Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention stores hot water generated by an auxiliary heat source such as solar heat in a heat storage tank, and sends the hot water to a water heater via a hot water supply connection unit that can be mixed with tap water. About.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
As a hot water supply system that uses an auxiliary heat source, for example, a hot water supply system that combines a solar water heater that generates hot water using solar heat and a hot water heater is generally known.
[0003]
In such a hot water supply system, a solar water heater and a hot water heater having a heat storage tank for storing hot water generated using solar heat are connected via a hot water connection unit. The hot water stored in the heat storage tank of the solar water heater is sent to the water heater via the hot water connection unit, but the hot water connection unit does not simply send the hot water stored in the heat storage tank to the water heater, If necessary, the hot water supply connection unit can be supplied with only hot water sent from the heat storage tank in a fully open state so that hot water sent from the heat storage tank can be mixed with clean water and sent to the water heater. It is equipped with a mixing control valve that sends it to the water heater and sends only clean water to the water heater when it is fully closed.
[0004]
Therefore, when hot water equal to or higher than the hot water supply set temperature set for the hot water heater is stored in the heat storage tank, the mixing control valve of the hot water connection unit is heated with hot water equal to or higher than the hot water supply set temperature sent from the heat storage tank. By appropriately mixing water, hot water set temperature control for generating hot water at a hot water set temperature that is a target temperature is performed, and hot water at a hot water set temperature generated by the hot water connection unit is sent to the water heater. Become.
[0005]
On the other hand, when hot water equal to or higher than the hot water supply set temperature is not stored in the heat storage tank, the mixing control valve of the hot water supply connection unit appropriately mixes hot water below the hot water supply set temperature sent from the heat storage tank with clean water. The fixed temperature control for sending to the water heater in a state where it is forcibly lowered to a predetermined fixed temperature as the target temperature is performed, and hot water at the hot water supply set temperature is generated by burning the burner of the water heater Become.
[0006]
By the way, as mentioned above, hot water supply using a hot water supply connection unit that selectively performs either hot water set temperature control or fixed temperature control based on the hot water set temperature and the temperature of hot water sent from the heat storage tank. In the system, when hot water at the hot water supply set temperature is sent from the hot water supply connection unit, it is necessary to forcibly stop the combustion of the hot water heater burner. A command must be sent.
[0007]
However, when combining a hot water heater and a hot water supply connection unit that cannot communicate with each other a common signal that can be recognized between them, the hot water supply connection unit cannot control the combustion of the burner of the hot water heater. Therefore, in such a case, as shown in FIG. 4, a bypass flow path 55 that bypasses the hot water heater 53 is connected to the main flow path 54 in which hot water sent from the hot water supply connection unit 52 is heated through the hot water heater 53. In addition, a hot water supply system in which a three-way valve 56 for manually switching the flow path is installed at a branching portion or a merging portion of the bypass flow passage 55 in the main flow passage 54 has been conventionally employed.
[0008]
Therefore, in such a hot water supply system 50, when hot water having a temperature equal to or higher than the hot water supply set temperature is stored in the heat storage tank 51, the user manually switches the three-way valve 56 to the bypass channel 55 side to supply hot water to the heat storage tank 51. When hot water lower than the set temperature is stored, the user manually switches the three-way valve 56 to the hot water heater 53 side. However, if the user makes a mistake in the switching operation, hot water at the hot water set temperature is supplied. In particular, when hot water having a temperature equal to or higher than the hot water supply set temperature is stored in the heat storage tank 51, if the switching operation of the three-way valve is mistaken, the hot water at the hot water set temperature sent from the hot water supply connection unit 52 is heated. Therefore, there is a problem that dangerous hot hot water is performed.
[0009]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a hot water supply system capable of preventing dangerous hot hot water even when the hot water supply connecting unit cannot control the combustion of the burner of the hot water heater.
