Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an iron lid coupling structure for coupling an iron lid so as to be openable and closable with respect to a receiving frame portion provided at an upper end portion of a structure buried underground.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In particular, underground pipes for supplying water, gas, electricity or the like are buried in the underground of urban areas or the suburbs thereof. Control pipes such as water control valves, connectors, breakers, etc. are appropriately connected to these laying pipes. These are operated from the road surface, maintained and inspected, and they are protected and the installation location is clearly indicated. There is a need to. For this purpose, a structure such as a hollow iron casing is installed in the basement. Even in a manhole, a similar structure may be installed underground.
[0003]
A receiving frame for fitting and supporting the iron lid is provided at the upper end of the structure buried under the ground (buried structure), and the iron lid can be opened and closed from the ground. It is installed. The receiving frame portion may be formed integrally with the embedded structure, or may be fixed separately to the upper end portion of the embedded structure with a bolt or the like. In that case, the upper surface of the receiving frame portion is embedded so as to be substantially the same height as the road surface, and the iron lid is fitted to the inner diameter portion of the receiving frame portion so that the upper surface is substantially flush with the road surface. Supported in (closed state). The iron lid is generally attached to the receiving frame portion so as to be openable and closable through hinge means. References disclosing this kind of hinge means include, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-63250 (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-35652), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-83323 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-6820), and the like. There is.
[0004]
FIG. 10 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an example of an embedded structure having a conventional iron lid connection structure. In FIG. 10, a base 1 made of concrete or brick is buried in the vicinity of a device (not shown) such as a water control valve provided in the middle of a buried pipe such as water, gas or electricity. A hollow cylindrical lower main body 2 is supported on the bottom seat 1. The lower body 2 forms a space for storing equipment such as a water control valve. Further, a screw (in the illustrated example, a female screw) 3 is formed in a range of a predetermined height from the upper end of the lower main body 2.
[0005]
An upper body 4 is connected to the upper side of the lower body 2. The upper main body 4 also has a substantially hollow cylindrical shape, and a screw (a male screw in the illustrated example) 5 is formed at the connecting portion, and the male screw 5 is screwed onto the female screw 3 to move up and down. It is connected so that the position can be adjusted. The upper end portion of the upper body 4 is substantially flush with the road surface 6, and a receiving frame portion 7 is provided at the upper end portion. An iron lid (lid portion) 8 is fitted and supported on the receiving frame portion 7 so as to be openable and closable in a state where it is substantially flush with the road surface 6. The iron lid 8 is connected to the receiving frame portion 7 by a hinge means (iron lid connecting means) 9 at a part of the peripheral edge thereof, and the locking means 10 is provided at a portion opposite to the diameter direction. Thus, it is removably locked to the inner peripheral edge of the receiving frame 7.
[0006]
The hinge means 9 has a structure in which the receiving frame portion 7 and the iron lid 8 are freely connected by a connecting member (connecting rod) that is connected to both of them. Specifically, the connecting rod 11 has a retaining protrusion formed at the lower end thereof with respect to the opening 13 of the shelf 12 formed so as to protrude inside the iron lid fitting support portion of the receiving frame portion 7. 14 is inserted in a state of being prevented from being detached, and on the other hand, for the iron lid 8, the pin portion 15 provided at the upper end thereof is guided and engaged with the guide groove 16 formed in the iron lid 8. It is connected by. That is, the hinge receiving part (the part to which the connecting rod 11 is connected) on the receiving frame part 7 side is formed by the shelf part 12 projecting inside the iron lid fitting support part. By this hinge means 9, the iron lid 8 can be easily opened by lifting the opposite side with a jig such as a bar and turning it up or turning it sideways on the ground. It is connected to the frame part 7.
