本発明は、道路の路側や敷地境界線上に用いられる防護柵や、橋梁上の高欄、車止め等保安用途に用いられる支柱、あるいは公園や遊歩道、自転車道などの主として屋外で使用される柵等の支柱の頂部に設けられる、夜間の視認性が高められた反射体付きキャップ及びその反射体付きキャップが支柱の上端部に取着された防護柵に関するものである。