[0010]
[Means for solving the problems and effects thereof]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 is necessary for a hot water heater as a main heat source, a heat storage tank for storing hot water generated by an auxiliary heat source, and hot water sent from the heat storage tank. A hot water supply connection unit equipped with a mixing control valve for sending hot water of a target temperature to the hot water heater by mixing the hot water, and a main flow of supplying hot water sent from the hot water supply connection unit through the hot water heater A bypass channel connected to the main channel so as to bypass the water heater, and a three-way valve installed at a branching part or a junction of the bypass channel in the main channel, When hot water equal to or higher than the hot water supply set temperature is sent from the heat storage tank to the hot water supply connection unit, the three-way valve is switched to the bypass flow path side, and the hot water supply connection unit mixes clean water. The hot water set temperature control for generating hot water at the hot water set temperature is performed, and when hot water below the hot water set temperature is sent from the heat storage tank to the hot water connection unit, the three-way valve is switched to the water heater side. At the same time, the hot water supply connection unit performs fixed temperature control to generate hot water at a predetermined fixed temperature by mixing clean water, and hot water of a minimum operating flow rate or more is sent from the hot water supply connection unit. If so, a hot water supply system is provided in which the switching operation of the flow path by the three-way valve and the control switching operation of the hot water supply connection unit are not performed .
[0011]
As described above, in this hot water supply system, when hot water that is higher than the hot water supply set temperature is sent from the heat storage tank to the hot water supply connection unit, the hot water supply connection unit is in the state where the three-way valve is switched to the bypass channel side. When hot water lower than the hot water supply set temperature is sent from the heat storage tank to the hot water supply connection unit, the hot water supply connection unit performs fixed temperature control with the three-way valve switched to the hot water heater side. Therefore, unlike the conventional hot water supply system in which the user manually switches the three-way valve, dangerous hot hot water can be prevented.
[0012]
Also, immediately after the switching operation of the control switch operating and hot water supply connection unit of the flow path by the three-way valve, since temporary hot water supply temperature is likely to vary, as this hot water system, the hot water supply connection unit If hot water exceeding the minimum operating flow rate is being sent, the hot water temperature will not fluctuate significantly if the flow switching operation using the three-way valve and the control operation for controlling the hot water supply connection unit are not performed. The effect that it is hard to give a user discomfort is acquired.
[0013]
Further, as in the hot water supply system of the invention according to claim 2 , the hot water supply connection unit forcibly performs the fixed temperature control in the state where the three-way valve is switched to the hot water heater side, and the hot water supply setting Based on the temperature and the temperature of the hot water delivered from the heat storage tank, the hot water supply set temperature control performed by the hot water supply connection unit or the three-way valve is switched to the water heater side while the three-way valve is switched to the bypass flow path side. In a state where it is possible to switch to a normal operation mode in which any one of the fixed temperature control performed by the hot water supply connection unit is selectively performed, Since it is stored in the heat storage tank, in normal operation mode, even in summer when hot water is supplied almost through the bypass flow path, it is periodically switched to fixed operation mode. By performing the hot water supply operation Te, it is possible to discharge the water remaining in the water heater portion in the main passage, there is an effect that it is possible to prevent the occurrence of dead water.
[0014]
In addition, when a water heater with an automatic pouring function for a bathtub is installed, hot water must be sent from the hot water connection unit to the water heater when trying to perform automatic pouring to the bathtub. Since the above hot water is stored in the heat storage tank, in the normal operation mode, there is a problem that automatic hot water pouring into the bathtub cannot be performed in the summer when hot water is supplied almost through the bypass channel. However, since the hot water supply system described above can switch between the fixed operation mode and the normal operation mode, the automatic water pouring function of the water heater can be used by switching to the fixed operation mode. The effect of becoming is also obtained.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a hot water supply system 1 in which a hot water heater 30 as a main heat source and a solar water heater 10 as an auxiliary heat source are combined. As shown in the figure, the hot water supply system 1 includes a solar water heater 10 and a hot water heater 30 connected via a hot water supply connection unit 20, and the hot water inlet side of the hot water supply connection unit 20 and the hot water heater 30. A bypass channel is formed by connecting a bypass pipe 32 that bypasses the water heater 30 to the main channel consisting of the hot water pipe 23 that connects to the hot water outlet 30 of the water heater 30 and the hot water pipe 31 that is connected to the hot water outlet side of the water heater 30. In addition, an electric three-way valve 33 for switching the flow path is installed at a branch portion of the bypass flow path in the main flow path.
