Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a metal-molded roof tile having ridges and valleys formed on its surface, and a horizontal roofing having a flat surface without ridges and valleys. The present invention relates to a metal shingle such as a roofing material. 2. Description of the Related Art A conventional technique will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of the construction of the horizontal roofing material, and FIGS. 5 and 6 are explanatory diagrams of the metal-molded roof tile 10. As shown in FIG. 4, a conventional side-roofed roofing material has an upper edge 1a formed on a ridge side edge and a lower edge 1b formed on an eave side edge, and is suspended from the upper edge 1a. The hanging member 9 was hooked, the hanging member 9 was fixed by a fastener 8 such as a nail, and the lower layer 1b of the horizontal roofing material of the upper stage was assembled from the upper portion. On the other hand, in the metal molded roof tile 10 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, valleys 11 and ridges 12 are formed alternately, and a folded-down portion 3 is provided at the eave side edge, and a ridge side edge is provided. , A rising portion 4 is formed, and a tip of the rising portion 4 extends in the ridge side direction to form an edge portion 6. [0005] When this is to be carried out, the ridge side edge of the metal molded roof tile 10 formed from the rising portion 4 and the edge 6 is put on the pier 7 and the eaves side of the metal molded roof tile 10 located on the upper stage is placed. After the rim is further covered from above, a fastener 8 such as a nail is driven into the crest 12 of the folded-down portion 3 as shown in FIG. [0006] When the method shown in FIG. 6 is used, a fastener 8 such as a nail is attached to the crest 12 of the folded-down portion 3.
And fixed to the crosspiece 7 by a relatively simple method. The fastening position is higher than the valley, and rainwater gathers in the valley and flows downward, so there was no worry that rainwater would enter from the hole into which the fastener was driven. However, if this method is used for a flat roofing material having no peaks 12 and no valleys 11, there is a problem that rainwater infiltrates from the hole into which the fastener 8 is driven. Therefore, the flat side-roofed roofing material is braided as shown in FIG. 4, but in order to use this method, there is a problem that some skill is required for the brazing. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve this problem, and makes it possible to apply nailing without flattening a flat roofing material. [0008] A eaves side edge portion lowered folding lowered folded metal shingle SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION is formed, lowering folding
Lower edge parts has become a dead fold or disassociate, ridge side edges are rising portion erected is formed, the said rising section has a recess that protrudes ridge side direction, rising Metal roof located on the upper tier
Cover the eaves side edge of the board and fold down from above the recess at the rising part
The object is solved by using a metal roof plate that is fixed by driving a fastener into a barbed portion . [0009] The concave portion of the rising portion of the metal roof plate is brought into contact with the pier, and the eaves side edge of the metal roof plate located on the upper stage is further covered therefrom. The fastener is driven in and fixed to the crosspiece, and the fastener is driven from above the concave portion of the rising portion. [0010] A fastener is driven into the overlapping position of the rising portion and the folded portion of the metal roofing plate located above and below, but since there is a space formed by the concave portion at that location, the fastener is driven. Rainwater that has penetrated through the pit is discharged from the recess to the surface of the lower metal shingle. An embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a horizontal roofing material will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of one embodiment,
FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of the state of construction, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of another embodiment. In the horizontal roofing material 1 shown in FIG. 1, the eaves side edge of the face plate portion 2 is folded down to form a folded portion 3. The lower edge of the folded-down portion 3 in this embodiment is folded to form a waste fold 3a. Instead of providing the useless fold 3a, the cutout may be simply cut off. And the ridge side edge is raised and the rising part 4 is formed,
A concave portion 5 protruding in the ridge side direction is formed in the rising portion. The upper edge of the rising portion 4 extends in the ridge direction, and an edge 6 is formed. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the concave portion 5 is formed in a long strip shape. Further, since the waste folds 3a are provided, when the roofing materials 1 located on the upper and lower sides are overlapped with each other, the rising portions 4 and the folding portions 3 are brought into contact with each other, as shown in FIG. The portion 4 protrudes toward the eaves on the upper side of the concave portion 5 by an amount corresponding to the thickness of the waste fold 3a from the lower side of the concave portion 5. When this roofing material 1 is constructed, as shown in FIG. 2, the recess 5 of the rising portion 4 is brought into contact with the pier 7 and the eaves side edge of the roofing material located on the step above it is cut off. Further, after being put on from above, a fastening device 8 such as a nail
Is fixed to the crosspiece 7, and the fastener 8 is driven from above the recess 5 of the rising portion 4. With this construction, the fastener 8 is driven into the overlapping position between the rising portion 4 and the folding portion 3 of the horizontal roofing material located above and below, and there is a space formed by the concave portion 5 at that position. Therefore, the rainwater that has entered through the hole into which the fastener 8 is driven is discharged from the recess 5 to the face plate portion 2 in the lower step. In this way, the problem of rain leaking from the hole into which the fastener 8 is driven is solved. Next, a description will be given of another embodiment with reference to FIG. 3. This roofing material 1 has basically the same shape as that of the above-described embodiment, except that the shape of the concave portion 5 is different. In the above-described embodiment, the concave portion 5 is formed to be long in a belt shape. However, in this embodiment, the concave portion 5 is formed at a position where the fastener 8 is driven according to the number of the fastener 8. Is what it is. At this time, if a fastening position is marked on the folded-down portion 3 by any method, the fastening device 8 can be reliably driven into the place where the concave portion 5 is located. The method of construction using this is the same as in the above-described embodiment. If the recess 5 is formed at the position where the fastener 8 is driven, the object can be achieved. The surface of the roofing material 1 can be designed to have a fine wave shape. Although not shown, this configuration can also be used for the metal roof tile 10. For example, the concave portion 5 is partially provided in the rising portion 4 of the valley portion 11 of the metal molded roof tile 10 as in FIG. 3, and the cross-sectional shape is formed to be similar to FIG. 2. The folded part 3 of the metal roof tile 10 is a waste fold 3
It may be left open without providing a. When it is desired to drive the fastener 8 into the valley 11 for some reason when constructing the metal-molded roof tile 10, with this configuration, even if rainwater enters from the place where the fastener 8 is driven, There is an effect of being discharged to the surface of the valley portion 11 of the lower metal molded roof tile 10. As described above, in the metal roof plate according to the present invention, the fastener is driven into the overlapping position between the rising portion and the folded portion of the metal roof plate located above and below. Since there is a space formed by the concave portion, rainwater that has entered through the hole into which the fastener has been driven is discharged from the concave portion to the surface of the lower metal shingle. For this reason, the problem of leaking from the hole into which the fastener is driven is solved. As described above, conventionally, a flat horizontal roofing material is
Although a certain amount of skill was required to assemble, it is possible to apply nailing without using assembling. Can be done.
