Description

【001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a weeding device used by attaching to a working vehicle such as a cultivator.
[0092]
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
For weeding work in a wide field, a weeding device is generally attached to a work vehicle such as a cultivator connected to a tractor such as a tractor, and weeding is performed on both sides of a ridge of a crop using a pair of left and right weeding devices.
By the way, when the weeds in the field germinated from the ground surface to about 1 to 3 cm, the underground roots were still in a single direct root and the mustache roots were out or not, and at this time the weeds were removed from the ground surface by 1 to 3 cm. Stirring at a depth of 3 cm separates the surrounding soil from the underground roots and cuts off the active root action, which is the most efficient as a weeding operation.
[0093]
In order to perform such a weeding operation, as shown in FIG. 9, a weeding device 3 in which a rotating weeding wheel 2 is inclined and rotatably attached to the lower end of a vertical frame 1 of a support member connected to a cultivator or the like is provided. It is used.
The rotating weeding wheel 2 of the weeding device 3 has a configuration in which a plurality of weeding rods 5 extending obliquely upward and a plurality of rotating drive legs 6 extending downward are radially attached to the outer periphery of the rotating base 4, and the ridge crop 7 is centered. By pulling the pair of right and left weeding devices 3 arranged in the traveling direction in the traveling direction, the rotating base 4 is rotated by the ground resistance of the rotating drive leg 6 that is stuck into the ground, and is rotated integrally with the rotating base 4. The soil on both sides of the crop 7 is thinly peeled off by the weeding rod 5 and the soil is shaken off from the root of the weed to perform weeding.
[0093]
In this type of conventional weeding apparatus, as shown in FIG. 10, a space is formed between the rotating base 4 of the rotating weeding wheel 2 and a group of weeding rods 5 therearound. It is easy to get on, which hinders smooth rotation of the rotary weeding wheel 2 and adjustment of the weeding depth.
[0056]
Also, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the rotating weeding wheel 2 is attached to the lower end of the vertical frame 1 of the support member so as to be rotatable and inclined, so that the space between the weeding rod 5 and the vertical frame 1 is rotated. It is wide at the downward position of the weeding wheel 2 and narrow at the upward position. For this reason, when the foreign material 8 placed on the rotating weed wheel 2 rotates to the upward position, it is caught between the weeding rod 5 and the vertical frame 1 and not only makes the rotating weed wheel 2 unrotatable, but also removes foreign matter caught between them. Removal is not easy either.
[0086]
Therefore, a first object of the present invention is to provide a weeding apparatus having a structure in which foreign matter is hardly placed on the rotating weeding wheel.
007
A second object of the present invention is to provide a weeding apparatus having a structure in which foreign matters are hardly placed on a rotating weeding wheel, and even if foreign matters are placed on the weeding wheel, the foreign matter is surely wiped off in the process of rotation.
[0098]
[Means for explaining the task]
In order to achieve the first object, the present invention provides a rotary weeding wheel in which a plurality of weeding rods extending obliquely upward and a plurality of rotating drive legs extending downward are radially fixed to the outer periphery of a rotating base. In a weeding device which is attached to the lower end of the vertical frame of the member at an angle, an obstruction member is provided between the rotary base and the weeding rod group to suppress foreign matter from being caught between the rotating base and the weeding rod group. .
[0099]
The obstruction member is preferably formed of an elastic material block arranged around the rotation axis of the rotation base.
[0102]
More preferably, the obstruction member may be constituted by an elastic material block arranged around the rotation axis of the rotation base and a projecting member extending radially outward of the block.
[0111]
Further, the obstruction member may be an independent fixed exclusion bar provided to suppress the inclusion of a foreign substance by being interposed in a space between the rotation base and the weeding rod group.
[0122]
In order to achieve the second object, the present invention provides a rotary weeding wheel in which a plurality of weeding rods extending obliquely upward and a plurality of rotating drive legs extending downward are radially fixed to the outer periphery of a rotating base. In a weeding apparatus which is attached to a lower end of a vertical frame of a member at an angle, an obstruction member which intervenes in a space between the rotating base and the weeding rod group and suppresses entanglement of foreign matter is integrally provided on the rotating base. In addition, the vertical frame of the support member is provided with an exclusion bar extending downward from the upper part of the obstruction member of the rotation base toward the downwardly inclined end of the weeding rod.
[0113]
The rejection bar is preferably bent or bent in the rotation direction of the rotary weeding wheel in order to reduce the ground resistance with foreign matter.
[0141]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the weeding device 3 of the present invention has a configuration in which a rotating weeding wheel 2 is attached to a lower end of a vertical frame 1 of a support member 9 connected to a working vehicle such as a cultivator.
As described above, the rotating weeding wheel 2 includes a plurality of weeding rods 5 extending obliquely upward and a plurality of rotating drive legs 6 extending downward on the outer periphery of the rotating base 4 that is attached to the base 10 in an inclined and rotatable manner. Are fixed radially, and the base 10 is attached to the vertical frame 1 of the support member 9 by being connected thereto.
