本考案は野菜の洗浄、殺菌等に適用される野菜

配置されている。上記構成において、殺菌槽1に
例えば次亜塩素酸ソーダーのような殺菌剤を含ん
だ水を満たし空気吹込み管11から該水中に空気
を吹込みつつ野菜である被処理物Tを入口部12
から投入する。槽内の水はポンプ15により殺菌
槽1入口部12より出口部13へ流動し、更に還
流路14から殺菌槽1入口部12に還流する。被
処理物Tは槽内で上記殺菌剤を含んだ水に接触し
て殺菌されつつ水流にのつて出口部13に達し取
出しコンベヤー16によつて取出され、次いで洗
浄槽2の入口部22に投入されて洗浄槽2の中の
水により空気吹込み管21から空気を吹込みつつ
洗浄されて付着して殺菌剤を除去され、出口部2
3に達して取出しコンベヤー26から取出され
る。

はネツトのような多孔体からなり上方にはシヤワ
ー3が配置される。2は洗浄槽であり内部には空
気吹込み管21を備え、入口部22付近には殺菌
槽1の取出しコンベヤー16が臨出し、出口部2
3付近には取出しコンベヤー26が配置されてい
る。取出しコンベヤー26はコンベヤー16と同
様にネツトのような多孔体からなり上方にはシヤ

に付着している殺菌剤を洗い落とす。その後被処
理物Tはコンベヤー16から洗浄槽2の入口部2
2に投入される。洗浄槽2においては洗浄槽2内
の水に空気吹込み管21から空気を吹込みつつ被
処理物Tの洗浄を行なう。かくして完全に殺菌剤
を除去された被処理物Tは洗浄槽2の出口部23
に達して取出しコンベヤー26から取出され、シ
ヤワー4によつて水を散布され完全に洗浄され
