Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a hand-held slicer for various kinds of kitchen knives such as vegetable cutting knives, knife blades, sashimi knives, meat cutting knives, petit knives, all-purpose knives, long onions, onions, burdock, etc. Alternatively, the present invention relates to various types of cooking blades such as a rotary blade of a tabletop electric cooker. [0002] The present invention relates to a cutting tool mainly used for cutting and cutting food materials as described above, which is made of a plate-like titanium alloy. [0003] Like a stainless steel, a titanium alloy is stainless steel, particularly in an environment with a high moisture content, and if the alloy composition is appropriate, the hardness is sufficiently high for practical use.
It is suitable as a material for kitchen knives and other cooking knives. In addition, titanium alloys are significantly lighter than stainless steel, so blades made of titanium alloys are not only used in kitchens at home, but also in school lunches, which require cutting large amounts of food for a long time, and in the manufacture of processed vegetables. It should be very suitable for professional use. [0004] Nevertheless, the reason why titanium alloy blades do not spread at all is that the product cost is high due to poor yield when punching a titanium alloy plate into a required shape as a blade. However, it is more of a consumer's sense of merchandise due to the color tone, weightiness, gloss, and other factors, mainly due to the appearance as a blade. Furthermore, especially for sinter, since the surface of itself is irregular, the smooth finish relationship by polishing ingredients are in close contact with the surface of the blade when carving ingredients, there is a drawback that since the cutting away is poor. Therefore, the present invention can be adapted to the consumer's product sense as described above of the titanium alloy cutting tool, and at the same time,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a knife product for cooking with good separation of foodstuffs. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. 1 to 4 relate to a double-edged kitchen knife such as a so-called all-purpose kitchen knife, but the following description is not limited to the illustrated one, and a single-edged kitchen knife, a slicer blade, and rotation of an electric cooker are shown. Of course, the present invention is also applied to various types of cooking knives such as blades. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a base of a blade, 11 denotes a peak of the blade, 2 denotes a blade, and 21 denotes a blade edge. Although various knives such as the illustrated universal knife have a handle, they are not shown. The cutting tool according to the present invention uses a titanium alloy.
Made of material and formed by grinding and polishing integrally with the plate-shaped base 1
Tip 2 attached to the tip of the cut wedge-shaped blade 2
One. Referring to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, reference numeral 3 denotes a roughened surface formed by sandblasting the surface of the cutting tool except for the cutting edge 21, and the roughened surface 3 has an anode. An oxide film 4 is formed by oxidation. However, in the figure, the rough surface 3 is represented by a set point, and the oxide film 4 is simply represented by a thick line. In addition, blade part 2
Although the inclination angles α and β of the surface of the cutting edge 21 and the surface of the cutting edge 21 with respect to the center plane XX of the illustrated cutter are drawn considerably large for convenience of illustration, the former is usually 3 ° to 4 °, and the latter is usually 3 ° to 4 °. Is about 7 ° to 8 °. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS This cutting tool is constructed as described above. The following are one or two suitable examples of the composition of a titanium alloy. (Titanium 90%, Aluminum 6%, Vanadium 4%) (Titanium 76%, Vanadium 15%, Aluminum 3%, Chrome 3%, Tin 3%) FIG. 2 shows the first embodiment of the present invention. For example,
FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment having the same outer shape as the first embodiment shown in FIG. In the production of the first embodiment, the outer shape of the blade is adjusted by grinding the plate-like sintered product of the titanium alloy, and then sand blasting is performed over the entire circumference. Thereafter, the film is placed in an electrolytic bath and energized to conduct anodic oxidation, and an oxide film is formed on the entire surface. The thickness of the oxide film at the convex portions of the irregularities on the roughened surface 3 by sandblasting is particularly large. After the formation of the oxide film 4 is completed, the cutting edge 21 is polished. By this polishing operation, the oxide film on the surface of the cutting edge 21 is removed. Next, FIG. 3 shows the above-mentioned second embodiment, but the production procedure is the same as that of the first embodiment until sand blasting is performed on the plate surface of the blade. After the sand blasting, the surface of the cutting edge 21 is polished to provide a cutting edge, and thereafter, the oxide film 4 by anodic oxidation is applied to the entire peripheral surface of the cutting tool. Therefore, the surface of the cutting edge 21 is covered with the almost smooth oxide film 4 as shown. In other words, according to the present invention, since the blade is made of a titanium alloy, it is reliably provided with a stainless steel having high hardness even in an environment with high moisture and humidity. Nevertheless, when the titanium alloy is a material, its appearance, combined with the poor color sensation of the inherent plastic-like color of the material, avoids giving the customer the wrong impression of being cheap as a knife. There is not,
According to the present invention, the surface of the blade is provided with the oxide film 4 by anodic oxidation on the roughened surface 3 generated by sandblasting, so that irregular reflection of external light caused by minute unevenness of the roughened surface 3 and the uneven surface thereof Due to the refraction and reflection of light caused by the existence of the thin film covering the toy, the toy-like cheap feeling of the material is completely lost, and a high-grade solid color such as metallic gray is generated. In addition, since the surface of the blade is made of the roughened surface 3 covered with the oxide film 4, even when cutting the food with the blade, there is no inconvenience that the surface is in close contact with the food and is difficult to separate. As described above, according to the present invention, the features of the non-rusting and lightweight material are fully utilized, and the low-grade color feeling unique to the material is replaced by the excellent color feeling as a high-end product. And
In addition, it is possible to provide a cooking knife that is easily separated when the food is cut.
