Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a partition panel system, and more particularly, to a partition panel system in which a transparent glass plate or an impermeable panel plate is mounted on a support standing between a ceiling and a floor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various types of partitioning devices have been provided in which a plurality of columns are erected at predetermined intervals by a ceiling rail and a ground rail attached to a ceiling and a floor, respectively, and a glass plate or a panel plate is mounted between the columns. ing. It is also known that a door is provided in a part of the partitioning device, or a glass plate is mounted in a part of the partitioning device so as to enhance the daylighting property, thereby giving a functional and visual change.
[0003]
In such a conventional partitioning device, a single or a plurality of horizontal rails are screwed and screwed with a L-shaped connecting tool in a front view at intervals in the vertical direction between the columns erected on the left and right, and both columns, Panel boards were mounted in the space surrounded by the top rail, ground rail, and horizontal rail. Here, in order to be able to mount the panel plate, a concave groove is provided on a side surface of the column, and a concave portion of the column is formed on the lower surface of the top rail, the upper surface of the ground rail, and the upper and lower surfaces of the horizontal rail. A concave groove portion communicating with the groove is provided.
[0004]
The panel plate mounted in the space surrounded by the two columns, the top rail, the ground rail, and the horizontal rail is mounted on a synthetic resin setting block mounted in the groove of the ground rail and the upper groove of the horizontal rail. It supports. The reason for providing this setting block is to adjust the height position at the time of mounting the panel plate optimally, particularly when the panel plate is a glass plate, to protect the glass plate from being damaged, and This is because the head of the screw is located in the upper groove of the horizontal rail when the horizontal rail is attached to the column with the connecting tool, so that the panel plate does not come into contact with the screw head. However, the work of attaching this setting block to the bottom surface of the upper groove of the horizontal rail at a high position is very troublesome.
[0005]
On the other hand, the horizontal rail is required to be strong because it receives the load of the panel plate, and therefore, an extruded aluminum member or a steel rod is used. When the end cross section of the crosspiece is attached between the columns by a connecting tool, the cut surface may come into contact with the side surface of the column and cause damage, and the work has to be done carefully. In addition, if the accuracy of the cut surface of the horizontal rail is poor or if burrs are generated, this may cause poor appearance.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in view of the above situation, the present invention seeks to solve the problem that, when connecting the cross beam between the columns that are spaced apart, there is no risk of damaging the side surfaces of the columns, and the appearance is excellent, and It is an object of the present invention to provide a partition panel system which does not require mounting a setting block for supporting and protecting the lower end of the panel plate in the upper groove of the horizontal rail.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, establishes a plurality of pillars at predetermined intervals by a ceiling rail and a ground rail attached to a ceiling and a floor, respectively, and a single or a plurality of cross beams are provided between the pillars.