[0007]
The locking means 10 is formed with an opening (notch) 17 in the peripheral portion of the iron lid 8, and a swing member 19 that is rotatable around a fulcrum 18 provided on the back surface of the iron lid 8 is attached. When the iron lid 8 is closed, the lower end projection 20 is automatically engaged with the lower surface of the inner peripheral edge of the receiving frame 7 by the gravity of the swinging member 19 and locked (locked). Yes. On the other hand, when opening the iron lid 8, the upper surface of the rocking member 19 is pressed (reduced) from the opening 17 with a tool such as a bar to rotate the rocking member 19 around the fulcrum 18. The lower end protrusion 20 is separated from the inner peripheral edge of the frame 7 (the lock is released), whereby the iron lid 8 can be lifted and opened.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this type of conventional iron lid connection structure, the connecting rod connecting portion (the hinge receiving portion) on the receiving frame portion 7 side is formed on the shelf portion 12 projecting inside the iron lid fitting support portion. The effective inner diameter of the receiving frame portion becomes narrower, making it difficult to maintain and inspect control valves such as water control valves or devices such as connectors and breakers buried underground. In order to facilitate the above work, it is necessary to increase the effective inner diameter of the receiving frame portion, and there is a technical problem to be solved that the size of the embedded housing is increased. In particular, when the height (depth) of the embedded housing is deep or when the embedded housing is inclined, the degree of inconvenience due to the narrowed effective inner diameter of the receiving frame portion increases.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such technical problems, and an object of the present invention is to connect the connecting member connecting portion (the hinge receiving portion) of the receiving frame portion from the inner diameter portion of the iron lid fitting support portion. By disposing it so that it hardly protrudes in the direction, the effective diameter of the iron lid fitting support part of the receiving frame part can be increased to almost 100%, and a water control valve installed in the embedded housing, etc. It is an object to provide an iron lid coupling structure capable of easily performing maintenance and inspection work on the equipment.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an iron lid that is fitted and supported by a receiving frame portion provided at an upper end portion of a structure buried underground so that the iron lid can be opened and closed to the receiving frame portion by a connecting member. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of an embedded structure (iron casing) having an iron lid coupling structure to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the embedded structure (iron casing) of FIG. 1 and 2, in the vicinity of a device 100 embedded in the ground, such as a water control valve provided in the middle of a laying pipe such as water, gas or electricity, a bottom seat 1 made of concrete or brick is provided. And a hollow cylindrical lower main body 2 is supported on the bottom seat 1. The lower main body 2 forms a space for storing devices such as a water control valve by the lower bulge portion 2A. Further, a screw (in the illustrated example, a female screw) 3 is formed in a range of a predetermined height from the upper end of the lower main body 2.
[0012]
An upper body 4 is connected to the upper side of the lower body 2. The upper body 4 also has a substantially hollow cylindrical shape, and a screw (a male screw in the illustrated example) 5 is formed at the connecting portion, and the male screw is screwed onto the female screw 3 (screw engagement). By doing so, the vertical position can be adjusted. An upper end surface of the upper main body 4 is substantially flush with the road surface 6, and a receiving frame portion 7 is provided at the upper end portion. In the example shown in the figure, the receiving frame portion is integrally formed on the upper portion of the embedded casing (iron casing), but this may be a structure in which a separately manufactured one is fastened and fixed with a bolt or the like.
[0013]
An iron lid (lid portion) 8 is fitted and supported on the receiving frame portion 7 so as to be openable and closable in a state where the iron lid (lid portion) 8 is substantially flush with the road surface 6. This iron lid 8 is connected to the receiving frame portion 7 by an iron lid connecting means (hinge means) 9 at a part of its peripheral edge. The iron lid 8 is releasably locked to the inner peripheral edge of the receiving frame portion 7 by a locking means 10 that can be released from the ground at a portion opposite to the iron lid connecting means 9. The hinge means 9 includes a connecting member (connecting rod) 11 that is engaged with the receiving frame portion 7 and the iron lid 8 to freely connect them. In the present embodiment, the connecting member 11 is detachably connected to the receiving frame portion 7 and is connected to the iron lid 8 in a retaining state using a retaining means.
[0014]

FIG. 4 shows the hinge receiving portion of FIG. 3 from the arrow 4-4 in FIG. FIG. 5 is a side view of the connecting member 11, FIG. 6 is a front view of the connecting member 11 of FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a view of the receiving frame portion of the connecting member 11. FIG. 8 is a partial side view showing a state when connecting to the receiving part, FIG. 8 is a partial front view as seen from line 8-8 in FIG. 7, and FIG. 9 is connected to the receiving frame part 7 by the connecting member 11 FIG. 3 is a partial longitudinal sectional view showing a state (solid line) and a state after opening (two-dot chain line) when the iron lid 8 is opened from the closed position in FIG. 1. Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1-9, one Example of the iron lid connection structure to which this invention is applied is described concretely.
