Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a folding door provided in, for example, a bathroom and having a pair of left and right doors foldably connected at a central portion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of conventional folding door, the connecting vertical frame of the two door bodies has an open end face of a butt portion, and a closing member is mounted between the butt portions so as to fill a gap between the two connecting vertical frames. . A bending shaft portion is integrally formed on an end piece on the undressing room side of each butting portion, and a pair of left and right bearing portions for rotatably supporting each bending shaft portion are provided on the closing member. The pair of bending shafts and the pair of bearings constitute a hinge mechanism for bending both doors.
In this case, the bending shaft is formed over the entire length of the connecting vertical frame, while the bearing is formed over the entire length of the closing member (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-49749). (See, for example, Utility Model Registration No. 2538824).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional folding door, in the former hinge structure (hinge mechanism), since the bending shaft portion and the bearing portion are in sliding contact with each other over the entire length, the connection strength is sufficient, but the longitudinal direction in the manufacturing is not sufficient. There were problems such as that the opening / closing of the folding door could not be smoothly opened and closed due to the shape accuracy, and that the bent shaft portion and the bearing portion were partially rubbed and damaged.
Further, in the latter hinge structure (hinge mechanism), there are few problems due to manufacturing errors as described above, but since both doors are pivotally supported only at the upper and lower ends, the connection strength is insufficient. When the folding door is opened and closed, the two connecting vertical frames are largely bent at the middle part and separated from each other, so that the smooth opening and closing of the folding door is impeded, or the outer peripheral surface of the closing member and the bathroom side end piece of the both connecting vertical frames are closed. There were problems such as rubbing and damage.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a folding door capable of absorbing a manufacturing error, preventing separation of the connecting vertical frames during opening and closing, and enabling smooth opening and closing.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Orito of the present invention, a hinge mechanism which is disposed the door of the left and right that with the match-coupled vertical frame together across between the connecting stile with bent connecting freely, the gap between the two joining stile a closure member which is disposed across between the connecting stile so as to close, in Orito with hinge mechanism has at least upper end portions of the connecting stile, are respectively disposed at a lower end portion and the intermediate portion, and each of And a plurality of bearing members which are inserted and attached to the inside of the closing member from the fore edge thereof, and a bending shaft portion which is formed on one end piece of each of the connecting vertical frames and is rotatably supported by each bearing member. And each bearing member comprises a receiving member main body located at the left and right middle of the finding direction, a left receiving portion protruding leftward from the receiving member main body, and a right receiving portion protruding rightward from the receiving member main body. , The left receiving part and the right receiving part are receiving members. Characterized in that across the body at a position displaced from each other in the vertical direction are disposed.
[0006]
According to this configuration, the bearing member rotatably supporting the bending shaft portion formed on the end piece of the connecting vertical stile is provided as a piece, in addition to the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the connecting vertical stile, at the middle portion. Also, the connection strength between the connecting vertical frames is increased, and the extreme bending and separation of the connecting vertical frames are effectively prevented. Further, since the bearing member is a piece, it is possible to minimize the contact between the bent shaft portion and the bearing member due to a manufacturing error. In addition, the above-mentioned "at least" means that one or more bearing members are provided in the intermediate portion.
In opening and closing the two doors, the bearing member is hidden inside the closing member and is not exposed to the outside. Furthermore, the bearing member located at the intermediate portion can be locked to the closing member by caulking or the like.
[0007]
In this case, it is preferable that the receiving portion main body is formed to be longer in the vertical direction than the left receiving portion and the right receiving portion, and the end on the insertion side protrudes .
[0009]
In this case, each bending shaft portion has a fulcrum portion serving as a fulcrum of rotation and an arc portion connected to the fulcrum portion, and the bearing member has a pair of left and right fulcrum receiving portions for receiving each fulcrum portion, and each arc. It is preferable to have a pair of left and right arc receiving portions that receive the portion slidably. Similarly, each bending shaft portion has a fulcrum portion serving as a fulcrum of rotation and an arc portion connected to the fulcrum portion, and the closing member has a pair of left and right fulcrum receiving portions for receiving each fulcrum portion. It is preferable that the bearing member has a pair of left and right arc receiving portions that slidably receive the respective arc portions.
[0010]
According to this configuration, the fulcrum portion rotates with respect to the fulcrum receiving portion, and the arc portion slides with respect to the arc receiving portion, whereby both door bodies are bent. Therefore, the hinge mechanism can be configured without using a shaft and a bearing having a circular cross section.
[0011]
In these cases, the bearing member provided at the upper end of the closing member is incorporated into an end cap attached to the upper or lower end of the closing member, and the bearing member provided at the lower end of the closing member is provided with a closing member. Preferably, it is incorporated into an end cap attached to the lower fore end.
[0012]
According to this configuration, the bearing member can be easily assembled to the closing member by mounting the end cap on the closing member by incorporating the bearing member into the upper and lower end caps. In addition, the end caps can prevent vertical displacement of both connecting vertical frames.
[0013]
In these cases, it is preferable that each connecting vertical frame is made of a metal profile, and each bearing member is made of a resin.
[0014]
According to this configuration, since the sliding surface between the arc portion of the connecting vertical frame and the arc receiving portion of the bearing member that come into contact with each other comes into contact with the metal and the resin, the rubbing sound is hard to be mutually damaged and harsh. Is effectively prevented.
