自動閉鎖式上吊り引戸では閉鎖時の衝撃、騒音の発生を防止する為、全閉直前の引戸のスピードを落す制動装置が用いられているものがある。

従来の自動閉鎖式上吊り引戸の制動装置を図4〜図6に於いて説明する。

上枠部1内にはレール2が設けられ、該レール2には吊車3を介して引戸4が懸架されており、該引戸4には開閉駆動装置(図示せず)が連結されている。又、前記上枠部1内には全閉直前の引戸4の閉鎖スピードを落とす為の閉鎖制動装置5、全開時の引戸4の跳返りを防止する為のストップ装置6が設けられている。

上枠フレーム7に支持具8を介してエアシリンダ9が前記レール2と平行に設けられ、該エアシリンダ9のロッド10は戸尻側に突出している。前記引戸4の戸尻側の吊車3はブラケット11を介して前記引戸4に設けられており、該ブラケット11に前記エアシリンダ9に対向するロッド受け12が設けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した従来の制動装置では引戸4の全閉直前のみの制動であり、全開直前の制動は行われてなく、前記ストップゴム14による衝撃の緩衝のみである。従って、板バネ16とローラ15との係合力だけでは引戸4の跳返りを保持しきれず引戸4が跳返ってしまう。又、引戸4の跳返りを充分に抑止するだけの係合力とすると、引戸4を閉じる場合にローラ15と板バネ16との離脱に大きな力が必要であるという問題があった。

本発明は斯かる実情に鑑み、引戸の開方向、閉方向のいずれにも制動が作用する自動閉鎖式上吊り引戸の制動装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、引戸内に制動シリンダを設け、該制動シリンダに制動ワイヤを係着し、引戸の全閉、全開直前に前記制動ワイヤが制動シリンダのロッドを移動させる様構成したことを特徴とするものであり、又引戸内に制動シリンダを垂直姿勢で設け、該制動シリンダに制動ワイヤを移動可能に挿通し、該制動ワイヤの下端に重りを係着すると共に上端に係合金具を係着し、上枠部側の戸先側に閉方向制動フック、戸尻側に開方向制動フックそをそれぞれ設け、引戸の全閉直前に係合金具が閉方向制動フックに係合し、又前記係合金具が引戸の全開直前に前記開方向制動フックに係合可能としたことを特徴とするものである。

以下、図面を参照しつつ本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

引戸4の内部、戸尻側に制動シリンダ20を鉛直方向に配設し、該制動シリンダ20のロッド21は下方に向かって伸縮可能とする。該ロッド21は中空であり、制動ワイヤ22をロッド21及び制動シリンダ20本体に挿通させる。制動ワイヤ22の上端に係合金具23を係着する。又、前記制動ワイヤ22は前記ロッド21より更に下方に垂下しており、制動ワイヤ22の下端に重り24を係着する。前記上枠部1の戸先側に閉方向制動フック25を設け、上枠部1の戸尻側に開方向制動フック26を設ける。

前記係合金具23は全閉直前に前記閉方向制動フック25に当接し、又全開直前に係合金具23が開方向制動フック26に当接する様になっており、前記係合金具23が前記閉方向制動フック25に当接して引戸4が全閉迄に移動する距離と前記係合金具23が開方向制動フック26に当接して全開する迄に移動する距離とは等しく、その移動距離をAとすると、前記重り24が前記ロッド21に当接し、更に該ロッド21を制動シリンダ20に押込む距離Aとは等しくしてある。

尚、引戸4内にガイドプーリを適宜設け、制動ワイヤ22を掛回すことで制動シリンダ20は水平或は斜め等所望の姿勢とすることができる。又、制動シリンダ20はロッド21の押込み方向に制動力が作用する様にしたが、ロッド21の引出し方向に制動力が作用する様にしてもよい。更に、制動シリンダ20は戸尻側でなく引戸4の中央或は戸先側に設けてもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上述べた如く本発明によれば、自動閉鎖式上吊り引戸に於いて全閉方向、全開方向で制動を行うことができ、安全性が向上すると共に衝撃、騒音が抑制され、又全開時の跳返りを防止することができる。
