Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a wallpaper-turning-prevention tape that is disposed at a seam of a wallpaper (including cloth) to be attached to a wall surface and that prevents the wallpaper from peeling off.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a wallpaper is to be attached to the wall of a building, glue is applied to the back of the long wallpaper, cut into a predetermined length, and sequentially attached from one end. In this case, the seam between the wallpaper pasted and the wallpaper pasted next should be pasted together with their edges overlapped for pattern matching, etc. A cut is made along the edge with a knife or the like, and the overlapping ends are cut off. Then, the floating end is pressed against the wall surface and fixed again.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this method, since the glue of the superimposed upper wallpaper adheres to the surface of the lower wallpaper, there is a problem that the lower wallpaper is soiled and the appearance is impaired, and the edge of the upper wallpaper is There is also a problem that the adhesive strength to the wall surface is reduced and the film is easily peeled off since the film is once peeled and then re-laminated.
[0004]
In addition, plasterboard with paper pasted on the surface is often used as the base of the wall, but in this case, when the edge of the overlapping wallpaper is cut off, a cut is made on the board surface, so the board surface The paper that was pasted turned up, and the wallpaper pasted on it often came off.
[0005]
In order to improve such a problem, a wallpaper sticking tape provided with a water-soluble adhesive layer in a dry state activated with water on at least one surface of a thin tape body colored in a color similar to the color of a wall is known. It has been proposed (JP-A-11-36549). This tape is interposed between the wallpaper and the wall surface along the adjacent part of the two wallpapers, glue is added along the edges of the two wallpapers, and the adhesion is strengthened, Since the base is colored in the same manner as the base, it is said that the tape application position is inconspicuous even when the wallpaper is thin or transparent.
[0006]
However, in this case, both edges of the tape are linear, and a thick adhesive layer is formed over the entire width of the tape. May easily appear on the wallpaper surface, and the appearance may be impaired. Also, when applying wallpaper, the hands of the workers are often painted with water to apply the glue dissolved with water, but since the adhesive layer activated by water is provided on the entire surface of the tape In addition, when the worker touches with hands wet with water at the time of construction, the adhesive is activated, and the tapes are stuck to each other so that the tapes do not peel off, resulting in a problem that workability is significantly reduced. To prevent this, the side edge of the tape may be covered with a cover such as plastic which can be easily peeled off. However, this method requires an extra member, and is not preferable because the cost increases. Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and to provide a tape for preventing wallpaper turning, which is convenient for handling and can effectively prevent the turning of the wallpaper, and in which a straight line along the adjacent portion of the wallpaper hardly appears on the wallpaper surface. It is an issue.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides the following tape for preventing wall-turning. That is, in the tape for preventing wall-turning according to the present invention, an adhesive layer is provided along the longitudinal direction with a width smaller than the width of the mount at the center of a thin band-shaped mount having both side edges formed in a jagged shape. It is characterized by being done. This adhesive layer is preferably formed by a method of impregnating the mount with a water-soluble adhesive such as PVA so as to be formed on both the front and back surfaces of the mount.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a tape for preventing wallpaper turning over according to the present invention. The tape for preventing wallpaper turning over (hereinafter, abbreviated as “tape”) 1 includes a band-shaped backing sheet 2 and a width of the backing sheet 2. An adhesive layer 3 is formed at a central portion in the direction in a range slightly smaller than the width of the mount. The width of the mount 2 is, for example, about 30 to 50 mm. As the backing paper 2, a thin, long-fiber hydrophilic paper having a basis weight of 30 g / m 2 or less, preferably about 10 g / m 2 , for example, vinylon paper, linen paper, or the like is suitable.
[0009]
As the adhesive of the adhesive layer 3 provided within the width of the backing paper 2, a known adhesive used as a glue for this type of tape may be used. Practically, it is preferable to use a water-soluble adhesive such as PVA (polyvinyl alcohol). In addition to PVA, there is a material containing PEO, isobutene, or the like as a main component.
[0010]
The adhesive layer 3 is formed by, for example, dissolving a water-soluble adhesive with water and impregnating the mount 2. Since the backing sheet 2 has hydrophilicity and water easily permeates, the adhesive penetrates to the back surface according to the impregnation method, and the adhesive layers 3 are formed on both front and back surfaces of the backing sheet. If the amount of the adhesive is too small, the desired effect cannot be obtained. On the contrary, if the amount is too large, it is useless, and the thickness of the backing increases and the seam of the wallpaper becomes conspicuous. Therefore, it is preferable that the amount of the solid content to be attached is about 3 to 15 g / m 2 . After the impregnation, the adhesive layer 3 is dried to obtain a desired tape.