[0015]

[0032]
Here, with reference to FIG. 8, the opening / closing operation of both doors 3a, 3b will be described using the portion of the intermediate bearing member 7a as an example. As shown in FIG. 3A, in the unfolded state in which both doors 3a and 3b are closed, the front end 53c of the bent shaft 53 of each connecting vertical frame 34 is connected to each fulcrum bearing of the intermediate bearing member 7a. The arc portion 53a of the bent shaft portion 53 is in contact with the portion 75b, and is in contact with the bathroom A side end of each arc receiving portion 75a of the intermediate bearing member 7a. As shown in FIG. 6B, when the doors 3a and 3b are opened from this state, the arc portion 53a is turned to the intermediate bearing member 7a with the tip 53c of the bending shaft 53 as a pivot point. Is moved toward the end of the arc receiving portion 75a on the undressing room B side while sliding. Further, as shown in FIG. 3C, when the doors 3a and 3b are folded and completely opened, the arc portion 53a of the bent shaft portion 53 is changed to the dressing room of the arc receiving portion 75a of the intermediate bearing member 7a. Reaching the end on the B side, the arc portion 53a and the arc receiving portion 75a come into full contact.
[0033]
In this state, the semicircular portion 61 of the closing member 6 is largely exposed to the bathroom A side, and both end pieces 52b, 52b of the undressing room B side sandwich the spacer portion 74 of the intermediate bearing member 7a. When closing both doors 3a and 3b from the open state, the procedure is completely reversed.
[0034]
Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In the second embodiment of FIG. 9, the width of the intermediate bearing member 7a is formed to be substantially the same as the width of the opening 64 of the closing member 6 on the undressing room side, and a pair of left and right stoppers is provided on both side surfaces of the intermediate bearing member 7a. Projections 76, 76 are formed. That is, the intermediate bearing member 7a can be mounted in a snap-in manner from the front of the closing member 6 on the undressing room B side via the opening 64 instead of the small opening of the closing member 6.
[0035]
On the other hand, a support piece 65 extends from the screw hole 63 along the spacer portion 74 of the intermediate bearing member 7a in the closing member 6. In a portion of the closing member 6 where the intermediate bearing member 7a is mounted, the support piece 65 is cut out by an amount corresponding to the height of the intermediate bearing member 7a, and the intermediate bearing member 7a is mounted in this cutout portion. . Thus, the intermediate bearing member 7a is mounted in a state where the intermediate bearing member 7a is positioned at a predetermined position in the vertical direction of the closing member 6. Therefore, the intermediate bearing member 7a can be easily incorporated into the closing member 6. Reference numeral 96 in the drawing denotes a reinforcing plate mounted on the bearing members 7b, 7c of the end caps 8a, 8b for reinforcement.
[0036]
In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 10, the intermediate bearing member 7a is configured by a portion corresponding to the above-described receiving member main body 71. On the other hand, in the closing member 6, a pair of rib pieces 66, 66 which are bent inward so as to sandwich the intermediate bearing member 7a, extend from the bathroom A side to the undressing room B side. The closing member 6 does not have a flat portion 62, and the ends of the rib pieces 66, 66 and the end of the semicircular portion 61 are in contact with the inner surface of the end piece 52b on the undressing room B side.
[0037]
In this case, a pair of left and right, approximately 1/4 circular cross sections, is provided between the front end of the rib pieces 66, 66 including the bent portion 66a and the left and right outer surfaces of the spacer 74 of the intermediate bearing member 7a. Are configured. The arc receiving portion 75a corresponding to the arc portion 53a of the bending shaft portion 53 is constituted by the intermediate bearing member 7a, but the fulcrum receiving portion 75b corresponding to the tip portion 53c serving as a rotation fulcrum is The rib 66 has a bent portion 66a. Also in this case, the intermediate bearing member 7a is attached to the closing member 6 by swaging. In addition, members corresponding to the left receiving portion 92 and the right receiving portion 93 are provided on the bearing members 7b and 7c of the end caps 8a and 8b so as to sandwich the rib piece 66 for increasing the strength.
[0038]
As described above, according to these embodiments, in addition to the bearing members 7b and 7c incorporated in the upper end cap 8a and the lower end cap 8b, the intermediate bearing member 7a attached to the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the closing member 6 , The two door bodies 3a, 3b are connected. For this reason, the connecting strength of the doors 3a, 3b increases, and when opening and closing the doors 3a, 3b, the connecting vertical frames 34, 34 are less likely to bend, and the abutting ends of the connecting vertical frames 34, 34 are closed. The distance is kept constant, and both doors 3a, 3b can be smoothly opened and closed. In addition, since the bearing member 7 is made of a piece, it is possible to eliminate the influence of a manufacturing error in the longitudinal direction, and to make it difficult to open or close the doors 3a and 3b based on the manufacturing error. Unnecessary rubbing between members can be prevented.
[0039]
When the doors 3a and 3b rub (slide) with each other in accordance with the opening / closing operation, the bending shaft portion 53a of the bending shaft portion 53 and the arc receiving portions 75a and 95a of the bearing member 7 are separated from each other. Since the bearing member 7 is made of resin with metal (aluminum), wear between them can be suppressed as much as possible, and unpleasant rubbing noise can be effectively prevented.
[0040]
In the present embodiment, a folding door for a bathroom has been described, but it is needless to say that the present invention can be applied to other folding doors such as a self-opening folding door. Further, the number and position of the intermediate bearing members are not limited to the embodiment. Further, the upper and lower bearing members may be attached to the closing member separately from the end cap.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the folding door of the present invention, the bearing member for rotatably supporting the bending shaft portion is also provided as a piece at the intermediate portion of the connecting vertical frame, so that both connecting vertical frames are provided. Extreme bending and separation can be effectively prevented, and the contact between the bending shaft and the bearing member due to manufacturing errors can be minimized. Therefore, the door can be smoothly opened and closed with a simple structure.