[0016]
In addition, the solar water heater 10 and the hot water supply connection unit 20 are housed in the same casing in the components surrounded by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 1, and the controller 30 a of the hot water heater 30 operates the hot water heater 30. For this purpose, an operation remote controller 30b installed in a kitchen or the like is connected.
[0017]
The solar water heater 10 includes a solar heat collector 11 and a sealed heat storage tank 15, and a water supply pipe 16 for supplying clean water to the lower end of the heat storage tank 15 is connected to the heat storage tank 15. In addition, a hot water supply pipe 17 for sending the stored hot water to the hot water supply connection unit 20 is connected to the upper end portion.
[0018]
In the solar heat collector 11, a circulation path of the heat medium is formed by a solar pipe 12 connecting the inlet side and the outlet side, and the solar pipe 12 is partially introduced into the heat storage tank 15. It has a heat exchange part 12a. The solar pipe 12 is connected to a circulation pump 13 that circulates the heat medium between the solar heat collector 11 and the heat exchange unit 12a, and a reserve tank 14 that stores the heat medium. The heat medium heated by is guided into the heat storage tank 15 through the solar pipe 12, and heat exchange with the water in the heat storage tank 15 is performed by the heat exchange unit 12a, so that hot water is generated in the heat storage tank 15. It has become so.
[0019]
The reserve tank 14 is provided with a holding amount detecting means 14a for detecting whether or not the holding amount of the heat medium stored in the reserve tank 14 is lower than a necessary minimum amount, and this holding amount detecting means 14a. Thus, when it is detected that the holding amount of the heat medium is lower than the necessary minimum amount, the operation of the circulation pump 13 is forcibly stopped in order to prevent the circulation pump 13 from being idle.
[0020]
The solar water heater 10 also has a temperature detection signal from a heat collection temperature sensor (not shown) installed in the solar heat collector 11, and the temperature of hot water stored in the heat storage tank 15 (hereinafter referred to as “in-tank temperature”). A temperature detection signal from the in-tank temperature sensor 18 for detecting Tt, a retained amount detection signal from the retained amount detection means 14a, a flow rate detection signal from the flow rate sensor 19 installed upstream of the water supply pipe 16, and the like are input. The controller 10a is mounted, and the controller 10a independently performs start / stop control of the circulation pump 13 based on the retained amount detection signal and the temperature detection signal from the heat collection temperature sensor.
[0021]
An operation remote controller 10b having an operation switch is connected to the controller 10a, and the hot water supply set temperature Te on the hot water supply connection unit 20 side can be set by the operation remote controller 10b.
[0022]
As shown in the figure, the hot water supply connection unit 20 mixes clean water supplied via the water supply pipe 22 and hot water supplied from the heat storage tank 15 via the hot water supply pipe 17 as necessary. The warm water supplied from the heat storage tank 15 is connected to the outlet side of the blend control valve 21 as it is or appropriately mixed with clean water, and constitutes the main flow path. It is sent to the hot water heater 30 side through the pipe 23. In addition, the mixing control valve 21 sends out only hot water supplied from the heat storage tank 15 through the hot water supply pipe 17 to the hot water heater 30 side in the fully opened state, and conversely, in the fully closed state, passes through the water supply pipe 22. Only the clean water supplied in this way is sent to the hot water heater 30 side.
[0023]
Further, in the hot water supply connection unit 20, a bypass pipe 24 that mutually connects a water supply pipe 22 connected to the upper water inlet side of the mixing control valve 21 and a hot water pipe 23 connected to the hot water outlet side of the mixing control valve 21. This diaphragm pipe is provided with a diaphragm type electromagnetic valve 25 that shuts off the flow path of the bypass pipe 24 in an energized state.
[0024]
A hot water supply pipe 17 and a hot water pipe 23 connected to the mixing control valve 21 include a hot water temperature sensor 26 for detecting the temperature Ts of hot water sent from the heat storage tank 15 (hereinafter referred to as hot water temperature) and Ts. A hot water temperature sensor 27 for detecting the temperature To hot water sent from the hot water supply connection unit 20 (hereinafter referred to as hot water temperature) To is provided.
