【0010】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dyeability improver capable of improving the dyeability of a polyurethane to achieve a deep color finish, and a method of improving the dyeability of a polyurethane using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Polyurethane is often mixed with fibers and films such as nylon and polyester, but polyurethane is a dye used for dyeing other fibers and films, and has a problem that it is difficult to dye, improving its dyeability. For this reason, various studies have been made.
[0003]
For example, as the acid dye, a polyurethane containing polyoxyethylene glycol, which easily binds to the acid dye, as a polyether component is used (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-80141). Is copolymerized with polyurethane (see JP-B-49-13619 and JP-B-59-12789), or a dye-improving agent which binds to an acid dye is mixed with polyurethane (see JP-A-64-52889). Although such methods have been proposed, sufficient performance has not yet been obtained.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention improves the dye-dyeing properties of the polyurethane by being added to and mixed with the polyurethane. Even when the polyurethane is used as a fiber or a film together with another polymer such as nylon or polyester, it can be used with other polymers. It is another object of the present invention to provide a dyeing property improving agent which makes it possible to dye a dark color, and to provide a method for improving polyurethane dyeing property using the same.

It is preferably about 1 to 6% by weight of the solid content.
[0008]
The molecular weight of the polyurethane resin contained in the polyurethane resin composition is not particularly limited, but the weight average molecular weight is preferably about 500 to 100,000.
[0009]
The dyeability improver composed of such a polyurethane resin composition is added to and mixed with the polyurethane whose dyeability is to be improved, in a solid content of about 0.5 to 10% by weight, preferably about 2 to 6% by weight. The dyeability of the polyurethane can be improved. Thus, the polyurethane whose dyeability is improved by the addition of the dyeability improver of the present invention includes any polyurethane usually used as a fiber or a film.
[0010]
Examples of the active hydrogen compound having a pyrrolidone group in a molecule serving as a raw material of a polyurethane resin composition serving as a dyeability improver include N-hydroxyethylpyrrolidone, N-hydroxypropylpyrrolidone, dihydroxyethylaminopropylpyrrolidone, and dihydroxyethyl.
