Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a plastic bottle which is easily folded flat so as not to be bulky at the time of disposal. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a plastic bottle as shown in FIG. 9 has been known as an easily foldable plastic bottle (see JP-A-3-148451). The material of the plastic bottle 20 is polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride or the like.
The wall thickness is 0.1 to 1.2 mm, which is formed by blow molding, can be folded when empty, and reduces the amount of material used. The characteristic of the plastic bottle 20 is that the bottom 21 is forked.
A V-shaped folding groove 22 is formed in the bottom 21.
The bottom 21 has a curved surface that protrudes in a round shape and has two support points, so that it can stand upright when the contents are inserted. The body 23 of the plastic bottle 20 has a square cross-sectional shape, but the gazette discloses other hexagonal or circular cross-sectional shapes. [0004] However, such a conventional plastic bottle 20 is difficult to use because there is no handle portion to be held by hand, and an opening is formed in the body portion 23 to form a handle portion. Since the radius of curvature between the handle and the opening is reduced, the strength is increased, and the plastic bottle 20 is difficult to be folded. Furthermore, since the bottom portion 22 of the plastic bottle 20 is round, if the hardness of the plastic bottle 20 is hard, it is difficult to fold the bottom portion 22 flat. Therefore, the hardness of the plastic bottle 20 must be relatively soft. When the contents are left halfway, there is a concern that the strength of the bottom portion 22 is insufficient and the plastic bottle 20 cannot stand alone. [0005] The plastic bottle according to the present invention focuses on such a problem. The plastic bottle is easy to hold, can stably stand alone even when the contents remain, and can be folded flat after use. The purpose is to provide. Means for Solving the Problems To solve the above problems, the invention according to the first aspect of the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an entire container. It has softness and thickness enough to be deformed by the grip of the hand, and a pair of side edges facing each other in the body of the container are used as folding ridges, and extend on both sides of this ridge in the vertical direction of the bottle. A pair of grooves is formed, an opening is formed through the trunk near the ridge of the trunk, a portion of the opening on the ridge side is a hollow handle, and an upper edge of the opening is formed. Or, a bellows portion extending obliquely upward or downward from the lower edge toward the center of the body is formed at the center of the bottom of the body.
A wide-angle groove extending in the long axis direction so as to project upward
It is characterized by having been done . According to the plastic bottle of the present invention ,
Even if the hollow handle becomes hard due to its small radius of curvature,
Since a pair of grooves extending up and down is formed on both sides of the ridge, the body can be easily deformed even with a small force to fold the body. In addition, a bellows portion is formed extending obliquely upward or downward from the upper or lower edge of the opening toward the center of the body, and the stress during deformation is dispersed. Even if it is formed in a curved shape, it becomes easy to fold. Only
In addition , since the bottom is formed with a wide-angle groove that is convex at the top, the bottom is easy to fold, and the container stands upright when the container is placed on a flat surface. Hereinafter, a plastic bottle according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a plastic bottle according to an embodiment of the present invention. The plastic bottle 1 has a hardness and a thickness which can be deformed by the grip force of a finger, and the whole container is made of polyethylene. The average thickness of the body 2 is about 0.5 mm. The plastic bottle 1 is formed by extrusion blow, but may be made of polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyester, or the like. The body 2 of the plastic bottle 1 is formed so that an opening 3 penetrates the body 2 as shown in the plan shape of FIG. 1, and the opening 3 is large enough to insert approximately four fingers. Have. A part of the edge of the opening 3 is a handle 4. As shown in FIG. 3, the wall of the body 2 at the periphery of the opening 3 has a concave wall 5
The wall on the opposite side of the handle 4 is a convex wall 6, 6 bulging outside the container. The concave walls 5, 5 forming the periphery of the opening 3 have an arc-shaped cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. 5, and the periphery of the concave walls 5, 5 is shown in a plan view of FIG. So that it bulges out of the container. Since the concave wall portion 5 and the convex wall portions 6 and 6 of the body portion 2 are continuous, the strength around the handle portion 4 is improved, and the surface of the body portion 2 is raised when the plastic bottle 1 containing the contents is lifted. Prevents denting inside. The contours of the concave walls 5, 5 meet at the ridge 7. The ridge 7 has an arc shape with a small curvature. Since the ridge line portion 7 has a small arc shape, the strength of the handle portion 4 is ensured. A pair of grooves 8, 8 are formed on both sides of the ridge 7, and the grooves 8, 8 are formed on both sides of the ridge 7, excluding the handle 4. The grooves 8, 8 are recessed inside the container and extend in the vertical direction of the plastic bottle 1, as shown in the sectional view of the body 2 in FIG. Due to the formation of the grooves 8, 8, the stresses when the concave wall portions 5, 5 and the convex wall portions 6, 6 are folded flat are dispersed in two places, and the concave wall portions 5, 5 are dissipated.
