Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a fixture for a shelf board in furniture such as a sink, a cupboard, or a cupboard.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this kind of shelf board has a pair of front and rear holes on the inner side of the opposing left and right side boards such as hanging cabinets and furniture so that the user can change the mounting position according to the usage conditions etc. As shown in FIG. 6, pins 6 are inserted into holes 11 having a desired height, and shelves are placed on the shelves to form shelves.
[0003]
However, when the shelf board 3 is attached, the shelf board 3 is merely placed on the pins 6, and thus has a problem that it is unstable and easily falls off. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the front end of the shelf 3 at the rising edge 72 by using the L-shaped fall prevention member 7 having the dowel projection 71a on the cut edge 71 as in the invention of Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 6-15539. Was locked to prevent the shelf plate 3 from moving forward. As shown in FIG. 9, a screw operating member 80 is fixed to the lower surface of both sides of the shelf 3 as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 56-162048. The shelf board is screwed so as to protrude outward from the side, and the shelf board installation screw 90 is screwed to the side board 1 of the furniture to fix the shelf board to a desired position on the side board, or As shown in JP-A-6-233711 shown in FIG. 10, a shelf receiving body 9 in which a lower surface opening 91 for receiving a pin 8 is opened and closed with a slide piece 92 is attached to a predetermined position of an lower end of the shelf plate 3. In some cases, the pin 8 inserted into the side plate 1 is held by the shelf receiving body 9 so that the shelf plate 3 is immovably fixed to the side plate 1.
[0004]
Further, as a device for preventing the movement of the shelf plate until the product is delivered, a temporary fixing device 200 attached to the side plate 100 is used as in the invention of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-93283 shown in FIG. Was temporarily fixed to one side of the cabinet. In FIG. 11, reference numerals 101 and 102 denote openings serving as attachment portions for the temporary fastener 200.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional mounting of the shelf board, first, when the shelf board is placed on the pins, if the diameter of the hole formed in the side plate is too large, the pins are easily pulled out, and when putting in and taking out stored items, or on the shelf. There is a risk that the shelf board may fall off when a heavy object is placed on the shelf. For this reason, precision is required for drilling holes, which hinders an improvement in production efficiency and a reduction in cost. In addition, since the load is concentrated on the hole in which the pin is inserted in mounting the shelf plate, the side plate must have a hardness that does not crush the hole, and the material is limited. At the same time, it is difficult to drill holes, and it is difficult to reduce the cost of the product from this viewpoint. Further, when the shelf board is placed on the pins as described above, the shelf board cannot be distributed as a product with the shelf board attached, and the shelf board must be separately packed at the time of shipment. , And there is a problem that much of the packaging material is wasted.
[0006]
Further, in the case of using the L-shaped fall prevention member shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 6-15539, the front end of the shelf is locked at the standing edge, and the movement of the shelf in the front-rear direction is restricted. Although there is no danger that the shelves will fall off, the shelves can move freely in the vertical direction, so it is necessary to separately pack the shelves when distributing them as commodities, which has the same problems as the above-mentioned conventional example. Was.
[0007]
Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 56-162048 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. 6-233711 disclose a shelf plate which is fixed to a side plate via a screwing operation member, a shelf receiving body, or the like. Although there is no problem, the screwing operation member and the shelf receiving main body have to be fixed at predetermined positions on the back surface of the shelf board, and there is a problem that the assembling work efficiency is poor.
[0008]
Further, in the fixing of the shelf board using the temporary fixing tool as in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 5-93283, it is not necessary to separately pack the shelf board, and labor and packaging materials on this surface can be saved. A temporary fixing tool used only in the distribution stage is required, and an attachment portion for mounting the temporary fixing tool needs to be formed on the side plate, which is not always excellent in cost.
[0009]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve the problems of the conventional shelf plate locking device.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the present invention, a pair of front and rear holes are formed in a plurality of steps in the vertical direction on the inner side surfaces of opposed left and right side plates such as a hanging cabinet or furniture, and the shelf plate is optionally mounted by attaching to these holes. An L-shaped locking portion comprising an elastic piece and a lower surface supporting piece is provided on the other side surface of the plate-shaped base provided with a boss protrusion on one side surface, and a locking member for fixing the locking member at the position of the elastic piece. Are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the plate-shaped base, and a hook is provided inward at the tip of the elastic piece. Then, when the shelf is pressed downward, the elastic piece located under the shelf bends outward due to contact with the shelf, or the fastener itself provided with the elastic piece is It turns around the boss protrusion, whereby the shelf fits into the locking portion below the hook, and the shelf is held immovably .
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on illustrated embodiments. In the drawings, the same parts as those of the related art are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0015]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a locking device for a shelf board according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the locking device of this shelf plate has a boss projection 41 provided on one side surface of a plate-like base portion 42 and an L-shaped locking portion 43 provided on the other side surface. It is formed of an elastic material.