[0025]
The hot water supply connection unit 20 is equipped with a controller 20a that can communicate with the controller 10a of the solar water heater 10 via a serial interface. The controller 20a includes a hot water temperature sensor 26 and a hot water temperature sensor 27. Is input from the controller 10a, and the controller 20a transmits the mixing control valve 21 based on the detected temperature signal and the hot water set temperature Te. Is to control.
[0026]
When the temperature of the hot water delivered from the heat storage tank 15, that is, the hot water temperature Ts detected by the hot water temperature sensor 26 is equal to or higher than the hot water supply set temperature Te, the hot water is appropriately mixed without being heated by the hot water heater 30. Therefore, the hot water at the hot water supply set temperature Te can be supplied, so that the electric three-way valve 33 is switched to the bypass flow path side, and the temperature of the hot water delivered from the hot water supply connection unit 20, that is, detected by the hot water temperature sensor 27. Hot water supply set temperature control for controlling the mixing control valve 21 is performed so that the hot water temperature To becomes the hot water supply set temperature Te.
[0027]
On the other hand, when the hot water temperature Ts is lower than the hot water supply set temperature Te, the hot water supply set temperature Te cannot be supplied unless the water heater 30 is heated. Hot water at a fixed temperature (for example, 30 ° C.) Tf so that hot water at the hot water supply set temperature Te can be reliably generated by switching the valve 33 to the hot water heater 30 side and burning the burner of the hot water heater 30. Is adjusted so that the opening degree of the mixing control valve 21 is adjusted so as to mix the clean water.
[0028]
Further, in this hot water supply system 1, in the state where the operation switch of the operation remote controller 10b is turned on, the hot water supply connection unit 20 performs either hot water set temperature control or fixed temperature control based on the hot water set temperature Te and the hot water temperature Ts. The hot water supply operation is performed in the normal operation mode in which one is selectively performed. However, when the operation switch of the operation remote controller 10b is turned off, the electric three-way valve 33 is switched to the hot water heater 30 side, and the hot water supply connection unit 20 is operated. Switches to a fixed operation mode in which fixed temperature control is forcibly performed.
[0029]
Hereinafter, the operation of the hot water supply system 1 will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG. First, it is determined whether or not the operation switch of the operation remote controller 10b is turned on (step S1). When the operation switch is turned on, that is, when the normal operation mode is set, the flow rate sensor is subsequently continued. Based on the flow rate detection signal from 19, it is determined whether or not hot water having a minimum operating flow rate or more is sent from the hot water supply connecting unit 20 (step S 2), and hot water having a minimum operating flow rate or more is sent from the hot water connecting unit 20. If so, the process proceeds to step S1 without changing the current operating state.
[0030]
On the other hand, when the amount of hot water delivered from the hot water supply connection unit 20 is lower than the minimum operating flow rate in step S2, the in-bath temperature Tt of the heat storage tank 15 is based on the temperature detection signal from the in-bath temperature sensor 18. It is determined whether or not the hot water supply set temperature Te or higher (step S3). If the tank temperature Tt is equal to or higher than the hot water supply set temperature Te, the hot water supply connecting unit 20 is in a state where the electric three-way valve 33 is switched to the bypass flow path side. The hot water supply set temperature control is performed (step S4), and the process proceeds to step S1. If the in-tank temperature Tt is lower than the hot water supply set temperature Te, the hot water supply 30 is switched to the hot water heater 30 side. The connection unit 20 performs fixed temperature control (step S5), and proceeds to step S1.
[0031]
In step S1, when the operation switch of the operation remote controller 10b is turned off, that is, when the fixed operation mode is set, whether or not the in-bath temperature Tt of the heat storage tank 15 is equal to or higher than the hot water supply set temperature Te. Regardless of this, the hot water supply connection unit 20 performs the fixed temperature control in a state where the electric three-way valve 33 is forcibly switched to the hot water heater 30 side (step S6), and the process proceeds to step S1.
[0032]
As described above, in the hot water supply system 1, when the hot water supply connection unit 20 performs the hot water supply set temperature control, the electric three-way valve 33 automatically switches to the bypass flow path side, and the hot water supply connection unit 20 performs the fixed temperature control. Since the electric three-way valve 33 is automatically switched to the hot water heater 30 side, the user must manually switch the three-way valve according to the temperature of the hot water stored in the heat storage tank. Unlike hot water supply systems, dangerous hot hot water can be prevented.
