このような粉粒体混練装置では混練後の原料を排出する排出口は迅速に排出が行われるように原料が掻き寄せられる加圧ロールの公転軌道上に設けられて開閉蓋により閉じられているのが一般的である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような粉粒体混練装置においては、原料の排出口の上部を加圧ロールが通るため開閉蓋が加圧ロールにより加圧されて開きぎみになることからこれを補うためにロック機構をつける等の対策がとられ構造が複雑強固にされ製作コストが高くなる問題があった。
またこの問題を解決するために原料の排出口を加圧ロールの公転軌道からはずれた位置に移すことが考えられるがこの場合原料の排出のスピードが遅くなったり排出残がでる問題があった。
本発明は上記の問題に鑑みて成されたもので加圧ロールを備えた粉粒体混練装置において原料の排出口に加圧ロールの圧力が加わらないようにすると共に原料の排出を迅速に成し得るようにした粉粒体混練装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために本発明における粉粒体混練装置は、円筒状の側壁と円板状の底板とにより構成される混練槽内に、2個の加圧ロールを回転軸及び回転支持体を介して同一公転軌道を成して公転可能に配設し、かつ一方の加圧ロールの回転前方に、公転軌道の内寄り外側の原料を公転軌道内に掻き寄せるインサイドプローを配置すると共に他方の加圧ロール回転前方に、公転軌道の外寄り外側の原料を公転軌道内に掻き寄せるアウトサイドプローを回転支持体を介して配置した粉粒体混練装置において、原料の排出口を前記加圧ロール公転軌道の外寄り外側に配設し、前記一方の加圧ロールの回転後方と前記アウトサイドプローの回転前方との間位置に前記公転軌道の中央部から外寄り外側に延びかつ角度が公転方向に対し進入角になる補助プローを前記回転支持体を介して取付けたことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳しく説明する。図1において、符号1は円筒状の側壁1Aと円板状の底板1Bとにより構成されて断面凹み形状に形成された混練槽であって、該混練槽1の底板1Bには図示されない駆動装置により回転される回転軸2が貫通して設けられている。
該回転軸2における混練槽1内の位置には回転支持体3が固着されており、該回転支持体3の対向部には所定幅をもった加圧ロール4、4Aが対をなして垂直回転(自転)可能にして設けられている。したがって加圧ロール4、4Aは回転軸2の回転により一定幅(ロール幅と同じ)の公転軌道5を描くようになる。
前記混練槽1の底板1Bにおける前記公転軌道5の外寄り外側位置には、円形の排出口6が設けられていて該排出口6にはOリングシール7が埋め込まれていて蓋体8を閉じた際に気密性が保たれるようにされている。なおこの気密性は混練槽1内を圧縮空気で加圧したり吸引等をする場合に空気洩れが起らないようにするもので排出口6を円形にすることによりその効果が発揮できるようにされている。

前記進入角は混練済原料を排出口6へ案内できればよく、特に15〜45度の範囲の角度であれば原料を容易に案内できる。