[0016]
The locking portion 43 is formed by projecting an elastic piece 43b upward at one end of a plate-shaped lower surface supporting piece 43a continuous with the lower end of the plate-shaped base. Is provided.
[0017]
The length of the elastic piece 43b is substantially equal to the thickness of a shelf plate described later, and the boss projection 41 has an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of a hole formed in a side plate described later. Its length is set equal to or slightly shorter than the depth of the hole.
[0018]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing an example of mounting the shelf board 3 using the locking tool 4, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB. . In this case, furniture such as a cabinet to which the shelf plate 3 is attached is provided with a pair of front and rear holes 11 and 12 for fitting bosses on the inner surface of the side plate 1 near the front portion and the rear portion in the same manner as in the related art. ) Are formed at different heights. Although not shown, a similar boss fitting hole is formed on the inner surface of the other side plate facing the side plate 1 at a position symmetrical to the holes 11 and 12.
[0019]
First, the shelf plate 3 is attached by inserting the boss projection 41 of the locking member 4 into a hole 11 provided near the front side (left side in FIG. 2) of the side plate 1 and at the same height as the hole 11. In the hole 12 provided near the rear side (the right side in FIG. 2) of the side plate 1 at the position, the rear locking member 5 of a predetermined shape is similarly attached. The rear locking member 5 has a substantially U-shape in which a boss protruding portion 51 is provided on one side surface of a plate-like base portion 52 and a pair of holding pieces 53 and 54 are opposedly protruded on the other side surface. Although not shown, the locking member 4 and the rear locking member 5 are similarly attached to the inner surface of the other side plate facing the side plate 1.
[0020]
Next, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2, the rear portion of the shelf 3 is inserted between the holding pieces 53 and 54 of the rear locking device 5 from the front of the cabinet (left side in FIG. 2). After the side edge of the shelf 3 near the rear is inserted between the pair of rear locking members 5 attached to the left and right side plates 1 in this manner, the front portion (left side in FIG. 2) of the shelf 3 is removed. When the shelf plate 3 is pressed downward as indicated by an arrow in FIG. 1, the shelf plate 3 rotates counterclockwise around the boss projection 51 of the rear locking member 5 rotatably attached to the side plate 1. At this time, the elastic piece 43b of the locking member 4 is located below the front end of the shelf 3 and this elastic piece 43b is bent outward (to the left in FIG. 2) by contact with the shelf 3. In other words, the locking member 4 itself provided with the elastic piece 43b rotates around the boss protrusion 41, thereby moving from below the shelf 3 and does not hinder the rotating operation of the shelf 3. When the front lower surface of the shelf 3 abuts against the lower surface support piece 43b, the elastic piece 43b returns to its original shape by its own elastic force, and the hook 43c at the tip engages with the upper front corner of the shelf 3. As shown by the solid line in FIG. 2, the front edge of the shelf plate 3 fits into the L-shaped locking portion 43 of the locking device 4, and the rear end of the shelf plate 3 contacts the back plate 2 of the closet. And is held immovable. At this time, the plate-shaped base portion 42 of the locking device 4 is sandwiched between the end surface of the shelf plate 3 and the side plate as shown in FIG. 2, and the boss projection 41 may fall out of the hole 11. Is prevented.
[0021]
Thus, the locking device 4 of the present invention is used, and the shelf 3 is immovably mounted between the left and right side plates 1 and 1 of the closet.
[0022]
In order to change the mounting height of the shelf 3, if the front of the shelf 3 is strongly pushed upward, the engagement between the shelf 3 and the hook 43 c of the elastic piece 43 b is released. After the shelf 3 is disengaged from the hook 43c of the elastic piece 43b and the shelf 3 is rotated to some extent about the boss projection 51 of the rear locking member 5, the shelf 3 is moved forward. By pulling and pulling out from the rear locking device 5, the locking device 4 and the rear locking device 5 appearing inside the side plate 1 may be replaced with other holes. By mounting the shelf 3 in exactly the same manner as the procedure, the mounting height of the shelf 3 can be changed very easily.
[0023]
In the illustrated embodiment, the locking device 4 of the present invention is used in combination with the U-shaped rear locking device 5. However, the rear portion of the shelf 3 is in contact with the back plate 2 such as a closet. If not, the shelf 3 can be locked at the rear using the same locking tool 4.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the shelf plate locking device of the present invention can be inserted and attached using the conventional pin insertion hole as it is, and can hold the supported shelf plate so as not to move. In addition to preventing accidental accidents due to falling off of the board, transporting with the shelf board attached is also possible. Therefore, it is possible to save time and effort for separately packing the shelves at the time of shipping products such as cabinets and furniture, not to use unnecessary packing materials, to save resources, and to reduce the cost of the products. In addition, there is no need to process a temporary fixing device for temporarily fixing the shelf plate and a mounting portion for mounting the temporary fixing device, and the effect of reducing unnecessary costs conventionally required only for distribution is eliminated. is there.
