Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a temporary toilet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in places where an unspecified number of people gather, such as a place of refuge at the time of a disaster, an event site, or a construction site, a temporary toilet is required for sanitary disposal of excrement. A temporary toilet used in this manner is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 5-245062. The temporary toilet here has a floor placed on the manhole opening, and a hole is made in the floor, through which the excrement is dropped into the manhole. A ring-shaped projection is provided around the hole of the floor plate and on the bottom wall surface of the floor plate. The projections are sized so that the outer peripheral surface thereof is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole when the floor plate is installed on the manhole opening. For this reason, when the soleplate is installed on the manhole opening, the projections engage with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening to position the soleplate with respect to the manhole opening.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the size of the manhole is different from each other. For this reason, when trying to install the temporary toilet in a manhole opening having a diameter larger than the planned diameter, the protrusion on the bottom wall surface of the floor plate does not engage with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening, and therefore, the floor plate is placed against the manhole opening. Not positioned. On the other hand, if the temporary toilet is to be installed in a manhole opening having a diameter smaller than the intended diameter, the protrusion on the bottom wall surface of the floor plate is not accommodated in the manhole opening, and therefore the floor plate is not positioned with respect to the manhole opening.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a temporary toilet that can be adapted to manhole openings of different sizes.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the first invention, a temporary toilet having a floor installed on a manhole opening of a sewer and having an opening that opens to the manhole opening on the floor is protruded from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate. A first protruding portion having a second protruding portion in a region outside the bottom wall surface region of the bottom plate provided with the first protruding portion and the bottom plate having the first protruding portion and the first protruding portion; The one protruding portion protrudes from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate larger than the second protruding portion, and the outer peripheral surface of the second protruding portion has a second diameter manhole opening when the floor plate is installed in the second diameter manhole opening. The sole plate is positioned with respect to the manhole opening by abutting against the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening, and the outer peripheral surface of the first protruding portion is located inside the manhole opening of the first diameter when the sole plate is installed in the manhole opening of the first diameter. Positioning by contacting the peripheral surface Overhang to support the load of the floor plate.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the second invention, a temporary toilet provided with a floor installed on a manhole opening of a sewer and having an opening that opens to the manhole opening in the floor is protruded from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate. A first protruding portion having a second protruding portion in a region outside the bottom wall surface region of the bottom plate provided with the first protruding portion and the bottom plate having the first protruding portion and the first protruding portion; The second projecting portion is configured so that the projecting amount of the second projecting portion projecting from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate can be made zero, and the outer peripheral surface of the second projecting portion is provided with the floor plate at the manhole opening of the second diameter. When it is done, the soleplate is positioned with respect to the manhole opening by abutting against the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening of the second diameter, and the outer peripheral surface of the first protruding portion makes the soleplate the first diameter different from the second diameter. When installed at the manhole opening of The second projecting portion along with the contact with the floor plate to the inner peripheral surface of the mouth is positioned with respect to the manhole opening is the projection amount to zero.
In a third aspect, in the second aspect, the second protruding portion is supported by a support rod pivotally attached to the bottom plate, and the second protruding portion is pivoted by the support rod. Is accommodated in the floor plate, and the amount of protrusion of the second protruding portion is made zero.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the fourth invention, a temporary toilet having a floor installed on a manhole opening of a sewer and having an opening that opens to the manhole opening on the floor is protruded from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate. A positioning projection is provided on the bottom wall surface of the floor plate in a region around the opening , and the positioning projection contacts the inner peripheral surface of the first diameter manhole when the floor is to be installed at the first diameter manhole. Providing one outer peripheral surface, when the sole plate is to be installed in a manhole opening of a second diameter different from the first diameter, the second outer peripheral surface abutting on the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening of the second diameter. The positioning projection is provided so that the distance between the positioning projection and the opening of the floor plate can be adjusted according to the diameter of the manhole opening.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in a fifth invention, in a temporary toilet having a floor installed on a manhole opening of a sewer and having an opening opening to the manhole opening in the floor, A first protruding portion projecting from the second protruding portion, and a second protruding portion protruding from the floor plate in a region outside the opening with respect to a region where the first protruding portion is provided, and When installed in the manhole opening of diameter, the outer peripheral surface of the second protruding portion abuts the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening of second diameter to position the soleplate with respect to the manhole opening, and the soleplate has the second diameter. When installed in a manhole opening having a first diameter different from that of the first hole, the outer peripheral surface of the first protruding portion comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening of the first diameter to position the floor plate with respect to the manhole opening and to mount the floor plate. From the second downward Projecting amount of output portions is zero.
