Claims (10)

1. A multi-directional visual inspection station, comprising:
the system comprises five industrial cameras, a front camera, a rear camera, a left camera, a right camera, a front camera and a rear camera, wherein the top camera, the left camera, the right camera, the front camera and the rear camera are respectively and correspondingly used for acquiring a top image, a left image, a right image, a front image and a rear image of a product to be detected;
an industrial computer connected with five industrial cameras respectively to store the top image, the left side image, the right side image, the front side image and the rear side image of the product to be detected;
the display screen, the display screen with industrial computer links to each other for show wait to examine the product the top image the left side image the right side image preceding side image with back side image for the inspection.
2. The multi-directional visual inspection station of claim 1, wherein the top, left, right, front and back side images of the product to be inspected are respectively acquired simultaneously by five of the industrial cameras and displayed simultaneously in a same interface of the display screen.

The multi-directional visual inspection station of claim 1, further comprising a camera mount comprising a vertical bar, a first mount assembly, and a second mount assembly; the first bracket component is fixed on the upright stanchion, and the top camera is installed on the first bracket component; the second bracket component is fixed in the pole setting and be located the below of first bracket component, the second bracket component installation the left side camera the right side camera the front side camera with the rear side camera.
