Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a vegetation net installed on an inclined slope, and in particular, a plurality of bag-shaped storage portions elongated in the horizontal direction are formed in a vertical direction by a front net and a back net, and vegetation material is captured by the storage portion. It is related to vegetation nets.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional art, by the front net and the back net open area of glance has a 8 mm 2 to 20 mm 2 around the mesh, vegetation nets formed by a number form an elongated bag-shaped housing portion in a lateral direction to the longitudinal direction Forming and forming an elongated sheet-made customer bag that fits into the housing portion, and a part of the circumferential surface of the customer bag that can be decomposed over time over the entire length in the longitudinal direction is degradable. It is formed of materials, and the guest soil is stored in the guest soil bag to form a soil object. In some cases, the soil is positioned so that the decomposable material thereof faces upward at the time of installation, and fitted into the accommodation portion of the vegetation net.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional one, since the earthen body is positioned and fitted into the accommodation portion of the vegetation net, the fitting operation requires time and effort. Also, the orientation of the earthen body fitted into the housing part is easily changed by the slope angle of the slope or the laying work, etc., and when the degradable material of the earthen body is decomposed with time in this state, the earthen soil becomes difficult. There were problems such as leakage to the outside and uneven greening. The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problem by providing a mesh portion having a large opening area on one side surface of the housing portion of the vegetation net in the vertical direction.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is configured as follows in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks. In other words, the invention according to claim 1 provides a vegetation net formed by vertically forming a large number of bag-shaped storage portions elongated in the horizontal direction by the front net and the back net, and forming the storage portion. Table and out of the back net, the size of the entire mesh of the bottom of the mesh and the back net Table nets, soil dressing was mixed vegetation group is a mesh hardly leaks to vegetation material, on top of the table net The window is formed of a mesh larger than the mesh at the lower part of the net and the mesh of the back net.
In the invention according to claim 2, the warp yarn has a pitch of 5 mm or more among the warp yarns and the weft yarns for knitting the front net and the back net of the storage portion, and the weft yarn is the pitch of the weft yarn on the lower portion of the front net and on the entire back net. Is set to a pitch of 4 mm or less, and the pitch of the weft yarn on the upper portion of the front net is set to a pitch of 5 mm or more.
Further, the invention is between housing portions adjacent in the vertical direction, mainly to form a connecting portion of the comb-like formed by warp, predetermined intervals in the vertical direction of the housing portion by the connecting portion according to claim 3 It is configured to be set to a value.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial front view of a vegetation net according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view of a main part along line II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view of a main part showing a use state.
[0006]
1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a vegetation net, which has a width (left and right width) W of about 1.05 m and a vertical width L (up and down length) of about 10 m by raschel weaving a warp yarn 2 and a weft yarn 3. The accommodating part 4 formed by the double woven part of the front net 4a and the back net 4b and the comb-shaped connecting part 6 formed mainly by each warp yarn 2 are vertically knitted in FIG. Alternately in the up and down directions.
[0007]
The accommodation portion 4 accommodates an object 7 to be described later. The accommodation portion 4 is formed to extend over the entire width of the vegetation net 1 with a vertical (up and down) width T1 of about 13 cm, and is closed by sewing the left end. The right end is opened to the outside, and this part is used as the insertion port 5 of the object body 7. The connecting portion 6 is formed such that the vertical width T2 is about 8 cm to 30 cm.
[0008]
Among the warp yarns 2 and the weft yarns 3 constituting the vegetation net 1, the pitch P1 in the lateral (left-right direction in FIG. 1) direction of each warp yarn 2 is a pitch that does not inhibit the emergence of plants, for example, 5 mm or more, preferably 8 mm to 20 mm. The warp yarns 2 of the storage unit 4 are arranged so that the front warp yarns 2a and the back warp yarns 2b are separated from each other in the front and back directions in the front and back directions. Are knitted together to form a line.
[0009]
The weft thread 3 is as shown in FIG. That is, the weft yarn 3a of the front net 4a forming the front surface side of the housing portion 4 is arranged such that the upper half thereof is arranged at a pitch slightly larger than the pitch P1 of the warp yarn 2, and the lower half is the pitch at which the guest soil is difficult to leak. For example, they are arranged in a length of 4 mm or less, preferably 2 mm or less, and are netted on each surface warp yarn 2a. Also, the weft yarns 3b of the back net 4b forming the back side are arranged at a pitch, for example, 4 mm or less, preferably 2 mm or less, over which the above-mentioned soil is unlikely to leak, and are netted to the respective back warp yarns 2b. As a result, a window 4c having an opening area that does not hinder the emergence of the plant is formed in the upper portion on the front surface side of each storage unit 4.
[0010]
Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the soil object 7 is accommodated in the accommodation section 4 from the insertion port 5, and the vegetation net 1 is turned so that the window 4 c of the accommodation section 4 faces upward. It is installed on an inclined slope 8. The soil body 7 is formed into a long and thin tubular soil bag 7a using a paper material or a water-soluble sheet that can be decomposed over time, and a vegetation material obtained by mixing fertilizer, soil, and the like in the soil bag 7a. It is made by filling the soil 7b of the population mixed with vegetation base. The insertion port 5 is closed by sewing after accommodating the soil object 7.
[0011]
According to the above embodiment, since the large mesh window 4c is formed at the upper part (one side surface in the vertical direction) of the front net 4a of the housing part 4, the vegetation net 1 is inclined toward a predetermined direction. If it is installed on the slope 8, the window 4 c of the storage section 4 is directed upward without any influence of the unevenness of the slope 8. For this reason, even if the entire surface of the guest bag 7a of the guest body 7 is formed of an inexpensive single material that can be decomposed over time and is stored in the storage unit 4 without considering the directionality, When the bag 7a is decomposed over time, the internal soil 7b does not leak out of the housing part 4 in a random manner, and some of the soil 7b leaks out of the window 4c with regularity. The plants can be germinated also between the respective accommodating portions 4, that is, from the connecting portions 6. In addition, the sprouts of the plant that have germinated in the soil object 7 (a) easily come out of the window 4c positioned above, and the plant grows substantially uniformly.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, since a window made of a large mesh is formed on one side in the longitudinal direction of the front net forming the accommodating portion, this window is formed by the unevenness of the slope. The plant is positioned in a predetermined direction without being planted, and the plant grows smoothly from a predetermined position. In addition, it is not necessary to use a special structure for the sack of the object to be accommodated in the accommodation portion, and the object can be obtained at a low cost, and can be accommodated in the accommodation portion without considering the orientation of the object. Since it is possible, the accommodation work of this becomes easy. And so on.
