Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a composting apparatus for composting organic waste such as sludge, household kitchen waste, vegetable waste, and the like by decomposition with aerobic microorganisms.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the treatment of organic waste, incineration has recently been avoided because of the difficulty of treating harmful substances generated in the process of incineration, and it is recycled by minimizing the burden on the environment as much as possible. It is becoming. So, from this situation, in particular, waste of organic compost process has come to spread. Conventionally, as a typical composting device for planar fermentation, an inclined conveyor type or a blade type rotary type of an agricultural cultivator has been used, but in the former, mixing and stirring are not possible when the water content is high. The latter has problems such as insufficient transfer when the water content is high. That is, conventionally, measures such as suppressing the initial water content to a low level of 50 to 55%, reducing the deposition height, and combining a rotary stirrer with a conveyor have been taken. However, improvements have been desired from the following points.
1) The mixture (at the start of fermentation) of the organic waste and the seed compost (such as aerobic bacteria), which are the materials to be processed, supplied to the fermenter is as high as about 60% moisture, and at the end of the fermentation. It has a low water content of about 30 to 40%. As described above, the mixing and stirring are difficult to be performed reliably because the water content of the object changes.
2) The height of the material to be treated in the fermenter is usually 0.8 m or more and may reach as high as 1.8 m. The re-deposition can be performed while stirring and mixing the object to be processed and transferring it. Moreover, the stirrer is simple and easy to maintain. In particular, there has been a demand for a device capable of performing the above-described process using only a rotating device and of easily maintaining and managing.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore , in view of the above problems, the object of the present invention can cope with a large variation in the water content of the object to be treated from 60% to 30%, and the deposition height of the object to be treated is 0.8 m to 1 m. It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple composting device which can perform the work of stirring, mixing and transferring the object to be processed even if it changes to.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for mixing and depositing organic waste with a seed compost, and periodically agitating the sediment with a stirrer that also serves as agitation, mixing, and transfer. A flat fermentation type organic waste composting device that performs fermentation treatment with aerobic microorganisms while supplying air from below the material, and a rake-like stirring around a rotation axis of a rotating stirring unit in the stirring device. The present invention relates to a composting apparatus for organic waste, characterized in that the blades are mounted in a direction perpendicular to the mounting rod via a mounting rod, and as a preferred embodiment, the diameter of the stirring section is deposited. The height of the object is 60% or more, and the rotation speed of the stirring section is 60 rpm or more.
The operation and effect of the present invention will be described below. As described above, by mounting the rake-shaped stirring blade around the rotation axis of the rotating stirring part in the stirring device in the direction perpendicular to the mounting rod via the mounting rod, the following operation and effect are produced.
That is, by using a rake-shaped stirring blade, the blade member can be made thinner than when the individual blades are directly attached to the rotating shaft.
By using a rake-shaped stirring blade, the number of times of attachment and detachment is reduced as compared with the individual blade method, and maintenance is easy.
In addition, the rake-shaped stirring blade is attached to the rotation shaft at a right angle to the mounting rod via a mounting rod, and the sediment (object to be processed) is removed by the rotation of the rake-shaped stirring blade. It is scraped off from a ridge-like sediment (hereinafter, sometimes simply referred to as a ridge) (crushing is also performed at this time), put on the rake-like stirring blade, and the rake-like stirring is performed. It becomes easy to effectively perform an operation of lifting (moving) by the centrifugal force of the blade and rearward in a parabolic manner. This effect can be easily achieved by adjusting the distance between the blades and, more specifically, by adjusting the ratio of the width of the blades to the width of the blades.
Further, by setting the diameter of the stirrer to 60% or more of the height of the sediment and setting the rotation speed of the stirrer to 60 rpm or more, the object to be processed in front of the stirrer is scraped to the rear of the stirrer. It can be lifted by centrifugal force and deposited so as to maintain the height of the object before the stirring device. The work of scraping, moving, lifting, and depositing can grind, mix, move, stir , and re-deposit the work, and reduce the water content of the work from about 60% to about 30%. Even if it changes, pulverization, mixing, movement, stirring, and re-deposition of the object can be satisfactorily performed only by the rotary stirring device.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a composting device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a side view of the composting device of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of a stirring section in the composting device of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the composting device 1 advances toward the sediment 2-1 to be treated, and the sediment 2-1 is cut off by the stirring blades 4 of the stirring unit 3 of the composting device 1. After being moved backward, it is deposited again on the deposit 2-2. While the stirrer 3 cuts (crushes), moves (transports), and re-deposits (mixes and stirs) the composting device 1 continues to advance the driving wheels (the driving device is omitted), and the front 2-1. The above-mentioned stirring of the object to be processed is continued sequentially. In this way, the object to be processed is moved backward by one rotation (one reciprocation) by the rotation diameter l of the stirring unit, so that the length of the fermenter (ridge-shaped sediment) of the object to be processed is reduced. When L is set, the object to be processed deposited on one end of the fermenter is sent to the other end (discharge unit) by stirring L / l times. In the embodiment of the present invention, since the rotating diameter 1 is about 1.8 m and L is 13 m, the stay is about 1 week. If a conveyor is provided in the discharge part, about 1.8 m of the ridge length of the material to be treated can be taken out of the fermenter with one stirring. On the other hand, since a "vacancy" is generated in the supply section by a ridge length of 1.8 m, a processing section can be newly supplied here. Usually, the agitation of the composting device 1 from the supply section to the discharge section is once a day. Then, the composting device that has advanced from the supply section to the discharge section returns from the discharge section to the supply section. This return operation is performed by winding the hoisting chain (omitted) by a driving device (an abbreviated letter) to raise the agitator 3 by the height 13 and about 2 m around the shaft 19, and in this state, the wheels 10 on the rail 9. This is done by feeding the composting device to the supply. The rake-shaped stirring blade 4 of the present invention 20 is mounted around the rotating shaft 6 at right angles to the mounting rod 5 via the mounting rod 5, and the rotation speed of the stirring unit 3 is set to 60 rpm or more; And, by setting the diameter of the stirring section to 60% or more of the height h of the ridge of the object, the water content of the object to be processed is close to the end of composting from a high water content of around 60% (30%). As a result, good mixing, stirring, transfer, and crushing were performed. In FIG. 2B, reference numeral 17 denotes a mounting hole for mounting the stirring blade 4 to the rotating shaft 6 via the mounting rod 5.