[0033]
Further, when the pipe length from the heat storage tank 15 to the hot water heater 30 is increased, the hot water supply temperature is temporarily changed from the hot water supply set temperature Te immediately after switching the flow path by the electric three-way valve 33 and switching the control in the hot water supply connection unit 20. Although overshoot or undershoot may occur, in this hot water supply system 1, when hot water exceeding the minimum operating flow rate is sent from the hot water supply connection unit 20, the flow switching operation by the electric three-way valve 33 is performed. In addition, since the control switching operation of the hot water supply connection unit 20 is not performed, for example, the hot water temperature does not fluctuate extremely during use of the shower, and the user is uncomfortable. The effect that there is no is obtained.
[0034]
Moreover, in this hot water supply system 1, the hot water supply connection unit 20 controls the hot water supply set temperature control or in the state where the electric three-way valve 33 is switched to the bypass flow path side or the hot water heater side by turning on and off the operation switch of the operation remote controller 10b. A normal operation mode in which either one of the fixed temperature control is selectively performed, and a fixed operation mode in which the hot water supply connecting unit 20 forcibly performs the fixed temperature control in a state where the electric three-way valve 33 is switched to the hot water heater 30 side. Since it can be switched, since hot water equal to or higher than the hot water supply set temperature Te is stored in the heat storage tank 15, in the normal operation mode, it is used even in summer when hot water is supplied almost through the bypass channel. The hot water supply is switched to the fixed operation mode by periodically turning off the operation switch of the operation remote controller 10b. By performing the rolling, it is possible to discharge the water remaining in the water heater 30 portion in the main passage, there is an effect that it is possible to prevent the occurrence of dead water.
[0035]
In addition, when the water heater 30 has an automatic pouring function for the bathtub, if hot water is poured into the bathtub, the hot water must be sent from the hot water connection unit 20 to the water heater 30. Since hot water of temperature Te or higher is stored in the heat storage tank 15, in the normal operation mode described above, in the summer when hot water is supplied almost through the bypass flow path, automatic hot water pouring into the bathtub cannot be performed. There's a problem.
[0036]
However, in the hot water supply system 1, as described above, the fixed operation mode and the normal operation mode can be switched. Therefore, the user turns off the operation switch of the operation remote controller 10b, thereby fixing the fixed operation mode. Since the hot water of fixed temperature (for example, 30 degreeC) Tf can be reliably sent to the hot water heater 30, if it switches to, the automatic hot water pouring to the bathtub using the automatic hot water pouring function of the hot water heater 30 becomes possible. .
[0037]
In the embodiment described above, in the normal operation mode, when hot water is being supplied while the hot water supply connecting unit 20 is performing the hot water supply set temperature control, the operation remote controller 10b is turned off when the operation switch is turned off. With the switching to the operation mode, switching of the flow path by the electric three-way valve 33 and switching of the control of the hot water supply connection unit 20 are performed, and the hot water supply temperature may temporarily fluctuate. As shown in the flowchart, in step S1, when the operation switch of the operation remote controller 10b is turned off, whether or not hot water exceeding the minimum operating flow rate is sent from the hot water supply connection unit 20, that is, whether or not hot water is being supplied. (Step S7), and when hot water is being supplied, the flow switching operation by the electric three-way valve 33 and the hot water supply connection unit 20 Without performing the switching operation, the process proceeds to step S1, and only when the hot water is not being supplied, the process proceeds to step S8, where the flow switching operation by the electric three-way valve 33 and the control switching operation of the hot water supply connection unit 20 are performed. It is desirable to do so.
[0038]
In the embodiment described above, the electric three-way valve 33 is installed at the branch portion of the bypass passage in the main passage. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the junction portion of the bypass passage in the main passage is used. It is also possible to install an electric three-way valve 33.
[0039]
Moreover, although embodiment mentioned above is a hot-water supply system which uses a solar-heated water heater as an auxiliary heat source, the auxiliary heat source in a hot-water supply system is not limited to such a solar-heated water heater, For example, cogeneration Needless to say, the present invention can be applied to a hot water supply system using various auxiliary heat sources, such as a hot water supply system using waste heat of a gas engine or a gas turbine in the system as an auxiliary heat source.
