Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a CCTV (Cl
The present invention relates to a jig used in an inspection of a TV camera such as an occluded circuit television camera. 2. Description of the Related Art Many CCTV cameras are smaller than television cameras used in studios for broadcasting and the like, and are inexpensive in terms of cost. When selling a CCTV camera to the market, the lens is usually sold separately from the camera because the standard differs depending on the field of view of the camera. In other words, when inspecting a product that has been assembled in a factory, it is usual to inspect the product by mounting a lens, connecting a connector, etc., and placing it on an adjustment table each time. The method has been adopted. [0003] According to the conventional system,
Since the mounting of the lens, the connection of the connector, and the setting of the inspection table are performed manually, the cost becomes high, and there is a possibility that the quality of the product may become uneven due to the artificial variation by the inspector. there were. [0004] An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems by making the quality of products uniform and reducing the cost of the TV.
An object of the present invention is to provide an inspection jig for a TV camera capable of obtaining a camera. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an angle adjusting table supported so as to be capable of adjusting an angle with respect to a base, and a lens mounting member fixed on the angle adjusting table. A camera table fixed on the angle adjustment table and guiding the camera body to mount a lens mounted on the lens mounting member to a lens mounting section of the camera body; and the lens mounting section on the camera table. A connection means support base movably provided on the angle adjustment base so as to attach / detach connection means for connecting an electric signal to / from a connector of the camera body set in a state where the lens is attached to the camera body; It is characterized by having. According to the present invention, the attachment of the lens to the camera body and the connection of the electric signal connection means are performed uniformly, and the time required for the connection is shortened. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an inspection system including the embodiment, FIG. 3 is a plan view of a main part of the embodiment, and FIG. . In FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a base, and a tilt swivel base (having a tilt mechanism and a swivel mechanism as an angle adjusting base) on the base 1 is provided. The angle can be adjusted with respect to the base 1 in the vertical and horizontal planes) 2 is supported. Reference numeral 3 denotes a lens mounting member fixed on the tilt swivel base 2, to which a C-mount lens 4 having no thread portion in the mounting portion is mounted. Reference numeral 5 denotes a camera body, on the front surface of which a lens mounting portion 5A is provided, and on the rear surface thereof, a connector 5B for image output and auto iris output. Reference numeral 6 denotes a camera base fixed on the tilt swivel base 2, and has a pair of parallel guide members 6 </ b> A provided adjacent to the lens mounting member 3. Reference numeral 7 denotes a connecting means support base, which is movably supported by two guide rails 8 provided on both sides of the camera base 6 on the tilt swivel base 2. A pin 9 for connecting to an electrical signal by being inserted into a connector 5B on the rear surface of the camera body 5 is mounted on a mounting member 7A fixed on the support base 7. Further, the support base 7 is mounted on a tilt swivel base. A lock member 10 for fixing to the apparatus 2 is attached. The pins 9 are connected to various monitors 11 to 14 and a video analyzer 15 as shown in FIG. The lock member 10 includes a handle 10A and a screw member 10B fixed to a base of the handle 10A and attached to the support base 7 so as to penetrate vertically.
By turning the handle 10A, the screw member 10B tightens or loosens the rail 16 on the tilt swivel base 2, thereby fixing the support base 7 to the tilt swivel base 2 or releasing the fixing. I do. Mounting member 7 on camera stand 6 and support stand 7
A is the size and the like so that the lens 4 on the lens mounting member 3 can be mounted on the lens mounting portion 5A on the front surface of the camera body 5 to be inspected, and the pin 9 can be inserted into the connector 5B on the rear surface. Has been determined. According to the above configuration, the inspection of the camera body 5 is performed as follows. First, an operator places the camera main body 5 on the camera base 6 and presses the front surface of the camera main body 5 toward the lens mounting member 3 so that the lens mounting portion 5A of the camera main body 5 is mounted.
Then, the C mount lens 4 is attached, and then the support base 7 is moved to connect the pin 9 to the connector 5B
Insert As a result, the connection for mounting the lens and extracting the electric signal is uniformly performed with respect to the camera body 5. The time required for this is much shorter than before. Then, the power supply of the camera body 5 is turned on, and as shown in FIG. 2, an inspection pattern 17 at a predetermined distance from the base 1 is imaged by the camera body 5 and the image is displayed on the monitor 11 for measuring point confirmation. indicate. When the inspection pattern is displaced from the predetermined position on the monitor 11, the deviation is corrected by the tilt swivel table 2, and then a predetermined inspection is performed using the video analyzer 15. The management and storage of the obtained inspection data can be performed by the computer 18, for example. Reference numeral 12 is a monitor for visual confirmation, 13 is a data output monitor, and 14 is a monitor for iris operation confirmation. The inspection items by the video analyzer include, for example, SYNC level, PED level, VIDEO
Level, gamma characteristics, shading, AESC operation, etc. During these inspections, the inspector looks at each monitor screen and checks image quality items such as resolution, CCD flaws and dust, noise, modulation, F (frequency 3) It is possible to judge the quality of the characteristics and the like and the iris operation and the like. As described above, according to the present invention, T
When inspecting the V-camera, variations due to artificial skill differences are eliminated. In addition, the inspection time is only about 50% of the conventional one, and the cost can be reduced.
