More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a covering elastic yarn in which a non-elastic yarn such as a polyamide filament yarn is wound single or double around an elastic yarn such as a polyurethane elastic yarn. 2. Description of the Related Art A covering elastic yarn in which a filament yarn such as a polyamide of an inelastic yarn is wound around an elastic yarn such as a polyurethane yarn is a dyeing property, a mechanical strength and an abrasion resistance which are problems of the elastic yarn alone. It is widely used in woven and knitted applications and stockings that have functional elasticity by covering properties. [0003] Above all, for stocking, generally, a single covering elastic yarn (SCY) in which a coating yarn of an inelastic yarn is wound single and a double covering elastic yarn (DCY) in which the covering yarn is double wound are generally used. ing. In recent years, pantyhose has been changed from a pantyhose using only a wool-nylon yarn obtained by subjecting a conventional nylon filament to false twisting to a covering elastic yarn obtained by winding a nylon filament yarn around a polyurethane elastic yarn, and a nylon filament yarn. Has rapidly shifted to pantyhose (hereinafter referred to as “knitting support”), which is alternately knitted. [0004] This mixed knitting support has been well-received in the market because of its excellent fitting property due to the recovery of elongation of the polyurethane elastic yarn and also its excellent durability. However, the above knitting support-
Since different types of yarns having different physical properties are alternately arranged, there is a problem in appearance that it looks as if there is a coarse spot (weft step) and the aesthetic quality is poor. [0005] For the purpose of eliminating the above-mentioned unevenness of the course (weft step) and obtaining a better fit, the stockings in which the legs are knitted with only the covering elastic yarn, so-called Zocchi support, are rapidly increasing. are doing. However, when the above-mentioned ZOKI support is knitted using a conventional covering elastic yarn, stretchy unevenness of the covering elastic yarn,
Alternatively, a ring-shaped course spot caused by an apparent fiber degree spot,
Alternatively, since band-like shading appears, there is a problem that only stockings for which an improvement in appearance is desired can be obtained. [0006] In the knitting support in which one covering elastic yarn and one nylon filament yarn are alternately arranged, two kinds of yarns having different physical properties are alternately knitted, so that the knitting support is generated on the knitted fabric as described above. The knitting unevenness due to the unevenness of the covering elastic yarn is hidden by the uneven wrinkles of the course. However, in the zokki support knitted only with the covering elastic yarn, ring-like spots and band-like shading due to the spots of the covering elastic thread appear. The present inventors have studied the covering method in order to solve the above problems, and have found the present invention. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a uniform covering elastic yarn.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a covering elastic yarn for a zokki support that does not exhibit shading. That is, the present invention provides a covering elastic yarn for supplying a core yarn elastic yarn using a pre-draft roller and covering a non-elastic yarn coating yarn to the elastic yarn. In the manufacturing method, the contact length (L) between the elastic yarn and the pre-draft roller is 0.1 cm or more and 5 cm or less,
And the surface velocity (V) of the pre-draft roller is 200 cm
/ Min to 2500 cm / min and a value of L × V satisfies a relationship of 1800 cm / min or less. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. In the present invention, the contact length (L) between the pre-draft roller and the elastic yarn is from the nip point of the pre-draft top roller and the pre-draft bottom roller to the point where the elastic yarn is separated from the pre-draft top roller. Means the length (cm) of the elastic yarn. The present invention
The contact length between the pre-draft roller and the elastic yarn is 0.1 cm or more and 5 cm or less. The elastic yarn used in the present invention includes polyurethane elastic fibers, polyamide elastomer elastic fibers, polyester elastomer elastic fibers, natural rubber fibers, synthetic rubber fibers, butadiene fibers, and the like.
For stocking, polyurethane-based elastic fibers and polyamide-based elastomeric elastic fibers are preferred in view of their elastic properties, thermal properties, durability and the like. The elastic yarn used in the present invention is 8 to 70 denier.