In addition, the force by which the convex wall portions 6 and 6 return to the original shape is reduced, and the folded state is maintained. In use, it has a function of reinforcing the handle portion 4. On the upper and lower edges of the opening 3, a bellows portion 9 is formed on the concave wall 5, which extends obliquely in the vertical direction of the plastic bottle 1. The bellows portion 9 is formed with the same thickness as the concave wall portion 5 and has a cross-sectional shape such that triangular waves are continuous. Since the bellows 9, 9 extend toward the center of the plastic bottle 1, FIG.
(B) As shown in FIG. 7 (c) and FIGS. 7 (a), (b), and (c), when the edge of the opening 3 on the side of the container center advances, the peripheral edge of the opening 3 is deformed. The concave walls 5 and 5 and the convex walls 6 and 6 are easily folded. As shown in FIG. 3, a ridge 10 for folding is formed in a continuous portion of the convex walls 6 and 6 of the body 2. As shown in FIG. 4, grooves 11 are formed on both sides of the ridge line portion 10. Due to the formation of the grooves 11, 11, when the convex wall portions 6, 6 and the concave wall portions 5, 5 are folded, the restoring force of the convex wall portions 6, 6 is relaxed, and the trunk portion is formed. 2 is easy to fold. As shown in FIG. 8, a wide-angle groove 13 extending in the long axis direction is formed at the center of the bottom 12 of the body 2 so as to project upward from the container, and is formed in the short axis direction. A wide-angle groove 14 extending in the groove 13 is formed.
4 constitutes the raised bottom 15. The bottom portion 12 is formed by four supporting portions 1 on a horizontal surface by grooves 13 and 14.
6 are sectioned. By providing the raised bottom 15 on the bottom 12, the stability of the plastic bottle is ensured. That is, when the contents are filled, the body 2 is thin and the bottom part is deformed due to swelling. In this embodiment, when the contents are filled and the body 2 is expanded, the bottom part is raised. 15 moves upwards of the container,
Is absorbed by the raised bottom 15 to reduce the area. Thus, even if the area of the support portion 16 is reduced, the horizontal surface of the support portion 16 is maintained as it is, so that excellent stability is exhibited. Further, when the body 2 is folded, the grooves 13,
14 has the advantage of being easy to fold,
The elasticity restoring force for returning to the original shape by relaxing the strain generated in the bottom portion 12 by the groove portion 14 is reduced. According to the plastic bottle of the present invention , even if the hollow handle portion is hard, a pair of vertically extending grooves are formed on both sides of the ridge line portion, so that the force for folding the body portion is small. Can be easily deformed. In addition, a bellows extending obliquely upward or downward from the upper edge or lower edge of the opening toward the center of the body is formed, and the stress during deformation is dispersed. Even if it is formed in a curved shape, it becomes easy to fold. Moreover , since the bottom is formed with a wide-angle groove that projects upward, the bottom is easy to fold, and the container stands upright when the container is placed on a flat surface.
As a result, the plastic bottle is easy to hold, and can maintain a strength that enables it to stand alone even when the contents remain, and can be easily folded flat after use.
