Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a floor structure of an automobile. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a floor structure of an automobile, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No.
As shown in JP-A-61-89178, JP-A-59-133373, etc., a tunnel portion for passing a transmission, a propeller shaft, and the like is formed in the center of the floor panel along the vehicle longitudinal direction. A structure is known in which a pair of left and right seat mount members or reinforcing cross members along the vehicle width direction are joined on the floor panel so as to sandwich the tunnel portion. [0003] A bead, that is, a concave or convex streak portion is formed on such an automobile floor for reinforcement. Usually, this bead is provided parallel to the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. [0004] In recent years, in addition to the strength of the vehicle body in the front-rear direction, emphasis has been placed on the strength in the lateral direction. However, the bead extending in the front-rear direction acts on the floor. It is not possible to cope with the load in the lateral direction, and it is also difficult to obtain a sufficient reinforcing effect against the load in the lateral direction only with the cross member. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and in the present invention, a substantially inverted U-shaped section extending in a vehicle width direction on a floor panel is provided. A tunnel member extending in the front-rear direction is formed at the center of the floor panel in the width direction of the vehicle, and the cross member is located on both sides of the tunnel portion from the tunnel portion to the floor panel side. A continuous bead portion extending in the vehicle width direction along the cross member is formed at a portion of the floor panel that forms a closed cross section with the cross member, the bead portion extending to a side sill portion formed at the edge. Before and after
The slope of one rising part of the rising part is gentler than the slope of the other rising part, and the front part of the floor panel is
The bottom of the bead at the corresponding part with the bead extending rearward
An extended portion that reaches the wall and suppresses both side walls of the bead is provided.
It is characterized by having. According to the present invention, a continuous bead portion extending in the vehicle width direction along the cross member is formed in the floor panel portion forming a closed cross section together with the cross member. The stiffness of the joined portion against the lateral load is further increased. Therefore, even if a large lateral load acts on the floor panel, the load can be sufficiently countered by receiving the load at the cross member joining portion. A bead portion that is bent upward and projects into the cross member is formed at a portion that is covered by the cross member of the floor panel and forms a closed section together with the cross member, and the bead portion is continuous from the tunnel portion to the side sill portion. The lateral load acting on the floor panel is received not only by the cross member joined to the floor panel, but also by the bead portion integrally formed on the floor panel itself, and further, the bead portion
The extension of the rising part before and after is the front and rear direction of the floor panel
Bottom wall of the bead at a position corresponding to the bead extending
Is reached and both sides of the bead are restrained
Therefore, the lateral deformation of the side walls of the bead due to the lateral load is prevented.
Stopped, a greater reinforcement effect is obtained, and the floor panel can withstand large lateral loads. In addition, since the rising portion at the front of the bead portion is formed at a gentler inclination than the rising portion at the rear, it is possible to effectively prevent the paint film from falling off during the electrodeposition coating on the coating line. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a front floor of an automobile according to an embodiment of the present invention, as viewed obliquely from the upper front. Reference numeral 1 denotes a floor panel. The floor panel 1 has a tunnel portion 2 extending in the front-rear direction at the center in the vehicle width direction. A transmission and a propeller shaft are passed through the tunnel 2 as is well known. A large number of beads 3 extending in the front-rear direction are formed in a plate-like portion extending on both sides of the tunnel portion 2 of the floor panel 1 as in the prior art. In the present embodiment, these beads 3 are formed in a concave groove shape on the upper surface side of the floor panel 1 and in a convex ridge shape on the lower surface side. However, they may be formed in a reverse shape. The both side edges of the floor panel 1 are raised upward to form side sill portions 4. Cross members 5 are disposed between the tunnel portion 2 and the side sill portions 4 on both sides of the tunnel portion 2. As shown in FIG. 3, the cross member 5 is formed of a member having a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section that opens toward the lower floor panel 1 side, and a flange portion 5a that protrudes outward along the opening. It is fixed to the floor panel 1 by spot welding or the like. The floor panel 1 is reinforced by a bead 3 against a load in the front-rear direction, and is provided in a lateral direction (a vehicle width direction).
The cross member 5 is reinforced by the cross member 5. However, in order to further enhance the reinforcing effect of the cross member 5 against the lateral load, the cross section is covered with the cross member 5 of the floor panel 1 and a closed cross section is formed together with the cross member 5. A bead portion 6 which is bent upward and protrudes into the cross member 5 is formed at the portion to be formed (FIGS. 2 and 3). As shown in FIG. 2, the bead portion 6 extends laterally at right angles to the bead 3 and continuously extends from the tunnel portion 2 to the side sill portion 4. With the cross member 5 joining portion of the floor panel 1 configured in this manner, the lateral load acting on the floor panel 1 is not limited to the cross member 5 joined to the floor panel 1 but also to the floor panel 1. Since it is also received by the bead part 6 formed integrally with itself, the floor panel 1 can withstand a large lateral load. Further, rising portions 6a, 6b before and after the bead portion 6
As shown in FIG. 2, the bead 3 extends to the bottom wall 3a at the bead 3, and the bead 3 is extended by the extended portion 6c.
Since the side wall portions 3b on both sides are suppressed, the side wall portions 3b are prevented from being inclinedly deformed by a lateral load, and a greater reinforcing effect can be obtained. As shown in FIG. 3, the rising portion 6a in front of the bead portion 6 is formed to have a gentler inclination than the rising portion 6b in the rear. By doing so, it is possible to effectively prevent the coating film from missing during electrodeposition coating on the coating line. According to the present invention, it is possible to increase the rigidity of a floor panel of an automobile with respect to a lateral load and to endure a large lateral load.
