Description
【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a warp knitted fabric having a woven appearance.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in sportswear represented by training wear, circular knitted fabrics with excellent exercise followability such as stretchability are overwhelming, but those with a woven appearance have been required from recent market needs. I have.
Conventionally, sportswear using woven fabrics has poor movement followability such as stretchability, and although warp insertion and weft insertion warp knitted fabrics have a woven appearance, almost no stretchability due to insertion. Until now, there has not been known a material which has a fabric-like appearance and is excellent in exercise followability such as stretchability.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention provides a warp knitted fabric that meets such demands.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a synthetic fiber filament false twisted yarn (A) having a total denier of 50 to 100 denier and a single yarn denier of 0.8 to 2.2 denier in a warp knitted fabric having at least two reeds. The other is a warp knitted fabric composed of a synthetic fiber filament yarn (B) having a total denier of 40 to 60% of the synthetic fiber filament false twisted yarn (A), and is wrinkled. Warp knitted fabric for sportswear .
[0005]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The synthetic fiber multifilament yarns (A) and (B) in the present invention include acetate, polyamide, polyester, and acrylic (including polyacrylonitrile and polyacrylonitrile copolymer containing 40% by weight or more of polyacrylonitrile). , Etc., monofilaments and / or multifilaments are used.
[0006]
Further, if necessary, a substance to which a matting agent, a pigment, a light stabilizer, a heat stabilizer, an antioxidant, an antistatic agent, a dyeability or an adhesion improver, etc. may be used. Further, the cross section of the single yarn may be a round cross section or an irregular cross section such as Y-shaped, L-shaped or triangular.
In addition, the synthetic fiber multifilament yarn (A) in the present invention needs to have a total denier of 50 to 100 denier, and in order to further emphasize the appearance of the woven fabric, the single yarn denier is 0.8 to 2.2 denier. it is necessary that there, in the present invention, should be a bulked yarn, such as false twisting yarn. If the total denier is out of this range, the object of the present invention cannot be achieved.
[0007]
Furthermore, the synthetic fiber filament yarn (B) in the present invention must have a total denier of 40 to 60% of the total denier of the synthetic fiber filament yarn (A), and the filament yarn (B) has a woven appearance. It is more preferable to use a monofilament in order to emphasize. If the total denier is out of this range, the object of the present invention will not be achieved.
[0008]
As the structure of the warp knitted fabric according to the present invention, the number of reeds is preferably 2 or more, preferably 2 to 3 tricots, but Russell may be used. If the number of reeds is one, the object of the present invention cannot be achieved.
It is desirable that the gauge in the present invention is 22 to 40 GG, preferably 24 to 28 GG, and the organization is, for example, <F: 2-3 / 1 when expressed by a front reed (F) and a back reed (B). −0 B: 1-0 / 1-2> is optimal for achieving the object of the present invention, and <F: 3-2-1 / 0 / 0-1 / 2-3 B: 2- 3 / 3-2 / 1-0 / 0-1> and <F: 2-3 / 3-2 / 1-0 / 0-1 / 1-0 / 0-1 / 2/3 / 3-3-2B : 2-3 / 3-2 / 2-3 / 3-2 / 1-0 / 0-1 / 1-0 / 0-1>.
[0009]
According to the present invention, a woven appearance can be obtained by wrinkling the warp knitted fabric. The conditions of the wrinkle processing in the present invention may be those conventionally known. For example, wrinkle processing under a wet state by a liquid jet dyeing machine, a rotary washer or the like may be employed.
The warp knitted fabric of the present invention may be raised before and after wrinkling as necessary, or may be subjected to conventionally known finishing such as softening. Further, the warp knitted fabric of the present invention may be laminated with a resin film by coating or laminating polyurethane or polyacrylic, and used for ski wear, wind breaker, mountain wear, golf rain wear, coat, blouson, and the like. Is also good.
[0010]
