本発明は、植物に対する薬害のおそれがないアルカリ性水及び酸性水を用いた植物の洗浄殺菌方法に関する。本発明に係る植物の洗浄殺菌方法は、水を電解分解する電解槽にて生成されるアルカリ性水及び酸性水を用いた植物の洗浄殺菌方法であり、植物に前記アルカリ性水を20℃〜60℃の加温状態で噴霧した後前記酸性水を噴霧することにより、当該植物を洗浄殺菌することを特徴とするものである

【発明の作用効果】
本発明に係る洗浄殺菌方法においては、植物にアルカリ性水及び酸性水を噴霧するに当たって、先ず、20℃〜60℃の範囲の所定の温度に加温した状態のアルカリ性水を植物に噴霧し、次いで、当該植物に酸性水を噴霧するものである。アルカリ性水の噴霧では、植物自体を熱によって傷めることなく、植物の表面を覆っているリーフワークをはじめとする中性エステルを脂肪酸と高級アるコールに的確に分解することができる。また、その後の酸性水の噴霧では、同酸性水が有する殺菌力によって、当該植物の葉の表面に付着している細菌を的確に殺菌処理することができる。

また、本発明の洗浄殺菌方法で採用しているアルカリ性水及び酸性水は、電気分解によって得られたものであり、薬剤や展着剤を一切使用しないため薬害が発生することがないとともに、使用したアルカリ性水と酸性水は使用後に混合されて中和されるため、環境への影響も殆どなく実施することができる。

以下に本発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は電解水生成装置Aを概略的に示していて、この電解水生成装置Aは、有隔膜の電解槽10内に供給管20を介して供給される食塩水を同電解槽10内に収容された陽極11及び陰極12間にて電気分解して酸性水(pH2〜6で好ましくはpH5,有効塩素濃度10〜100ppmで好ましくは30ppm)とアルカリ性水(pH11〜12で好ましくはpH11.5)を生成するもので、生成された酸性水及びアルカリ性水はそれぞれ導出管14,15を介して導出されるようになっている。陽極11及び陰極12は、電解槽10内に隔膜13をはさんで対向配置されていて、それぞれ電源装置(図示省略)に接続されている。また、導出管15にはヒータ16が設けられていて、このヒータ16によって、同導出管15を流れるアルカリ性水が20℃〜60℃間の任意温度(適宜設定可能)に温められるようになっている。
