Description

【0001】

[0025]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 51 is a bill identification unit disposed in the transport path 12.
[0026]
Also, FIG. 6 shows one of the configuration examples of the second collection unit 9, the first stacker unit 10, and the second stacker unit 11 having the storing and feeding functions and the temporary holding function in FIG. This is shown as an operation diagram at the time of feeding.
[0027]
That is, a belt 54 extending horizontally from the entrance / exit portion 53 to the vicinity of the rear end is provided between the front and rear pulleys 55 and 56 above the inside of the housing 52, and is provided below the pulley 55 on the entrance / exit portion 53 side. Is provided with a roller 57 for transporting the bill P with the belt 54.
[0028]
A receiving plate 59 for stacking the banknotes P is provided on the upper surface of the storage unit 58 in which the banknotes P are stored in a stackable manner, and the receiving plate 59 is constantly urged upward by a spring (not shown). Further, the lift of the receiving plate 59 can be restrained at an arbitrary position by the lock mechanism 60.
[0029]
A temporary holding plate 61 is provided at a position above the receiving plate 59 and corresponding to the rear half of the receiving plate 59 so as to be able to move up and down. The temporary holding plate 61 has a planar shape that supports only the both sides in the transport direction of the banknote P so that the temporary holding plate 61 can rise above the belt 54 and the pulley 56 without interfering with the belt 54 and the pulley 56 at the rear. are doing.
[0030]
A guide roller 62 is provided at an upper end position of a front wall 58a of the storage portion 58 on the entrance / exit portion 53 side, and a bill holding claw 63 is provided immediately below the guide roller 62.
[0031]
The bill holding claw 63 has a fulcrum shaft 64 at a position outside the storage portion 58, and extends from a retracted position to the outside of the front wall 58a of the storage portion 58 to an advanced position where it falls into a horizontal position at an internal position of the front wall 58a. It is provided rotatably by driving means such as a solenoid.
[0032]
At a position slightly above the lower traveling side of the belt 54, a base of a pressing member 65 is pivotally supported by a shaft 66 and is provided so as to be vertically swingable by a driving means such as a solenoid. The upper surface of the banknote P on the receiving plate 59 can be pressed between the holding plates 61.
[0033]
Therefore, when the banknotes P are stored, the temporary storage plate 61 is positioned on the upper surface of the stacked banknotes P 'already stored as shown in FIG. A temporary storage space is formed between the upper surface of the temporary storage plate 61 and the lower surface of the belt 54. At this time, the bill holding claws 63 advance into the storage section 58 and press the upper surface of the front portion that is not pressed by the temporary holding plate 61 of the stacked banknotes P ′. ′ Without being interfered with. Therefore, even if only the latter half of the stacked banknote P 'is pressed by the temporary holding plate 61, and even if the front end of the stacked banknote P' is bent like a circulating banknote, the banknote pressing claw 63 presses and corrects it. As a result, the fed bills slide smoothly onto the temporary holding plate 61 and are accumulated (FIG. 5 (B)).
[0034]
When the temporary banknotes P ″ are combined with the stacked banknotes P ′ and stored, the banknote holding claws 63 are moved out of the storage unit 58, while the temporary banknotes P ″ are raised, and the temporary banknotes P ″ are The temporary banknotes P ″ are not placed on the lower bank of the stacked banknotes P ′ while the temporary banking plate 61 moves upward above the belt 54 without rising any further. 5 (C)).
[0035]
Subsequently, the temporary storage plate 61 is lowered to a predetermined temporary storage position, and the upper surface of the stacked banknotes P 'is pressed to descend together with the receiving plate 59, thereby forming a temporary storage space on the temporary storage plate 61 again (FIG. 5 (D)).
[0036]
At the time of feeding, the temporary holding plate 61 is retracted above the belt 54 as shown in FIG. 6 (A), the upper surface of the stacked banknotes P 'is pressed against the lower surface of the belt 54, and the banknote 54 is rotated by the belt 54 in the direction of the arrow. It is fed out one by one. At this time, when the trailing end of the fed banknote P passes the pressing member 65, the pressing member 65 swings downward and presses the next banknote at the leading end to prevent the banknote from being taken out.
[0037]
When the feeding of the predetermined number of banknotes P is completed, the temporary holding plate 61 is lowered to push the upper surface of the stacked banknotes P ', and the receiving plate 59 is lowered against the spring. At this time, the leading end of the uppermost banknote P may be stuck between the belt 54 and the roller 62 (FIG. 6B).
[0038]
In this case, even if the belt 54 is reversed, since the latter half of the banknote P cannot be returned because it is pressed by the temporary holding plate 61, the receiving plate 59 is locked at that position by the lock mechanism 60 (FIG. 6 ( C)), the temporary holding plate 61 is lifted to release the pressing of the uppermost banknote P, and the belt 54 is reversed to return to the stacked state (FIG. 6D).
[0039]