In order to solve the above problems, in a sixth invention, in a temporary toilet having a floor installed on a manhole opening of a sewer and having an opening opening to the manhole opening in the sewer, a floor plate is provided in a region around the opening. A positioning projection protruding from the first diameter is provided, and the positioning projection provides a first outer peripheral surface which abuts on an inner peripheral surface of the first diameter manhole opening when the floor plate is installed in the first diameter manhole opening. And when the soleplate is installed in a manhole opening of a second diameter different from the first diameter, the positioning projections provide a second outer peripheral surface abutting on an inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening of the second diameter. The positioning projection is configured such that the distance between the positioning projection and the opening of the floor plate is adjusted according to the diameter of the manhole opening.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a temporary toilet 1 according to the present invention. The temporary toilet 1 includes a floor plate 2 and a cover portion 3 installed on the floor plate 2. The covering part 3 has four side walls 3a, a door 3b attached to one of the side walls 3a, and a roof 3c installed on the side wall 3a. The floor plate 2 of the present invention is installed on a manhole opening with a cover as described later. The floor plate 2 is made of a lightweight and robust material, such as metal or resin.
[0010]
Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the soleplate 2 is formed with an opening 4 in a substantially central region thereof. The opening 4 is substantially elliptical or substantially oval. A user of the temporary toilet 1 of the present invention installed on the manhole opening can drop excrement through the opening 4 into the manhole.
Further, positioning projections projecting from the floor plate 2 are provided on the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2 in a region around the opening 4. The positioning projection has two sets of projections, four first projections 5 and four second projections 6. As shown in FIG. 2, the first projecting portions 5 are provided at equal angular intervals so as to surround the opening 4 on the circle C1. The second projecting portions 6 are provided at equal angular intervals so as to surround the opening 4 and the first projecting portion 5 on a circle C2 having a diameter larger than the circle C1. As described above, in the present embodiment, the first protruding portion 5 is arranged on the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2 in the peripheral region of the opening 4, and is a peripheral region outside the region where the first protruding portion 5 is provided. A second projecting portion 6 is provided on the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2. In this embodiment, the circle C1 and the circle C2 form a concentric circle, but need not necessarily form a concentric circle.
[0011]
Also, as shown in FIG. 3, the amount by which the first projecting portion 5 projects from the floor plate 2 is greater than the amount by which the second projecting portion 6 projects from the floor plate 2. That is, the first protruding portion 5 protrudes from the floor plate 2 more than the second protruding portion 6. Thus, in the present embodiment, two areas are formed around the opening 4 so as to be different from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2. A handle 2a is attached on the floor plate 2 and in the vicinity of the opening 4.
[0012]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer peripheral surface of the second projecting portion 6 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening 7 when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole opening 7 having a relatively large diameter (for example, 60 cm). At this time, the first protruding portion 5 is completely accommodated in the manhole opening 7. The load of the floor plate 2 is supported on the ground 8 by a part of the bottom wall surface. Here, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening 7 by the second projecting portion 6.
[0013]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the outer peripheral surface of the first protruding portion 5 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening 9 when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole opening 9 having a relatively small diameter (for example, 40 cm). . At this time, the second projecting portion 6 supports the load of the floor plate 2 on the ground 8. Here, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening 9 by the first projecting portion 5.
[0014]
As described above, according to the present invention, the soleplate can be positioned with respect to manhole openings having different diameters.
Note that the bottom area of the second protrusion is larger than the bottom area of the first protrusion. According to this, the stability of the floor plate when the load of the floor plate is supported on the ground by the second projecting portion is enhanced.
[0015]
Next, a second embodiment will be described. Referring to FIG. 5, the positioning projection of the second embodiment has two sets of projections, three first projections 10 and three second projections 11. The first protrusion 10 is provided along the circle C1. Also, the first projecting portions 10 are arranged at equal angular intervals with respect to the center of the opening 4, that is, at an angle of 120 °. Further, the second protruding portion 11 is provided in a region outside the first protruding portion 10 along a circle C2 having a larger diameter than the circle C1. These second projecting portions 11 are also arranged at equal angular intervals with respect to the center of the opening 4, that is, at an angle of 120 °.
[0016]
As in the first embodiment, the amount by which the first projecting portion 10 projects from the soleplate 2 is greater than the amount by which the second projecting portion 11 projects from the soleplate 2.