[0015]
1 to 9, the receiving frame portion 7 provided at the upper end portion of the hollow cylindrical upper body 4 has a concentric shape with a slightly larger diameter than the upper body, and the inner diameter portion is fitted with an iron lid. A support portion 21 is formed, and a disc-shaped iron lid 8 is fitted to the inner diameter portion so that the upper end opening of the embedded housing is closed in a state where it can be opened and closed. Therefore, an annular cavity 22 is formed on the outer side in the radial direction of the iron lid fitting support portion 21 of the receiving frame portion 7, that is, on the outer peripheral edge portion of the receiving frame portion 7.
[0016]
A pair of projecting portions 23, 23 formed in parallel at a predetermined interval are provided at a desired circumferential position inside the cavity 22, and each projecting portion 23 has the connecting member (connecting rod) 11. An engagement groove 24 for connecting (connecting) the lower ends is formed. In particular, as clearly shown in FIG. 3, each engagement groove 24 is formed as a long groove (long opening or long recess), and a notch 25 is formed at a predetermined position around the engagement groove 24 so as to communicate with the cavity 22. Furthermore, an insertion port 26 that communicates with the cavity 22 and the notches 25, 25 is formed at positions corresponding to the pair of overhang portions 23, 23 of the iron lid fitting support portion 21. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the insertion port 26 and the cutout portions 25, 25 pass on both sides of one end portion (lower end portion when assembled) of the connecting member (connecting rod) 11. However, the engaging grooves 24 and 24 formed in the pair of overhanging portions 23 and 23 are formed with pin portions (projecting portions) 27 and 27 that are engaged in a latched state.
[0017]
Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 (particularly, the arrows in FIG. 7), the connecting member 11 has its pin portions 27 and 27 inserted into the cavity 22 from the insertion port 26, and the notch By being inserted into the engagement grooves 24, 24 from the portions 25, 25, the engagement grooves 24, 24 can be rotated with respect to the engagement grooves 24, 24 and slidable over a predetermined range (the length of the engagement groove). Can be engaged. In this way, one end of the connecting member (connecting rod) 11 is connected (connected) to the receiving frame portion 7 so as to be rotatable and slidable within a certain range.
[0018]
Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, both ends of the other end portion (upper end portion when assembled) of the connecting member (connecting rod) 11 are connected (connected) to the back surface of the iron lid 8. Engaging pin portions (projections) 28 and 28 are formed. And as shown in FIG. 9, it formed in the circumferential direction predetermined position (position corresponding to the overhang | projection parts 23 and 23 of the said receiving frame part 7) of the back surface of the said iron cover 8 in parallel with the predetermined space | interval. A pair of overhang portions 29, 29 are provided, and a concave portion (or a hole, a notch portion, or the like) with which the pin portions (projections) 28, 28 can be engaged is formed on the inner surface of each overhang portion 29. Yes.
[0019]
In the present embodiment, the connecting member (connecting rod) 11 engages the pin portions 28 and 28 with the concave portions of the overhang portions 29 and 29 and engages with at least one pin portion 28. By fixing a retaining metal fitting (not shown) to the entrance / exit part of the joint with a bolt or the like, it is connected (connected) so as to be rotatable with respect to the iron lid 8. By engaging both ends of the connecting member (connecting rod) 11 with the receiving frame portion 7 and the iron lid 8 as described above, the iron lid 8 is connected to the receiving frame portion 7 as shown in FIGS. Are connected in a state that can be opened and closed. That is, by the iron lid coupling structure comprising the hinge means 9 as described above, the iron lid 8 can be lifted by a jig such as a bar, or lifted and swung horizontally on the ground. It is connected to the receiving frame part 7 so that it can be easily opened.
[0020]
In FIG. 1, an opening (notch) 17 for hooking a tool when opening and closing the iron lid 8 is provided at a position opposite to the iron lid connecting means (hinge means) 9 of the iron lid 8 in the diameter direction. Is formed. A fulcrum 18 is provided on the rear surface of the iron lid 8, and the closing member 31 is pivotally supported by the fulcrum so as to be swingable. The closing member 31 is normally held in a position to close (close) the opening 17 by its own weight (gravity) as shown in FIG. The closing member 31 is arranged so as to be pressed from the ground. When the closing member 31 is pressed (pressed downward) and rotated around the fulcrum 18 in the counterclockwise direction in the drawing, the opening 17 is provided. Can be released.