[0011]
In this tape 1, the mount portion not impregnated with the adhesive is exposed on both sides of the adhesive layer 3 impregnated. If the width of the mount-exposed portions 2a, 2a is too narrow, it is inconvenient to handle, and if it is too wide, wasteful portions increase to be uneconomical, and the backside of the wallpaper may rise from the base surface. It is preferably about 5 to 20 mm. In addition, the line of the edge part 2b of the mount has a random jagged shape. This is to prevent the line of the backing from clearly appearing when pasted under the wallpaper, and can be formed by, for example, cutting with a dull blade so as to be half-peeled off. It is more preferable that the surface of the mount-exposed portion 2a is shaved with abrasive paper or the like so that the outside becomes gradually thinner, since lines at both edges of the mount are less likely to appear after construction.
[0012]
The tape 1 for preventing wall-turning is a strip having a predetermined width, and is manufactured, for example, as follows. First, an adhesive layer 3 is formed by impregnating an adhesive with a predetermined width at the center in the width direction of the band-shaped mount 2 having a predetermined width. Thereafter, the edges 2b, 2b of the mount-exposed portions 2a, 2a, which are not impregnated with the adhesive, are cut in a jagged manner. The jagged edge 2b is a saw-tooth or wavy irregular shape in plan view, may be completely random, or may have a shape that repeats a predetermined uneven shape.
[0013]
When the tape 1 for preventing wall-turning is manufactured, it may be manufactured for each strip, but a wide backing sheet is prepared, and a plurality of strips of the adhesive impregnated with a predetermined width are formed at appropriate intervals and dried. After that, if a method is used in which the gap between the adhesive impregnated layers is cut off so that each strip is slightly peeled off with a sharp-edged blade, efficient production can be achieved. It is preferable that the tape 1 be prepared in the form of a roll, and then be pulled out and cut to a necessary length when used. This is convenient for handling and transportation during storage and use.
[0014]
A construction method using the wallpaper turning prevention tape 1 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 2, a wallpaper (or a cloth) P having a predetermined width is sequentially placed on the surface of a board B as a wall material from the end. Paint and paste water-soluble paste on the back. When one wallpaper has been pasted, a new wallpaper P is pasted on the portion adjacent to it. At this time, the edge of the new wallpaper is pasted first to match the pattern and finish the seam beautifully. The required width is overlapped and pasted on the edge of.
[0015]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, a cut C is made at an appropriate position of the overlapping portion with a knife or the like, and both ends are cut off, and both cut edges Pt, Pt are peeled off. Then, the tape 1 of the present invention is affixed thereunder. When a cut is made in the wallpaper, a cut is also made in the surface of the board B as a base, so the tape 1 is pasted on the cut of the board, and the wallpaper is pasted on the cut. In this case, since the water remaining when the wallpaper is pasted remains, the water activates the adhesive layer 3 of the tape 1, and the tape 1 can be easily pasted on the board surface as a base. In the case where moisture is insufficient, water may be applied to the bonding portion.
[0016]
Finally, as shown in FIG. 4, the edges of the wallpaper on both sides are abutted on the tape 1 and affixed. Thereby, the wallpaper can be applied in a state where the edges are beautifully butted against each other. This tape 1 has notched straight edges on both sides, but is jagged, and both sides of the adhesive layer are still thin mounts. The edges are blurred, and lines of the tape 1 are less likely to appear on the surface of the wallpaper stuck thereon. In addition, there is a part of the tape that has a predetermined width and has no adhesive on both sides. It is easy to handle without sticking.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the anti-wallpaper turning tape of the present invention has an adhesive layer formed with a predetermined width at the center in the width direction of the mount, and the both sides thereof are exposed to the mount without the adhesive. It is not only a straight line but also a jagged shape, so not only the workability during construction is good, but also the seam of the wallpaper is hard to peel off, and the lower side The edge line of the tape hardly appeared on the surface of the wallpaper, and it was possible to obtain a beautiful finish.
