【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は射出成形機の運転開始前
に作動油を射出成形に適した温度に上昇させる油昇温方
法に係わり、特に型締シリンダに取付けたオーバヘッド
タンク内の作動油昇温方法に関する。
【0002】
【従来技術】従来から射出成形機の運転開始前に作動油
の温度をヒータやポンプロードにより油タンク内の作動
油の温度を上昇させ、その作動油によって型締シリンダ
およびピストン等の成形機の油圧装置を作動し、作動油
と油圧装置自体を射出成形に適した温度に上昇させる油
昇温方法が行われており、成形運転時には型締装置の型
締シリンダ、射出装置における射出シリンダ等は前述の
油昇温方法に因って昇温された作動油が作用するように
してある。
【0003】しかしながら、図2のような型締時に型締
シリンダへのプレフィルを目的として型締シリンダに取
付けたオーバヘッドタンク内の作動油はヒータやポンプ
ロードにより昇温された油タンク内の作動油が直接に作
用しないようになっている。
【0004】即ち、型締シリンダ1に取付けられたオー
バヘッドタンク2内の作動油3は油タンク4内の作動油
5と直接繋がってなく, 油圧ポンプ6或いは図示してな
いヒータにより昇温された作動油5が型締シリンダ1お
よび移動金型7を設けた移動ダイプレート8を取付けた
型締ラム9、ブーストラム10に作用し、成形運転に適
した温度となるが、オーバヘッドタンク2内の作動油3
は冷えたままである。
【0005】これを昇温するためには電磁切換弁11お
よび12を励磁させるとともに、電磁切換弁13のb位
置を励磁させ、プレフィルバルブ14を開き、型締シリ
ンダ1の前進側油室15とオーバヘッドタンク2を連通
させ、型締ラム9を進退させ前進側油室15内に入った
昇温された作動油5とオーバヘッドタンク2内の作動油
3を前進側油室15およびオーバヘッドタンク2内を行
ったり来りさせて両作動油3および5を均一化させる
か、或いは昇温のためだけにオーバヘッドタンク2内を
循環するポンプ回路或いはヒータを設けなければならな
かった。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】従って、前者において
は一度上がった油温は下がってしまい、改めて昇温し直
さなければならなかったし、後者においては配管の複雑
さ、余分な部材を取付けるための価格の上昇という欠点
があった。
【0007】本発明の目的は前述のような従来の欠点を
取除き、簡単でしかも安価なオーバヘッドタンク内の作
動油を昇温させる方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】前述の目的を達成するた
め本発明は、型締時に型締シリンダへのプレフィルを目
的として型締シリンダにプレフィルバルブを介して取付
けたオーバヘッドタンク内の作動油昇温方法において、
油圧ポンプから吐出される作動油を型締シリンダへの型
締昇圧回路より型締シリンダを介してプレフィルバル
ブ、オーバヘッドタンク、次いでこのオーバヘッドタン
クに設けたオーバフロー用回路から油タンクへ循環させ
ることを特徴としたオーバヘッドタンク内の作動油昇温
方法とした。
【0009】このような本発明によれば、昇温された油
タンク内の作動油は型締シリンダへの型締昇圧回路より
型締シリンダを経て、プレフィルバルブ−オーバヘッド
タンク−オーバフロー回路−油タンクの順に流れ、オー
バヘッドタンク内の作動油が油タンク内の作動油で置換
えることが可能となった。

【発明の実施の形態】図1により本発明の1実施形態例
を説明する。説明に当たり、本発明は従来のオーバヘッ
ドタンクにオーバフローした作動油が油タンクへ戻る回
路を設けたものであるから前述の従来例で用いた同一部
材は同一符号を付し、その説明を省き、新たに追加した
部材にのみ新番号を付して、その説明をする。オーバヘ
ッドタンク2には太く、オーバヘッドタンク2上部の空
気と一緒にオーバフローした作動油を油タンク4に戻す
オーバフロー用回路20を設ける。
【0012】これにより、油圧ポンプ6から吐出される
作動油5を電磁切換弁12の左室−電磁切換弁11の右
室−型締シリンダ1の前進用油室15へ作用させる型締
昇圧回路により、次いで電磁切換弁13のb位置が励磁
されることにより開口状態にあるプレフィルバルブ14
を通ってオーバヘッドタンク2内へ入り、ここでオーバ
フローすると、オーバフロー用回路20を介して油タン
ク4へ戻るようになっている。

【発明の効果】以上説明したような構成および作用動作
が行われ、油圧ポンプから吐出される昇温された作動油
を型締シリンダへの型締昇圧回路より型締シリンダを介
してプレフィルバルブ、オーバヘッドタンク、次いでオ
ーバフロー用回路から油タンクへ循環させ、オーバヘッ
ドタンク内の作動油を簡単でしかも安価に昇温させるこ
