2トーン色内装材表皮の成形方法は、表皮成形用電鋳型
の見切り用突起の先端に、2トーン色の表皮の見切り部
を構成すると共に2トーン色の表皮を前記見切り部にお
いて互いに連結する断面U字形状のシール材をセットす
るシール材セット工程と、仕切板を前記シール材に押し
当て該仕切板で区画された前記表皮成形用電鋳型の各部
位に異色のパウダーを投入して同時にパウダースラッシ
ュ成形する成形工程と、を含むことを特徴としている。 【0009】従って、2トーン色の表皮の見切り部を構
成すると共に、2トーン色の表皮を前記見切り部におい
て互いに連結する断面U字形状のシール材を表皮成形用
電鋳型の見切り用突起の先端にセットするため、このシ

は、ゴム等の弾性体からなるシール26が、ボルト2

このシール26がシールゴム18に密着するようになっ

投入することができ、この状態で、これらを同時にパウ

によって固定されており、このシール26が表皮成形用
電鋳型20の外周縁部に形成されたシール面20Aに密
着している。 【0019】このように、本実施形態の2トーン色内装
材表皮の成形方法では、インストルメントパネル表皮1
0の2トーン色の見切り部12をシールゴム18で構成
するため、このシールゴム18により、異色のパウダー
34、36の色混じりを無くすことができる。 【0020】また、一度のパウダーシュラッシュ成形工
程で、異色のパウダー34、36により2トーン色のイ

できると共に、生産性も向上できるという優れた効果を
