Description

【0001】

It is assumed that.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIGS. 1 to 4 show an example of a connecting portion between a steel pipe scaffold, its building and a fabric, and a connecting portion between a building and a brace, respectively. In the drawings, a building 1 is built at predetermined intervals. The fabric 2 and the arm 3 are laid over a plurality of steps at the same height between the buildings 1 and 1, and the cloth plate 4 is laid between the arms 3 and 3, respectively.
[0014]
A steel pipe for scaffolding is used for the building 1, the cloth 2, and the arm 3 and a steel cloth plate is used for the cloth plate 4. At the side of the building 1 and at the ends of the cloth 2 and the arm 3, a receiving fitting 5 and an engaging fitting 6 are provided as connecting fittings, respectively.
[0015]
The receiving fittings 5 are provided at predetermined intervals in the axial direction of the building 1, and two or four receiving fittings 5 are projected horizontally at two right angles or four right angles at one location.
[0016]
Each of the receiving fittings 5 is formed with a planar rectangular wedge hole 5a penetrating vertically. The wedge hole 5a is formed so that the inner diameter at the upper end is the largest and gradually decreases downward.
[0017]
On the other hand, the engagement fitting 6 is provided with a wedge 6a projecting downward. The wedge portion 6a is formed in a substantially groove shape in cross section having a shape corresponding to the shape of the wedge hole 5a, and is formed so that the outer diameter of the upper end portion is the largest and gradually becomes smaller in the downward direction.
[0018]
The wedge portion 6a is formed to be longer than the depth of the wedge hole 5a such that the lower end portion projects below the wedge hole 5a by a predetermined length when inserted into the wedge hole 5a from above.
[0019]
Further, on the side of the wedge portion 6a that comes into contact with the building 1, a groove-shaped portion 6b is formed continuously in the vertical direction corresponding to the side surface shape (having a convex curved shape) of the building 1. Therefore, when the wedge portion 6a is inserted into the wedge hole 5a, the concave groove portion 6b engages with the side surface portion of the building 1, thereby stabilizing the connection portion.
[0020]
With the formation of the concave groove portion 6b on the side of the wedge portion 6a that comes into contact with the building 1, a convex portion 6c is continuously formed in the vertical direction inside the wedge portion 6a. .
[0021]
At the lower end of the wedge portion 6a formed in this way, a retaining stopper 7 that is protruded by the force of a spring is attached to the lower side of the receiving fitting 5 with the wedge portion 6a inserted into the wedge hole 5a from above. ing.
[0022]
The retaining stopper 7 can be housed in the wedge portion 6a having a substantially groove shape in cross section, and the other end side is wedge portion 6a as it is slanted in a state where one end side is in contact with the convex portion 6c in the wedge portion 6a. It is formed in a plate shape having an outer diameter and a length that gradually protrudes to the outside.
[0023]
Also, a contact portion 7a having a U-shape is formed at one end of the stopper 7 and an abutment portion 7b having a reverse shape is formed at the other end. Each has a flange portion 7c protruding therefrom, and a pin hole 7d is formed in each of the flange portions 7c.
[0024]
The retaining stopper 7 formed in this way penetrates through the pin holes 7d, 7d at the lower end inside the wedge 6a, and has horizontal pins 8 whose both ends are respectively supported by the left and right flanges 6d, 6d of the wedge 6a. It is attached so that it can rotate freely.
[0025]
A leaf spring 9 is mounted between the convex portion 6c in the wedge portion 6a and the retaining stopper 7. The leaf spring 9 is formed in a V shape along the side surface shape (convex curved surface shape) of the horizontal pin 8, and one end of the leaf spring 9 is provided on the convex portion 6 c in the wedge portion 6 a, and the other end is provided on the back side of the stopper 7. Each is attached in a contact state.
[0026]
With the leaf spring 9 attached in this way, the other end of the stopper 7, that is, the contact portion 7 b, always projects outside the wedge portion 6 a by a fixed amount by the force of the leaf spring 9. Further, the contact portion 7b is easily housed in the wedge portion 6a by pressing strongly.
[0027]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4A, even if the contact portion 7b of the stopper 7 protrudes outside the wedge portion 6a, the wedge portion 6a is inserted into the wedge hole 5a of the metal fitting 5 from above. Only as shown in FIG. 4B, the contact portion 7b is strongly pressed when passing through the wedge hole 5a and is temporarily stored in the wedge portion 6a. The ends of the arm 2 and the arm 3 can be connected very easily.
[0028]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4C, in a state where the wedge portion 6a is inserted into the wedge hole 5a, the contact portion 7b of the stopper 7 protrudes outside the wedge portion 6a by the force of the leaf spring 9. As long as the wedge portion 6a comes out of the wedge hole 5a, the contact portion 7b of the stopper 7 comes into contact with the lower end portion of the receiving fitting 5, so that the wedge portion 6a moves from the wedge hole 5a. There is no accidental exit.
[0029]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), since the contact portion 7b is easily stored in the wedge portion 6a by being strongly pressed, the contact portion 7b is strongly pressed to be stored in the wedge portion 6a. In this state, the end of the cloth 2 and the end of the arm 3 can be very easily removed from the side of the building 1 simply by pulling the wedge 6a upward from the wedge hole 5a of the metal fitting 5.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is as described above, and a receiving metal fitting having a wedge hole vertically penetrating on a side of a building is provided with an engaging metal fitting having a wedge part to be inserted into the wedge hole at an end portion of the cloth and the arm. Each of the projections and the wedge portion are inserted into the wedge holes, and a retaining stopper that is protruded by a spring force is attached to the lower side of the receiving bracket, so that the scaffold swings after the steel pipe scaffold is assembled. Even if the wedge effect due to the wedge hole and the wedge portion is loosened due to vibrations or the like, the wedge portion does not fall out of the wedge hole when the retaining stopper hits the lower end portion of the receiving bracket, and the safety is extremely excellent.
[0031]
Also, the connection and disconnection of the building with the cloth and the arm can be performed very easily.