And more preferably 10 to 40 denier. If it is less than 8 denier, the yarn strength is insufficient, so that problems such as breakage of the core yarn during covering and knitting are apt to occur, and when used for stockings, the elasticity and durability tend to be insufficient, which is not preferable. . On the contrary, 70 denier
If it exceeds 100 mm, it is not preferable because when used for stockings, the transparency is reduced and the feeling of pressure becomes too strong, and it tends to become coarse and hard. The inelastic yarn used for coating in the present invention is:
In addition to synthetic fibers such as polyamide, polyester, polyolefin, and polyacrylonitrile, bisco-rayon,
Regenerated fibers such as cupra rayon or silk, natural fibers, and the like are included. The inelastic yarn used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but when used for pantyhose, a polyamide fiber having excellent dyeing properties, mechanical properties, abrasion resistance and the like is preferable. The inelastic yarn used as the covering yarn in the present invention is:
It is preferably a filament yarn, and the fineness of the coating filament yarn is preferably 5 to 50 denier. If it is less than 5 deniers, there is a problem in durability when used for stockings, and if it exceeds 50 deniers, transparency is undesirably reduced. The covering elastic yarn produced in the present invention is usually
It is a single covering elastic yarn (SCY) or a double covering elastic yarn (DCY), but is not particularly limited. Next, the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. 1 to 3 are explanatory diagrams schematically showing an example of the covering method of the present invention. The polyurethane-based elastic yarn 1 serving as a core yarn is sent out by sending-out rollers 2 and 3, and then primary-drafted between pre-draft rollers 4 and 5. Subsequently, delivery roller 10 through hollow spindle 6 and twisting snell guide 9,
11 and a second draft. At the time of the secondary drafting, the inelastic covering yarn 8 is extended from the H bobbin 7 mounted on the rotating hollow spindle 6 to the polyurethane elastic yarn 1 in an extended state, and the lower part of the twisting snell guide 9 is formed. To form the covering elastic yarn 13. The covering elastic yarn is a delivery belt 1
After passing through 0 and 11, it is taken up by the take-up roller 12. More specifically, the polyurethane elastic yarn travels on the pre-draft roller while traversing at an angle θ as shown in FIG. 2 and in contact with the pre-draft top roller as shown in FIG. are doing. According to the production method of the present invention, the contact length (L) between the polyurethane elastic yarn and the pre-draft top roller is 0.1 ≦ L ≦ 5, and the surface speed (V) (cm / cm) of the pre-draft roller is satisfied.
Min) is 200 ≦ V ≦ 2500, more preferably 100 ≦ V ≦ 1500, and L × V ≦ 1800, and even more preferably L × V ≦ 1700. The relationship between the contact length (L) between the polyurethane elastic yarn and the pre-draft top roller, and the relationship between this contact length and the surface speed of the pre-draft roller, ie, the speed of the elastic yarn, is 18
The reason why a uniform covering elastic yarn can be obtained at a flow rate of not more than 00 cm / min is not clear, but is considered as follows. The polyurethane-based elastic yarn itself is provided with an oil agent that improves smoothness in order to improve the process performance in the yarn manufacturing process and the secondary processing process, and to improve the unwinding property from the cheese. This oil agent is most likely to accumulate on the pre-draft troller that first contacts in the covering process. The present inventors have investigated the relationship between the oil agent accumulated on the pre-draft roller and the behavior of the polyurethane elastic yarn moving while traversing the pre-draft roller. If the accumulated oil exceeds a certain limit, the behavior of the polyurethane-based elastic yarn tends to be uneven. That is, when L × V exceeds 1800,
The accumulated oil agent makes the traverse movement of the polyurethane-based elastic yarn on the pre-draft roller sticky, and the secondary draft after the pre-draft roller tends to fluctuate periodically. For this reason, the uniformity of the polyurethane elastic yarn in the length direction is impaired, and a uniform covering elastic yarn cannot be obtained. As a result, when the zokki support is knitted using the above-described uneven covering elastic yarn in the yarn length direction, the unevenness of the course caused by the unevenness of the elasticity of the covering elastic yarn. And shading are easy to develop. According to the production method of the present invention, even if an inappropriate oil agent accumulates on the pre-draft roller, the periodic fluctuation of the secondary draft after the pre-draft roller of the polyurethane elastic yarn is eliminated, and a uniform covering elastic yarn is produced. can do. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples. In addition, the uniformity of the knitted fabric was evaluated by visually judging the following three steps by comparing the unevenness of the size of the loop with the unevenness of the course, the shading, etc. of the knitted fabric by putting the backing on the leg part. . ;: Good, △: slightly poor, ×: poor Examples 1 to 15, Comparative Examples 1 to 6 A 10 denier multifilament of nylon 66 was used as a coating yarn which is an inelastic yarn. A 15-denier polyether-based polyurethane elastic yarn (spandex) was used as the core yarn as the elastic yarn. Using the covering machine shown in FIG. 1,
The draft of the elastic yarn of the core yarn is 2.8, and the number of windings is 1
A single covering elastic yarn was produced at 600 T / M. By changing the contact length (L) between the pre-draft top roller and the spandex and the surface speed (V) of the pre-draft roller as shown in Table 1, S-twisted and Z-twisted single covering elastic yarns were manufactured, respectively. did. Using the obtained single covering elastic yarn, an S-twisted single covering elastic yarn and a Z-twisting single covering elastic yarn are alternately formed on a Super-4 knitting machine (400 stitches) manufactured by Nagata Seiki Co., Ltd. The knitted fabric was supplied to the yarn feeder of the knitting machine, and the knitted fabric of the leg portion was knitted with pantyhose made of only covering elastic yarn, dyed by a usual method, and set with a template to obtain a pantyhose product. Table 1 shows the results of evaluation of the obtained pantyhose products. [Table 1] As shown in Table 1, in Examples of the present invention, a uniform knitted fabric with no ring-shaped spots or band-like shading was obtained in the leg knitted fabric, but the uniformity was poor in Comparative Examples. I was According to the production method of the present invention, a covering elastic yarn having excellent uniformity can be produced and the covering speed can be increased as compared with the conventional method. In addition, as for the Zocchi pantyhose using the obtained covering elastic yarn, one having no unevenness and excellent in uniformity can be obtained.