[0021]
Therefore, the closing member 31 is pressed downward and rotated by a tool (not shown) such as a bar having a shape that can be hooked on the opening 17, and the jig is hooked on the peripheral edge of the opening 17. If the jig is stopped and the tool is lifted, the iron lid 8 can be opened in cooperation with the iron lid connecting means (hinge means) 9. Thus, the iron lid 8 can be easily opened by inserting and latching a jig such as a bar into the opening 17 and lifting it with the jig, or lifting and turning it laterally on the ground. The receiving frame portion 7 is connected to the receiving frame portion 7.
[0022]
According to the embodiment described above, the iron lid 8 fitted and supported by the receiving frame portion 7 provided at the upper end portion of the structure (the lower main body 2 and the upper main body 4) buried underground is provided with the receiving frame. In the iron lid connection structure that is connected to the portion by a connecting member 11 so as to be openable and closable, an annular cavity 22 is formed in the outer peripheral portion of the receiving frame portion 7 and is formed at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction inside the cavity. A pair of overhang portions 23 are provided, and an engagement groove 24 for connecting one end portion of the connecting member 11 is formed in each of the pair of overhang portions, and a notch communicating from the cavity to the engagement groove Forming an insertion opening 26 communicating with the cavity and the notch at a position corresponding to the pair of overhanging portions of the iron lid fitting support portion 21 of the receiving frame portion 7, The insertion opening and the notch can pass on both sides of one end of the Since the projecting portion 27 that engages in the latched state is formed in the engaging groove and the other end portion of the connecting member is rotatably connected to the back surface of the iron lid 8, the receiving frame portion 7 is arranged so that the connecting member connecting portion 7 hardly protrudes inward from the inner diameter portion of the iron lid fitting support portion 21, so that the effective diameter of the iron lid fitting support portion 21 of the receiving frame portion 7 is increased. It can be increased up to almost 100%, and an effect that maintenance work for equipment such as a water control valve installed in the buried casing can be easily performed is obtained.
[0023]
In the above embodiment, the case where the receiving frame portion 7 is formed integrally with the embedded housing main body (upper main body 4) has been exemplified. However, the present invention provides the receiving frame portion formed separately from the embedded housing main body. The same applies to the structure fixed to the upper part, and the same effect can be achieved. Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the case where the embedded housing main body is configured by the lower main body 2 and the upper main body 4 has been illustrated, but the present invention is a case where the embedded housing main body has an integral structure or a stacked structure. The present invention can be applied in the same manner regardless of the structure of the embedded housing body, and the same effect can be achieved. Furthermore, the present invention can be similarly applied even when the cross-sectional shape of the embedded housing or the receiving frame portion is a shape other than a circle (for example, a square shape, an oval shape, other polygonal shapes, etc.). The same effect can be achieved.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention (Claim 1), an iron lid fitted and supported by a receiving frame provided at the upper end of a structure buried underground is connected to the receiving frame. In the iron lid connection structure that is connected so as to be openable and closable by a member, an annular cavity is formed in the outer peripheral part of the receiving frame part, and a pair of overhang parts formed at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction inside the cavity An engagement groove for connecting one end portion of the coupling member is formed in each of the pair of overhang portions, and a notch portion that leads from the cavity to the engagement groove is formed, and the receiving frame portion An insertion port that communicates with the cavity and the cutout portion is formed at a position corresponding to the pair of overhang portions of the iron lid fitting support portion, and the insertion port and the cutout are formed on both sides of one end portion of the connecting member. Protruding part that can pass through the notch but engages with the engaging groove in a latched state Since the other end portion of the connecting member is rotatably connected to the back surface of the iron lid, the connecting member connecting portion of the receiving frame portion is inward from the inner diameter portion of the iron lid fitting support portion. Since it is arranged so that it hardly protrudes, the effective diameter of the iron lid fitting support part of the receiving frame part can be increased to almost 100%, such as a water control valve installed in the embedded housing. There is provided an iron lid coupling structure capable of easily performing maintenance and inspection work on equipment.
