PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial telephone system which can improves advertisement effect without checking pleasant telephone use environment and telephone call environment for users and then lowers telephone charge and accelerates an increase in subscription. 本発明は、コマーシャル電話方式に関するものであり、特に文字や画像等の表示データを電話端末機に送信するコマーシャル電話方式に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近時、コマーシャル情報を電話機に送出して電話機の広告効果を利用する一方、電話料金の一部をコマーシャル提供者に負担させることにより電話料金を低廉化ひいては加入の増加促進を図ろうとするコマーシャル電話方式がいくつか提案されている。
特開昭６３−９４７５８号公報および特開平３−２８３９６５号公報には、公衆電話システムにコマーシャル情報送出機能を設けるにあたり、発呼者が送受話器を上げたときに発呼者に一定時間コマーシャル情報を流すことが開示されている。
また、特開平１０−２１０１９２号公報には、移動体通信サービスシステムにコマーシャル情報送出機能を設けるにあたり、コマーシャル情報の送出を通話開始前にするのか、通話中に一定時間毎にするのかといったコマーシャル情報の送出形態について選択することが開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、以上の公報に開示されたコマーシャル電話方式にあってもさらに次のような問題があった。

現在存在するコマーシャル電話方式は、通話開始前又は通話中の一定時間毎に音声によるコマーシャル情報を流すという物が主になっている。
しかし、電話をかけるユーザーにとっては、送受話器を上げたとき音声よるコマーシャル情報によって発呼操作を妨げられたり、通話中に音声よるコマーシャル情報によって通話に割り込まれることは、快適な通話を妨げとなる。その結果、解約や契約変更するユーザーを生じさせ、かえって加入の増加促進を阻害する要因となり得るという問題がある。
ユーザーは発呼後から電話を切るまでの間は通常、受話器を耳元に近づけた姿勢（以下、通常の通話姿勢という。）をとる。文字や画像等の表示データを発呼後通話開始前又は通話中に送出する場合、携帯電話、ＰＨＳ等の移動体電話や、固定電話の子機等の受話器・ディスプレイ一体型の電話機では、通常の通話姿勢をとりながら表示をみることは不可能なので、広告効果につながらないという問題がある。

本発明は以上の従来技術における問題に鑑みてなされたものであって、ユーザーの快適な電話利用環境、通話環境を阻害することなく、広告効果を向上させ、もって電話料金の低廉化と加入の増加促進を図ることができるコマーシャル電話方式を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決する本出願第１の発明は、コマーシャル情報を電話端末で受信する契約をした契約ユーザーに対して、前記コマーシャル情報の提供者が当該契約ユーザーの電話料金の一部を負担するコマーシャル電話方式であって、前記コマーシャル情報に係る表示データを格納し管理するコマーシャル情報管理装置と、前記コマーシャル情報管理装置から前記表示データを取り出して、電話端末に送信する電話交換機と、前記契約ユーザーの電話端末である契約端末の電話番号を格納し、当該契約ユーザーが契約した契約情報を管理する契約情報管理装置とを備え、前記契約情報は、前記契約ユーザーが発信側、着信側又はその双方の何れかのときに前記コマーシャル情報の受信を行うかどうかの情報と、前記コマーシャル情報の送信形態の情報と、これらの情報に基づいて決められる前記契約ユーザーの電話料金の情報とを含み、前記電話交換機は、前記契約情報管理装置を制御して、通話に係る電話端末の発呼信号または応答信号を契機として、前記電話端末が前記契約端末であるか否かを確認し、前記契約端末である場合には、当該契約端末からの切断信号を契機として、前記契約情報に基づいて前記表示データを当該契約端末に表示することを特徴とするコマーシャル電話方式である。

したがって本出願第１の発明のコマーシャル電話方式によれば、契約端末へのコマーシャル情報を文字、画像等の表示データとするので、通話中に音声によるコマーシャル情報が通話に割り込まれたりすることが無く、端末の切断信号を契機として前記表示データを前記端末に表示するので、コマーシャル情報によってユーザの発呼操作が妨げられることも無い。したがって本発明によれば、快適な電話利用環境、通話環境を維持・向上することができるとともに、切断後に端末のディスプレイに表示されたコマーシャル情報をユーザーに見せることができ、広告効果が発揮されるという利点がある。本発明によれば、通話が終了し回線を切断した後にコマーシャルが表示されるので、ユーザーの電話を掛ける動作や通話がコマーシャルによって遮られることはなく、ユーザーの通話が終了した後、ユーザーの興味をコマーシャル情報に集中させることができ、広告効果が即効的に発揮されるという利点がある。本発明によれば、通話料の一部分をコマーシャル情報の提供企業が負担することで、ユーザーは低料金で電話を利用することができるという利点がある。

したがって本出願第２の発明のコマーシャル電話方式によれば、端末が契約端末である場合にその端末の切断後、次発呼又は次発呼応答前に前記表示データを前記端末に表示するので、ユーザーが通信のためにその端末を使用していない期間にコマーシャル情報が端末のディスプレイに表示される。そのため本発明によれば、快適な電話利用環境、通話環境を維持・向上することができるとともに、ユーザーが通信のためにその端末を使用していない期間に端末のディスプレイに表示されたコマーシャル情報をユーザーに見せることができ、広告効果が発揮されるという利点がある。ユーザーはディスプレイに表示されたコマーシャル情報を消去する操作を行うので、その際ユーザーがコマーシャル内容を確認することが期待できる。これに対し、一定期間（例えば１０秒間等）コマーシャル情報を表示して強制的に消去するコマーシャル電話方式では、ユーザーがコマーシャル内容を確認することが期待できない。
本発明によれば、切断後、次発呼又は次発呼応答前、すなわち、電話を切ってから次に電話を掛けるか受けるかする前までの期間にコマーシャルが表示されるので、ユーザーの電話を掛ける動作や通話がコマーシャルによって遮られることはなく、ユーザーが通話のために電話を使用していない時に、ユーザーの興味をコマーシャル情報に集中させることができ、広告効果が即効的に発揮されるという利点がある。本発明によれば、通話料の一部分をコマーシャル情報の提供企業が負担することで、ユーザーは低料金で電話を利用することができるという利点がある。

