵抗を小さくする複数の突出したリブ29を滑走部材の全奥行に配列し、商品の滑走面にしてある。そして、滑走面の両端部30、30’を商品搬出方向に慴動できるL型の送り出し押板31を架設してある。押板31の下部両端には、爪部32を有する略Uの字状の内溝33、33’が設けられ、滑走面の両端部30、30’に遊嵌して挿入してある。

そして、L型の送り出し押板31の前面には商品売切れの表示34を設け、背面部には、渦巻き状の弾性部材35が軸36に回転自在に設けてある。渦巻き状の弾性部材35の片端は、L型の送り出し押板31の下部角穴37を貫通し、滑走部材28の上側のリブ29間の面より埋没させ、滑走部材28の全奥行に渡る長さにし、第二商品受け板20の後部にてネジにて張架してある。

次に、略レール状の滑走部材28の前端部にL型の検知作動棒39が設けてある。検知作動棒39は、片端に係止座金40を固着し、その前方側には圧縮バネ41を挿入し、商品収納棚基盤14のL型の曲げフランジ15bの穴を通し、他端は、L字に曲げた係止片42を有し常に後側に付勢するよう取り付けてある。

そして、L型の送り出し押板31が滑走部材28の前端部に移動し、第二商品受け板20位置に来ると、送り出し押板31の下部両端には、爪部32が検知作動棒39のL字に曲げた係止片42に当接し圧接させ、検知作動棒39が移動させるよう構成してある。

次に、商品収納棚5の後部に設けた駆動モーター固定板43に、駆動モーター44と駆動モーター軸45が90°回転すると作動する位置検知スイッチ46が、2つの商品収納路6に対して1個設けられており、駆動軸13のU字状の切欠きを有した接続部材19に着脱自在に係合してある。さらに、商品検知スイッチ47が各商品収納路に設けた検知作動棒39に当接して構成してある。

以上のように構成された自動販売機の商品搬出装置について、以下図1から図8を参照して、その動作について説明する。

次に、左側商品通路の販売信号が駆動モーター44入力され回転し、駆動軸13が時計方向に回転すると、駆動軸13に固着された透光性の第一の商品受け板9と作動部材17が回転作動する。これにより、第二の商品受け板20が、水平状態から逆U字型のカム形状を有した作動部材17に設けてあるA爪部26が左側の第二の商品受け板20に当接して上方に回転し、若干作動した時点で、第二の商品受け板20の略ム字状爪部22の下側爪22Aを作動部材17に設けてあるB爪部27が当接して、さらに上方に回転傾動すると商品が上方に移動する。

商品が最上段位置にくると、第1の商品受け板9は右に90度回転し、第一の商品が搬送路へ移動し搬出される。そして、第二商品は搬出口側に移動するが、第二の商品受け板20が滑走面より突出しており、第二の商品が阻止され保持される。そして、駆動モーター軸45が90°回転すると作動する位置検知スイッチ46が作動し、駆動モーター44が反時計方向に逆回転する。次に、第二の商品受け板20が水平状態に戻り、位置検知スイッチ46が働くと停止する。この時、L型の送り出し押板31が渦巻き状の弾性部材35により商品は搬出口方向へ移動するが、第一の商品受け板9も待機状態に戻っており、商品は搬送路へ落下することなく阻止され止る。

商品が最上段位置にくると、第1の商品受け板9は左に90度回転し、第一の商品が搬送路へ移動し搬出される。そして、第二商品は搬出口側に移動するが、第二の商品受け板20’が滑走面より突出しており、第二の商品が同様に阻止され、保持される。そして、駆動モーター軸45が90°回転すると作動する位置検知スイッチ46’が作動し、駆動モーター44が反時計方向に正回転し、第二の商品受け板20’が水平状態に戻って停止する。この時、L型の送り出し押板31’が渦巻き状の弾性部材35’により商品は搬出口方向へ移動するが、第一の商品受け板9も待機状態に戻っており、商品は搬送路へ落下することなく阻止され止る。

このような構成にしてあるため商品収納棚5の商品搬出装置8の構成が簡単で透光性があるので商品を鮮明に確認でき、さらに第二の商品受け板20、20’が回転傾動するため、1個ずつ確実に商品を搬送路へ搬出できる。

そして、駆動モーター44も2つの商品収納路に対して一個でよく、さらに商品収納棚5には販売するための配線がなく、引出し動作での振動,衝撃が配線に伝わらなく、信頼性の高い自動販売機の商品搬出装置が提供できる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明の自動販売機の商品搬出装置は、商品搬出装置が薄く簡単な構造である。そして販売商品が縦に収納し搬出できるため販売商品をそのまま販売でき外部から見えるショーケース方式の自動販売機にできる。このため、販売商品と同じサンプルが不要で、低価格の自動販売機が提供できる。

また、第二の商品受け板が商品搬出口の滑走面に設けられており、第一の商品を押出すと共に第二の商品を阻止出来るので、商品径の異なっても商品通路の調整操作が不要で、汎用性の高い自動販売機の商品搬出装置を提供できる。

また、伝達駆動部及び駆動モーターが小型で、商品収納路数に対して半分の個数で構成でき、低価格で薄い構造で各商品通路に設けられており、自動販売機内において商品搬出装置の占めるスペースが非常に小さく、多くの商品を収納できる。

また、商品を収納する場合、商品収納棚を手前に引出すが、商品搬出装置の配線がなく引出し時配線が引っ掛からない構造で、複雑で配線の為の場所の確保が不要で効率の良い収納庫ができ接触不良等なく信頼性の高い商品搬出装置が提供できる。
