のテザーアンカ取付構造に関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】チャイルドシートの取付構造には各種の
ものがあり、図5で示すように、先端にフック13が取
付けられているテザー12を背もたれの背面上部に固着

コネクタ14を備えたチャイルドシート11がある。こ
のようなチャイルドシート11を座席に設置するには

2に作用し、負荷前では図8(イ)で示すようにレイン
フォース2は正常な形態であったものが、負荷後では強
度の目的は達成するものの図13(ロ)で示すようにレ
インフォース2の立面が上方に引き上げられ座屈変形を
起こすこともあった。 【0005】この問題を解消するために、レインフォー
ス2の高張力鋼板による材質の変更や閉断面の大型化、
取付片19の板厚の増大、新たなレインフォースの増設
等の対策が必要であるが、そのためには大幅なコスト
増、重量増、レインフォースの大型化や増設によりレイ
ンフォースが占めるスペースで物置スペースの減少を招
くことになり望ましいことではない。 【0006】本発明の目的は、従来のレインフォースに
簡単な構造を付加することによりレインフォース変形防
止の強度、剛性をコスト、重量を上げずに確保したチャ
イルドシート固定用のテザーアンカ取付構造を提供する
ことである。 【0007】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
めの本発明の要旨は、バックパネル部の車室内側に車両
左右方向に延在する閉断面のレインフォースが接合され
ており、前記レインフォースにチャイルドシート固定用
のテザーアンカブラケットを取付けた自動車において、
前記レインフォースの閉断面内に、前記レインフォース
の立面に対し直交する方向に立面を有する立面部と、こ
の立面部の上下端に前記レインフォースの上下面と平行
する上面部及び下面部が形成され所定の間隔で離間して
いる左右一対の補強部材の間を前記レインフォースの立
面と平行する連結部で連結した補強体を前記レインフォ
ースの上下面に前記補強部材の上面部及び下面部を固着
し、前記テザーアンカブラケットを前記連結部の部位の
レインフォースの立面外側に固着したことを特徴とする
ものである。 【0008】 【発明の実施の形態】以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に
基づいて説明する。図1において、1はバックパネル、
2は前記バックパネル1の車室内側に接合されており車
両左右方向に延在した閉断面のレインフォース、3は前
記レインフォース2に取付けられているチャイルドシー
ト固定用のテザーアンカブラケットである。本発明は前
記レインフォース2にテザー12からレインフォース2
に対する荷重負荷時におけるレインフォース2の変形を
抑制する手段を備えたものである。以下この具体的手段
の実施例について説明する。 【0009】図2は前記図1のAーA相当断面であり、
図8は本発明の要部斜視図である。図8で示すように、
テザーアンカブラケット3の取付部近傍におけるレイン
フォース2の閉断面内に補強体5を固設した構造であ
る。この補強体5はレインフォース2の立面と直交方向
に立面を有する立面部5aと、レインフォース2の上下
面と平行する上面部5b及び下面部5cよりなる断面が
コの字状であり、所定の間隔で相対方向に向け、左右一
対の補強体5の間をレインフォース2の立面と平行する
連結部5dにより連結した構造である。この補強体5
補強部材の上面部5b及び下面部5cがレインフォース
2の上下面にそれぞれ溶接され、前記連結部5dがレイ
ンフォース2の立面に溶接されている。そして、テザー
アンカブラケット3は前記連結部5dの部位のレインフ
ォース2の立面外側に溶接18した取付構造である。 【0010】上記本発明の構造においては、従来のバッ
クパネル1とレインフォース2とからなる構造に補強体
5を追加するだけで、他の部品を変更することなくテザ
ー12からレインフォース2に対する荷重負荷における
レインフォース2の変形を抑制する強度、剛性を向上
し、かつ物置スペースを減少することがない。また、補
強体5をレインフォース2に固定する多数の溶接箇所を
レインフォース2の上下に設定できるため、より強度、
剛性の向上が図られる。 【0011】本発明は上記のように、従来のバックパネ
ル1とレインフォース2からなる構造に大きな変更を加
えることなくテザー12からレインフォース2に対する
荷重負荷時におけるレインフォース2の変形を抑制する
強度、剛性を向上し、かつ物置スペースを減少すること
がない。また、同時にバックウィンド等の開口部に近い
所の強度も確保することが可能になる。 【0012】上記構造の本発明はテザーアンカブラケッ
ト3をレインフォース2の立面外側に溶接18した取付
構造であるが、ボルトナットで固定してもよい。尚、テ
ザーアンカブラケット3をレインフォース2の立面外側
に溶接18した取付構造することによってテザーアンカ
ブラケット3を取り付けるためのボルトナットが不要に
なり部品点数の削減、コストの低減が図られる。 【0013】また、補強体5は1個のみではなく必要に
応じて複数個設定してもよい。 【0014】 【発明の効果】以上述べたように本発明によると、従来
のバックパネルとレインフォースからなる構造に大きな
変更を加えることなく低コスト、重量を上げずにレイン
フォースの強度、剛性を向上し、かつ物置スペースを減
少することなくチャイルドシートのテザーからレインフ
ォースに対する荷重負荷時におけるレインフォースの変
形を抑制することができる利点を有しているものであ
る。