The function of each protruding portion when the floor plate 2 of the second embodiment is set on the manhole opening is the same as the function of the first embodiment. That is, the outer peripheral surface of the second protruding portion 11 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole having a relatively large diameter. At this time, the first protruding portion 10 is housed in the manhole opening. The load of the floor plate 2 is supported on the ground by a part of the bottom wall surface. Here, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening by the second projecting portion 11. On the other hand, the outer peripheral surface of the first projecting portion 10 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole having a relatively small diameter. At this time, the second projecting portion 11 supports the load of the floor plate 2 on the ground. Here, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening by the first projecting portion 10.
[0017]
According to the second embodiment, the weight of the sole plate is reduced because the amount of material constituting the protruding portion is small. Although the number of projecting portions in the second embodiment is smaller than the number of projecting portions in the first embodiment, the second projecting portions are provided at three points located at 120 ° angular intervals with respect to the center of the opening. The stability of the floor plate when the floor plate is supported on the ground by the second projecting portion is sufficiently ensured.
[0018]
Next, a third embodiment will be described. Referring to FIG. 6, the positioning projection of the third embodiment has two sets of projecting parts, namely, two first projecting parts 12 and two second projecting parts 13. The first protruding portion 12 is provided along the circle C1. Further, the first projecting portions 12 are symmetrically arranged on opposite sides with respect to the center of the opening 4. Further, the second protruding portion 13 is provided in a region outside the first protruding portion 12 along a circle C2 having a larger diameter than the circle C1. These second projecting portions 13 are also arranged symmetrically on opposite sides with respect to the center of the opening 4. The angle at which these protruding portions are provided is an angle at which the protruding portions are arranged on three points located at an angular interval of 120 ° with respect to the center of the opening.
[0019]
Further, as in the first embodiment, the amount by which the first projecting portion 12 projects from the floor plate 2 is larger than the amount by which the second projecting portion 13 projects from the floor plate 2.
The function of each protruding portion when the floor plate 2 of the second embodiment is set on the manhole opening is the same as the function of the first embodiment. That is, the outer peripheral surface of the second protruding portion 13 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole having a relatively large diameter. At this time, the first protruding portion 12 is accommodated in the manhole opening. The load of the floor plate 2 is supported on the ground by a part of the bottom wall surface. Here, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening by the second projecting portion 13. On the other hand, the outer peripheral surface of the first protruding portion 12 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole having a relatively small diameter. At this time, the second projecting portion 13 supports the load of the floor plate 2 on the ground. Here, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening by the first projecting portion 12.
[0020]
Next, a fourth embodiment will be described. Referring to FIG. 7, a substantially annular positioning projection 14 is provided around the opening 4 on the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2 of the fourth embodiment. Referring to FIG. 8, the positioning protrusion 14 includes a first protruding portion 15 on the inner side near the opening 4, and a second protruding portion 16 on the outer side of the first protruding portion 15. Here, the amount by which the first projecting portion 15 projects from the floor plate 2 is larger than the amount by which the second projecting portion 16 projects from the floor plate 2 as in the first embodiment.
[0021]
The function of each protruding portion when the floor plate 2 of the fourth embodiment is set on the manhole opening is the same as the function of the first embodiment. That is, the outer peripheral surface of the second protruding portion 16 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole having a relatively large diameter. At this time, the first protruding portion 15 is housed in the manhole opening. The load of the floor plate 2 is supported on the ground by a part of the bottom wall surface. Here, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening by the second projecting portion 16. On the other hand, the outer peripheral surface of the first protruding portion 15 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole having a relatively small diameter. At this time, the second projecting portion 16 supports the load of the floor plate 2 on the ground. Here, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening by the first projecting portion 15.
[0022]
Next, a fifth embodiment will be described. Referring to FIG. 9, the positioning projection of the fifth embodiment has an annular or ring-shaped first projecting portion 17 and an annular or ring-shaped second projecting portion 18. The second projecting portion 18 is arranged in a region outside the first projecting portion 17.
As in the first embodiment, the amount by which the first projecting portion 17 projects from the floor plate 2 is greater than the amount by which the second projecting portion 18 projects from the floor plate 2.
[0023]
The function of each protruding portion when the floor plate 2 of the fifth embodiment is installed on the manhole opening is the same as that of the first embodiment. That is, the outer peripheral surface of the second projecting portion 18 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole opening having a relatively large diameter. At this time, the first protruding portion 17 is accommodated in the manhole opening. The floor plate 2 is supported on the ground by a part of the bottom wall surface. Here, the load of the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening by the second projecting portion 18. On the other hand, the outer peripheral surface of the first projecting portion 17 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole having a relatively small diameter. At this time, the second projecting portion 18 supports the load of the floor plate 2 on the ground. Here, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole by the first projecting portion 17.
