The intermediate splicing method shown in FIG. 10 has a problem that it requires a lot of man-hours such as stripping of the wire, crimping of the intermediate joint terminal, and winding of the tape, which is troublesome. Further, in the terminal concentrated splicing method shown in FIG. 11, since it is necessary to make the joint position the end of the electric wire, the electric wire length becomes unnecessarily long, the electric wire cost increases, and the weight increases. Also,
In either of the methods of FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, it is necessary to carry out at the stage of temporarily binding the electric wires, which cannot be done at the time of the final binding, and there is a problem that the work process is restricted.

Instead of the pressure welding method shown in FIG. 3, as shown in FIG.
The free end of the band part 12 is passed through the band through hole 11a of the band locking part 11 in a state of being arranged at a position facing the slot 13a of the press contact plate 13 and is moved in a direction indicated by an arrow (a direction orthogonal to the band through hole 11a). When the band portion 12 is pulled and the electric wire W is tightened, the second press-contact plate 14 is pressed toward the first press-contact plate 13 side, and the electric wire W is press-contacted by the first and second press-contact plates similarly to the method shown in FIG. Can be connected. That is,
The pressure connection can be performed by tightening the band portion 12.

As described above, according to the pressure welding joint tool of the present invention, since the electric wire can be jointed only by winding the band around the electric wire group to be jointed, a branch circuit can be formed very easily and the joint work can be performed. Any of the temporary binding step or the main binding step can be appropriately performed.

FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 show the second embodiment. The difference from the first embodiment is that the band locking portion 11 is not provided with a pressure contact plate, but is a semi-circle for holding electric wires one by one. This is the point that the accommodating groove 11e is integrally formed. A pressure contact plate 14 made of a conductive metal material is fixed to the band portion 12 as in the first embodiment.

Also in the second embodiment, the band portion 1
The slot 14a of the second press-contact plate 14 is positioned so as to correspond to the electric wire W held in the housing groove 11e, and the band portion 12 is pressed toward the band locking portion 11 side in this state to press-connect the inner peripheral edge of the slot 14a. By cutting the insulating coating of the electric wires W with the blade 14b and bringing them into contact with the core wire, a joint between the electric wires W can be achieved.

In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the band portion 12 is connected to the band through hole 1 of the band locking portion 11.
1a is pulled linearly to tighten the band portion 12, so that the insulating coating of the electric wire W held in the housing groove 11e of the band locking portion 11 is pressed against the press contact blade 14 'of the press contact plate 14'.
The core wire of each electric wire W can be brought into contact with the press contact blade 14c 'while cutting while sliding c'. That is, unlike the first and second embodiments, it is not necessary to align the slot of the press-contact plate with the electric wire, and the electric wires W can be jointed only by tightening the band portion 12.

As is apparent from the above description, when the pressure welding joint device for electric wires according to the present invention is used, the electric wires to be jointed are aligned and held in the band engaging portion, and the band portion is tightened in this state. Only by this, it is possible to easily and surely press-connect the electric wire with the press-connecting plate provided on the band portion.

As described above, the necessary parts can be used for jointing the electric wire only with one clip band type pressure contact joint tool, and can be used even if the electric wire sizes are different. Moreover, it has various advantages such as not requiring complicated working steps such as the conventional intermediate splicing method and terminal concentrated splicing method, and that the electric wires can be jointed in any step.