したがって本出願第３の発明のコマーシャル電話方式によれば、端末が契約端末であり、かつ受話器・ディスプレイ別体型電話機である場合に、前記電話交換機が前記端末の発呼又は発呼応答後、切断前に前記表示データを前記端末の前記ディスプレイに表示するので、電話を掛けることや電話に出ること又は通話中の会話に一定の神経を注ぐユーザーが無意識的にディスプレイに表示されたコマーシャル情報を視覚し、広告内容をユーザーの潜在意識に記憶させることで広告効果が潜伏的に発揮されるという利点がある。端末が受話器・ディスプレイ別体型電話機であるのでこのような利点が得られる。なぜなら、受話器・ディスプレイ別体型電話機であれば、通常の通話姿勢をとっている時にもディスプレイが視界に入る位置に設置されている場合が多いからである。これに対し受話器・ディスプレイ一体型電話機では通常の通話姿勢をとっている時にディスプレイが視界に入る位置に設置されているということはほとんどあり得ない。現在、受話器・ディスプレイ別体型電話機は、家庭用・業務用の固定電話や公衆電話に多くみられる。受話器・ディスプレイ一体型電話機は携帯電話、ＰＨＳ等の移動体電話や、固定電話の子機に多くみられる。
本発明によれば、通話料の一部分をコマーシャル情報の提供企業が負担することで、ユーザーは低料金で電話を利用することができるという利点がある。

また本出願第４の発明は、前記通話に係る端末が前記コマーシャル情報に係る表示データを受信可能な端末であるか否かの認証を行う端末認証装置を備え、
前記電話交換機は前記コマーシャル情報に係る表示データを送信する前に、前記端末認証装置を制御して、前記契約端末が前記表示データの受信が可能である場合に前記表示データを送信することを特徴とする請求項１から３の何れかに記載のコマーシャル電話方式である。

以下に本発明の一実施の形態のコマーシャル電話方式につき図面を参照して説明する。以下は本発明の一実施形態であって本発明を限定するものではない。

図１において、１は移動体電話である。２は無線基地局であり移動体電話１と無線で繋がれる。３は電話交換機、４はコマーシャル情報管理装置、５は契約情報管理装置、６は端末認証装置、７は固定電話である。
移動体電話１は交換機から表示データを受信してディスプレイに表示可能な電話機であって、受話器・ディスプレイ一体型電話機である。
固定電話７は交換機から表示データを受信してディスプレイに表示可能な電話機であって、受話器・ディスプレイ別体型電話機である。
電話交換機３は広告情報管理装置４から所定の表示データを取り出し、取り出した表示データを基地局２を介して移動体電話１に送信すること、及び、取り出した表示データを固定電話７に送信することが可能なものである。
コマーシャル情報管理装置４はコマーシャル情報に係る表示データを格納し管理する装置である。

初めに、固定電話７から移動体電話１に電話を掛ける場合を例にして説明する。

まず、図１に示す固定電話７のユーザーが固定電話７を操作し、移動体電話１を相手先として発呼する。すると、電話交換機３はその発呼信号を検出する（Ｓ１）。

次に、電話交換機３は端末認証装置６に固定電話７が表示データを受信可能であるか認証を行うよう制御する。これを受け、端末認証装置６は固定電話７が表示データを受信可能であるか認証する（Ｓ３）。係る認証を行うのは、固定電話の場合、ユーザーが電話機を表示データを受信不能な機種に取り替えている場合があるからである。ここでは、端末認証装置６が固定電話７は表示データを受信可能であるという認証結果を電話交換機３に返したとする。
次に、電話交換機３はコマーシャル情報管理装置４を制御し所定のコマーシャル情報を取得する（Ｓ４）。

【発明の効果】
上述のように本発明は、コマーシャル情報を文字、画像等の表示データとするので、通話中に音声によるコマーシャル情報が通話に割り込まれたりすることが無いコマーシャル電話を提供できるという効果がある。
また本発明は、端末が表示データを受信可能であるか認証を行う事によって、コマーシャル情報（表示データ）を端末に確実に表示させることができ、無駄なデータを送信することが事前に防ぐという効果がある。
また本発明は、切断信号に表示データを設定して送信し、端末に表示させることで、確実に端末に表示させることができるという効果がある。
また本発明は、端末の表示情報クリア操作があるまで、ディスプレイ上又はメモリ上からコマーシャル情報が消えないようにすることで、確実にユーザーがコマーシャル情報を見ることを担保し、コマーシャル効果が良くなるという効果がある。音声データは、流れているその瞬間にユーザーが受話器から耳を離して、聞かなければコマーシャルの効果は無いが、文字のデータであれば、現在の携帯・ＰＨＳ等の電話機は、消去操作を行わないと消えないデータを消すことが出来ないようになっているため、ユーザーが必ず１回は表示データを確認した上で消去を行うため、コマーシャル効果が期待できるのである。
以上説明したように、通話の邪魔をされずに通話料の一部分をコマーシャル情報の提供企業に負担してもらい、ユーザーは低料金で電話を利用することができるという効果があり、ユーザーの快適な電話利用環境、通話環境を阻害することなく、広告効果を向上させ、もって電話料金の低廉化と加入の増加促進を図ることができるコマーシャル電話方式を提供することができた。
