【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a toilet seat device which is installed on a toilet so that the toilet seat body is rotatable in a substantially horizontal plane.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, a toilet seat device in which a

[0007]
The present invention has been invented in order to solve all the problems in the above-mentioned conventional technology, that is, an object thereof is to provide a toilet seat device in which a toilet seat body is securely supported and smoothly rotated. .
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the toilet seat device according to the first aspect of the present invention, a toilet seat support having a shape along the peripheral edge of the upper end of the toilet is pivotally supported at a rear portion of the toilet, and the upper surface of the toilet seat support is inclined inward and downward, and the toilet seat support is mounted thereon. The toilet seat body is mounted via a substantially circular guide means along the peripheral edge of the upper end of the toilet, and the toilet seat body is supported along the guide means so as to be rotatable in a substantially horizontal plane. is there.
[0009]
Therefore, in this case, the toilet seat main body on the toilet bowl can be rotated in a substantially horizontal plane, so that the user sitting on the toilet seat main body can change the direction while sitting in the seated state, which is convenient. Moreover, the ease of use when sitting or standing up is improved. In addition, since the toilet seat support is pivotally supported at the rear of the toilet, the toilet seat main body together with the toilet seat support can be rotated toward the rear of the toilet when not in use, so that the toilet seat can be stored out of the way.
[0010]
Furthermore, in this case, since the load applied to the toilet seat body is received in a direction orthogonal to the upper surface of the toilet seat support inclined inward and downward, the center of rotation of the toilet seat body is unlikely to shift and the toilet seat body is in a stable state. As a result, the load is evenly applied to the substantially circular guide means in the circumferential direction, so that the toilet seat body is stably and reliably supported and smoothly rotated.
[0011]
In addition, since the upper surface of the toilet seat support is inclined inward and downward, washing water and sewage in the toilet or chemicals and detergents are prevented from reaching the guide means, and even if the guide means is reached, The toilet seat is quickly discharged into the toilet bowl below and inside, so that the toilet seat main body does not become difficult to rotate smoothly, and the guide means becomes hard to corrode, thereby improving the maintainability.
[0012]
Claims of the invention1The toilet seat device described isOfIn the toilet seat device, the guide means is formed by a ring-shaped rotary bearing. Therefore, especially in this case, the ring-shaped rotatingASince the external force applied to the ring is distributed over the entire length in the circumferential direction, the load is evenly applied to the guide means, and the toilet seat body can be rotated more smoothly. Further, since the guide means formed by a ring-shaped rotary bearing can be easily assembled by interposing the guide means between the toilet seat support and the toilet seat main body, the manufacturing is also simplified. The ring-shaped rotary bearing has a triple structure including an upper receiving member, a middle bearing main member, and a lower receiving member, and a lower surface of the upper receiving member and an upper surface of the lower receiving member are inclined inward and downward over the entire circumference. The middle bearing main member is configured so that the entire body is inclined inward and downward in a shape along the peripheral surface of the inverted truncated cone, and the load of a seated person on the toilet seat body is inclined inward and downward. The toilet seat body is received in a direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the toilet seat support (the upper surface of the lower receiving member of the rotary bearing), so that the center of rotation of the toilet seat body is unlikely to shift and the toilet seat body is rotated in a stable state, and is substantially circular. Since the load is evenly applied in the circumferential direction to the guide means having the shape, the toilet seat body is stably and reliably supported and smoothly rotated.
[0013]
Claims of the invention2The toilet seat device described in the above claim1In the above described toilet seat apparatus, the toilet seat body is provided with locking means for stopping the rotation thereof and fixing the toilet seat body. Therefore, in this case, in particular, by stopping the rotation by the locking means at the time of sitting and fixing the toilet seat body, it is possible to obtain a stable good sitting comfort, and also to prevent the toilet seat body from being inadvertently rotated. Therefore, in this case, in particular, when the toilet seat body is stopped at the predetermined rotation position, the positioning operation can be easily performed by clicking with the latch means elastically engaged with the toilet seat body.
[0016]
Claims of the invention5The toilet seat device described in the above claim4In the toilet seat device described above, the toilet seat body is a latch means for stopping the rotation of the toilet seat body at a position where the toilet seat body faces directly in front of the front. Therefore, in this case, in particular, since the rotation of the toilet seat body is stopped at a position facing the front of the normal use state by the latch means, it is possible to easily return the toilet seat body to the normal use state by rotating the toilet seat body. It is possible to use it more easily.
[0017]
Claims of the invention6The above described toilet seat device is the above claim 15The toilet seat device according to any one of the above, further comprising stopper means for restricting a rotation range of the toilet seat body. Therefore, in this case, in particular, unnecessary rotation of the toilet seat body can be prevented by restricting the rotation range of the toilet seat body by the stopper means, and usability and safety can be further improved.
[0018]
Claims of the invention7The above described toilet seat device is the above claim 16The toilet seat device according to any one of the above, further comprising a wiping unit that slides on a surface of the toilet seat body when the toilet seat body rotates. Therefore, in this case, in particular, the wiping means is slid on the surface of the toilet seat body with the rotation of the toilet seat body, and dirt and dust on the surface are automatically removed by the wiping means. The state is maintained and the cleaning operation is simplified.
