本発明は、沸き上げた湯の湯温を制御して給湯する電気温水器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図1は本発明に係る電気温水器の構成図であるが、従来技術の構成もほぼ同様なので、以下、本発明にかかる構成図を用いて従来の電気温水器の構成について説明する。まず、電動湯水混合弁4を制御して貯湯槽1内の湯と水源からの水の混合量を調整し、第2の温度センサ21の検出温度が台所リモコン22又は浴室リモコン23であらかじめ設定した給湯湯温になるようにする。こうして、設定温度になった湯は、混合給湯管12を通り、台所と浴室に設けた湯水混合栓5,6から給湯される。

その給湯作用を図5のフローチャートを用いて説明すると、初期電源投入時には、給湯湯温決定の優先権は浴室リモコン23にあり、例えば、給湯湯温を50℃として湯水混合栓5,6を開くと、50℃の湯が供給される(ステップS−20)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように構成した電気温水器によれば、優先権を移動したときに給湯湯温が変化して湯温変動が突然に起きるため、使い勝手に問題があった。
また、浴室側の湯水混合栓6はサーモスタット式混合栓を使用することが多く、混合栓側の特徴として、混合栓に供給する湯の温度を実際に使用する湯温よりも5℃〜10℃程度高くすることによって湯温の安定を図っているので、シャワー等で使用するときの給湯湯温はあまり変更したくない。しかしながら、台所などで簡単に給湯湯温が変更されてしまい、浴室の設定温度に戻すには浴室側に優先権を移す必要があるなど、使い勝手に問題があった。

本発明は上記のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、給湯湯温の変動が少なく使い勝手のよい給湯湯温の制御機能を備えた電気温水器を得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る電気温水器は、水を加熱して貯留しておく貯湯槽と、貯湯槽内で加熱された湯と水とを混合する電動湯水混合弁と、電動湯水混合弁から送出された混合湯水の温度を検出する温度センサと、温度設定の優先スイッチを備え、該優先スイッチを操作することにより電動湯水混合弁の湯水温度を設定する優先権を切替える浴室リモコン及び台所リモコンと、温度センサ及び浴室リモコン及び台所リモコンからの信号を受け、電動湯水混合弁の湯水温度を制御する制御部とを有し、浴室リモコン及び台所リモコンのうち、浴室リモコンが電源投入時の湯水温度を設定する優先権を持ち、また、台所リモコンが操作され、優先権が浴室リモコンから台所リモコンに切替えられ給湯湯温が変更された場合、電動湯水混合弁の湯水温度は優先権が切替えられた台所リモコンの給湯湯温の設定温度に設定されるが、所定時間経過後は、電源投入時に湯水温度を設定する優先権を持つ浴室リモコンの給湯湯温の設定温度に戻り設定される。
