Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an iron cover for a manhole, in particular, it is possible to prevent infiltration of rainwater or sand into a manhole, and to use a simple hand. The present invention relates to a manhole iron cover that can be opened by a hook operation. 2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 7 shows a typical iron cover for opening and closing a manhole which leads to a pit for water and sewage, electric power, communication facilities, and the like. The iron lid 1 has a hand hook hole 3 for a hand hook 2 on a peripheral upper wall. To open this kind of iron lid 1, a T-shaped hook 2A formed at the tip of a hand hook 2 is inserted into a hand hook hole 3, and then the hand hook 2 is moved 90 ° about its axis. Then, the T-shaped hook 2A is inserted into the hand hook hole 3
And the hook 2 is pulled up. However, the iron cover 1 has a problem in that rainwater, sand, and the like enter the manhole because the hook hole 3 penetrates the manhole. [0004] An iron cover solving this problem is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-5712. Hereinafter, this iron lid is called a conventional iron lid, and will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a hook portion of a conventional iron cover, FIG. 9 is a partial sectional view showing how to open the conventional iron cover, and FIG.
0 is a partial perspective view showing a hook. As shown in FIG. 8 to FIG.
Is formed by forming a bag-like concave portion 5 below the peripheral portion of the iron cover 4. A T-shaped opening 7 into which the T-shaped hook 6A of the lid opening / closing hand hook 6 is inserted is formed in the upper part of the recess 5. As shown in FIG. 10, the head 7A of the opening 7
Is approximately equal to the width (L1) of the hook 6A, and the foot 7B of the opening 7 is approximately equal to the diameter (L2) of the hook 6 main body. The engaging portions 8 of the hooks 6A are formed on both sides of the foot portion 7B by protruding inside the upper wall of the iron cover 4. Reference numeral 9 denotes a receiving frame into which the iron cover 4 is fitted. The conventional iron cover 4 thus formed is
It is opened as follows. In FIG. 9, as shown by A, the hook 6A is inserted into the head 7A of the opening 7 with the hook 6 standing almost vertically. Next, as shown in FIG. Thereby, the hand hook 6 moves to the periphery of the iron cover 4 in a state where the hook 6A is engaged with the engaging portion 8.
Then, as shown in FIG. 3C, the iron lid 4 can be opened by pulling up the hook 6. However, according to the above-described conventional iron cover, the opening 7 is formed in the hand hook hole 3 shown in FIG.
As described above, there is no danger of rainwater or sand entering the manhole because the iron cover 4 does not penetrate, but the operations of A, B and C are performed as described above to open the iron cover 4. You have to do it, it takes time and effort. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an iron cover for a manhole that can prevent rainwater, sand, and the like from entering the manhole and can be opened by a simple hooking operation. According to the first aspect of the present invention, a bag-shaped concave portion is formed below a peripheral portion of the lid body fitted into the receiving frame, and the concave portion is inserted with a hook portion of a hook for opening and closing the lid. Having a horizontally elongated opening at the top, the recessed portion is formed by left and right side walls and a V-shaped bottom wall, and the hand hook is formed around the axis with the hook portion inserted into the recessed portion. The opening is formed by cutting out a part of the peripheral upper wall of the lid main body and the peripheral wall of the lid main body, and the lid main body side upper wall of the concave portion is formed on the peripheral wall side. After the hook is rotated around the axis , when the hook is pulled up, the iron lid is raised.
A hook engaging with the hook portion is formed so as to open, a length (L1) of the opening portion is substantially equal to a width (L2) of the hook portion, and a width (L3) of the opening portion is equal to the hook (L3). It is characterized by being substantially equal to the thickness (L4) of the portion. An embodiment of an iron cover for a manhole according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a recessed portion of a manhole iron cover according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view as viewed in a direction A in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a view as viewed in a direction B in FIG. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a recessed portion of the manhole iron cover of the present invention fitted in a receiving frame. FIG. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a concave portion of the iron cover for a manhole of the present invention, in which a hook portion of a hand hook is engaged with a hook of the concave portion. 1 to 6, reference numeral 12 denotes a receiving frame 11;
It is a bag-shaped recess formed below the peripheral edge of the lid body 10 to be fitted into the cover body 10. The concave portion 12 has an opening 14 at an upper portion into which the hook 13A of the lid opening / closing hand hook 13 is inserted.
The hook 13A of the hand hook 13 is, as shown in FIG.
2 engages with a hook described later. The length of the opening 14 (L
1) is approximately equal to the width (L2) of the hook portion 13A of the hand hook 13, and the width (L3) of the opening 14 is approximately equal to the thickness (L4) of the hook portion 13A of the hand hook 13. The recess 12 is formed by left and right side walls 12A and a V-shaped bottom wall 12B. The opening 14 of the recess 12 is formed by cutting out a part of the peripheral upper wall 10A of the lid main body 10 and a part of the peripheral wall 10B of the lid main body 10. Upper wall 10A on the center side of lid body 10 of recess 12
A hook 15 is formed at the upper end of the opening 14 on the center side of the lid main body 10 to engage with the hook 13A of the lid opening / closing hand hook 13. The concave portion 12 has a space in which the hand hook 13 can be rotated around the axis so that the hook portion 13A engages with the hook 15 after the hook portion 13A is inserted into the opening portion 14. According to the iron cover for manhole of the present invention thus configured, the iron cover can be opened as follows. As shown in FIG. 5, the hook 13 is
3A, the opening 12 of the recess 12
Insert inside. Next, as shown in FIG. As a result, the hook 13A pivots upward with the contact point (P) with the receiving frame 11 as a fulcrum, so that the iron lid main body 10 is pryed open as shown by the two-dot chain line in the figure. Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the hand hook 13 is rotated by 90 ° about its axis, and the hook 13A is engaged with the hook 15 of the recess 12. Then, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 6, the hook 13A is pulled up. As described above, according to the iron lid of the present invention, prior to opening the iron lid, the hook 13A of the hand hook 13 and the recess 1
When engaging the hook 15 of FIG. 2, the operation of vertically inserting the hook 13 into the recess 12 like the conventional iron cover, and the operation of lowering the hook 13 forward as shown in FIG. And
Since the operation of pulling the hand hook 13 toward the user is not required, the operation of the hand hook 13 when opening the iron cover becomes easier as compared with the conventional iron cover. As described above, according to the present invention, a bag-like concave portion is formed below the peripheral edge of the lid main body fitted into the receiving frame, and the opening of the concave portion is formed in the lid main body. The upper edge of the lid and a part of the peripheral wall of the lid body are formed by notching, and the upper wall on the center side of the lid body of the recessed portion is protruded toward the peripheral wall side, and the hook portion of the hook for opening and closing the lid is formed. Is formed, the hooks of the hand hooks and the hooks of the recesses can be engaged by simply turning the hand hooks around the axis after inserting the hand hooks into the recesses. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater and sand from entering the manhole, and it is possible to obtain a useful effect that, of course, it is easier to operate the hand hook when opening the iron lid compared to the conventional iron lid. .