[0024]
Next, a sixth embodiment will be described. Referring to FIG. 10, the positioning projection of the sixth embodiment has two sets of projecting parts, namely, four first projecting parts 19 and four second projecting parts 20. The first protruding portion 19 is provided on the bottom surface of the floor plate 2 and around the opening 4 along the circle C1. The second protruding portion 20 is provided along a circle C2 in a region outside the region where the first protruding portion 19 is provided. These second projecting portions 20 are attached to support rods 21. Two second projecting portions 20 are attached to one support rod 21. As described above, in the sixth embodiment, as can be seen with reference to FIG. 11, the second projecting portion 20 projects downward from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2 via the support rod 21. Each support rod 21 is pivotally supported on a side wall 22 extending downward from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2. A handle 23 projects laterally from the side wall 22. By pivoting the support bar 21 using the handle 23, the second projecting portion 20 can be made perpendicular or parallel to the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2.
[0025]
In the sixth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole opening 7 having a relatively large diameter, the support rod 21 moves the second projecting portion 20 downward substantially vertically from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2. And projecting. Here, the outer peripheral surface of the second protruding portion 20 contacts the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening. Therefore, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening 7 by the second projecting portion 20. At this time, the first projecting portion 19 is accommodated in the manhole opening 7, and the load of the floor plate 2 is supported by the side wall 22 of the floor plate 2. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 12, when the floor plate 2 is installed on the manhole opening 9 having a relatively small diameter, the support rod 21 is configured such that the second projecting portion 20 is parallel to the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2. Pivoted to position. Here, the outer peripheral surface of the first projecting portion 19 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening 9. Therefore, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening 9 by the first projecting portion 19. At this time, the second protruding portion 20 is accommodated in the floor plate 2, and the amount of protrusion from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2 is set to zero. Here, the load of the floor plate 2 is supported by the side wall of the floor plate 2.
[0026]
As described above, in the sixth embodiment, the protrusion amount of the positioning projection can be adjusted according to the diameter of the manhole opening.
In the sixth embodiment, the first protruding portion 19 protrudes from the floor plate 2 in a larger amount than the second protruding portion 20 protrudes from the floor plate 2. The projecting amount of the second projecting portion 20 may be smaller than or equal to the projecting amount of the second projecting portion 20 from the floor plate 2.
[0027]
Next, a seventh embodiment will be described. Referring to FIGS. 13 and 14, the positioning projection of the seventh embodiment has four projecting portions 25. Further, four slits 24 penetrating the floor plate 2 are formed in the floor plate 2. Each slit 24 extends from a region adjacent to the opening 4 toward a corner of the floor plate 2. Each projecting portion 25 is inserted into each slit 24 so as to extend substantially vertically downward from the bottom wall surface of the floor plate 2. The protruding portion 25 is slidable along the slit 24 in the directions of arrows AO and AI.
[0028]
In the seventh embodiment, when the floor plate 2 is to be set on a manhole having a relatively large diameter, the protruding portion 25 is slid in the direction of the arrow AI so that the protruding portion 25 is housed in the manhole, and the floor plate 2 is moved over the manhole. After that, the protruding portion 25 is slid in the direction of arrow AO until the outer peripheral surface of the protruding portion 25 contacts the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening. Thereby, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening. Here, the load of the floor plate 2 is supported by the side wall 22 of the floor plate 2. Similarly, when the floor plate 2 is to be set on the manhole opening having a relatively small diameter, the protruding portion 25 is slid in the direction of the arrow AI so that the protruding portion 25 is accommodated in the manhole opening, and the floor plate 2 is set on the manhole opening. After that, the protruding portion 25 is slid in the direction of arrow AO until the outer peripheral surface of the protruding portion 25 contacts the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening. Thereby, the floor plate 2 is positioned with respect to the manhole opening. Here, too, the load on the floor 2 is supported by the side walls 22 of the floor 2.
[0029]
As described above, according to the seventh embodiment, the position of the positioning projection relative to the opening, that is, the distance between the opening and the positioning projection can be adjusted according to the diameter of the manhole opening.
In the first to third embodiments and the fifth to seventh embodiments, the sole plate is provided with two sets of projecting portions, that is, an inner projecting portion and an outer projecting portion. Two or more sets of protruding portions may be provided depending on the type of the aperture. In this case, it is necessary to make the protrusion amount of the set provided on the inner side larger.
[0030]
In the first to third embodiments, the sixth embodiment and the seventh embodiment, each projecting portion may have a sector shape, and the arc surface of the sector may be in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the manhole opening. Good.