In the illustrated embodiment, a weeding tine 11 extending rearward of the rotary weeding wheel 2 and elastically contacting the ground is used in combination with the connecting member 10.
[0152]
The support member 9 of the illustrated embodiment has two upper and lower horizontal links 13 and 14 pivotally attached to the base plate 12 at fulcrums P1 and P2, and parallel links pivotally supported at two upper and lower fulcrums P3 and P4 of the vertical frame 1. The rotating weeding wheel 2 moves up and down along the ground by the balance between the counterweight 15 and the weight 17 attached to and detached from the rod 16 on the opposite side.
The above configuration is the same as that of the conventional weeding device.
[0162]
In the weeding device having such a configuration, in the present invention, a baffle member is installed on the rotating weeding wheel 2 so that foreign matters such as rocks do not stay on the rotating weeding wheel 2.
The embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 uses a block 18 made of an elastic material such as rubber as the above-mentioned obstruction member, and the elastic material block 18 is integrally fixed around the axis on the rotating base 4 of the rotating weeding wheel 2 to provide elasticity. The space between the rotating base 4 and the weeding rod 5 is filled with the volume of the material block 18.
[0173]
In this configuration, since the elastic material block 18 is interposed between the rotating base 4 and the weeding rod 5, the space into which the foreign material enters is restricted, and the foreign material is repelled by the elastic force of the elastic material block 18. As a result, stagnation of foreign matter is suppressed.
[0182]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, a baffle member in which a plurality of projecting members 19 extending outward around the elastic material block 18 are fixed integrally in a radial manner is installed around the axis of the rotary base 4, and is preferable. The overhanging members 19 are also formed of the same elastic material as the block 18 such as rubber.
FIGS. 3 and 4 show a construction in which a rod arm-shaped overhanging member 19 is attached to the weeding rod 5 by inclining downward from the upper outer periphery of the elastic material block 18, and FIGS. In the example, a projecting member 19 formed of a tapered plate extending diagonally upward is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the elastic material block 18.
[0119]
As shown in FIG. 1, the elastic material block 18 of the illustrated embodiment is formed of a rubber columnar body having a cut 21 in the axial direction, and the cut 21 is opened and fitted around the rotation axis of the rotary base. The rotary base 4 is fixed to the turntable with bolts 22.
[0202]
In the weeding device of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, similarly to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the elastic material block 10 suppresses the entanglement of foreign matter, and the projecting member 19 prevents foreign matter between the block 18 and the weeding rod 5. With no room for entry, it is led out of the rotary weeding wheel 2.
[0219]
In the weeding apparatus 3 of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, foreign matter staying on the rotating weeding wheel 2 is remarkably prevented by the interfering member interposed between the rotating base 4 and the weeding rod 5 of the rotating weeding wheel 2. However, depending on the shape of the foreign matter and the timing of mixing, the foreign matter placed on the rotary weeding wheel 2 may be carried upward as it is.
In order to solve this problem, the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 fills the space between the rotating base 4 and the weeding rod 5 of the rotating weeding wheel 2 with the obstruction member and the vertical link 1 of the support member 9. An excluding bar 20 extending downward from the upper part of the obstruction member of the rotating base 4 toward the downwardly inclined end of the weeding rod 5 is fixed to the base 10 connected to the rotating base 4.
[0222]
In the structure of this embodiment, since the fixed exclusion bar 20 extends above the rotary weeding wheel 2, foreign matter placed on the rotary weeding wheel 2 accompanies rotation of the rotary weeding wheel 2 in the arrow direction. In the process of being transported, it is obstructed by the exclusion bar 20 and is washed off to the outside.
[0230]
The exclusion bar 20 is preferably curved or bent in the direction of rotation of the rotary weeding wheel 2 so as to reduce contact resistance with foreign substances and to be smoothly discharged outward.
[0242]
FIGS. 7 and 8 show an embodiment in which the exclusion bar 20 is used in combination with the baffle member (elastic material block 18) of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. Naturally, the use of the rejection bar 20 in the weeding device 3 of the sixth embodiment is also included.
[0252]
【effect】
In the weeding device of the present invention, the interposition of the obstruction member between the rotating base of the rotating weeding wheel and the weeding rod reduces the entanglement and stagnation of foreign matters, and the trouble of the rotating weeding wheel is remarkably improved.
[0262]
By using a baffle member provided with an overhanging member on the outer periphery of the elastic material block, the prevention of foreign substance entanglement is more effectively eliminated.
[0279]
By interposing an obstruction member in the rotary weeding wheel and providing the fixed exclusion bar in the direction of the downward rotation orbit of the rotary weeding wheel, the foreign matter is wiped off before turning upward, and there is no danger of being caught by the weeding device.
