2. Description of the Related Art An automatic warehouse is a stacker crane type in which a movable carriage is provided with a lift that can be raised and lowered, a type in which the movable carriage only travels horizontally on rails, or a lift in which the movable carriage is only moved up and down. There are types that are configured in a shape. Among these, as a rack device in an automatic warehouse of a type in which a moving carriage only travels horizontally on rails, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-22642 discloses that the rails are fixed to front columns that are erected at appropriate intervals and the rails are sandwiched. A rear support frame that extends parallel to the rail is arranged at the rear support column that forms a pair with the front support column on the opposite side across the traveling path of the moving carriage, and in the depth direction in plan view between the rail and the rear support frame. The extending strip-shaped shelf boards are arranged at appropriate intervals, and each shelf board is fixed to the rail and the rear support frame with bolts or the like, and the adjacent shelf boards form a rectangular container (a box or a box). A structure adapted to support the side edge of the tray is disclosed.

In the case of a type in which luggage is stored in a container, such as the automatic warehouse of the above publication, since the container has sufficient strength, a space is provided between adjacent shelf boards. You may form. However, the means for storing and storing the luggage in the container has the drawbacks that the utilization efficiency of the space is low and it takes time to take the luggage in and out of the container. For this reason, recent automated warehouses are required to have a function of directly loading luggage of different sizes on a shelf without using a container. For that purpose, the entire bottom surface of the shelf is covered with a shelf board. There is a need.

In this case, the lateral distance between the columns supporting the shelves and the rails (the distance along the traveling direction of the moving carriage) needs to be as long as possible from the viewpoint of storage efficiency.
The width of the shelf board has a certain limit in terms of processing and carrying. Therefore, a plurality of shelves are arranged in parallel between the pair of columns adjacent to each other on the left and right. In other words, one storage area is composed of a plurality of shelves.

[0006] On the other hand, a transfer device for a movable carriage generally has a structure in which moving frames that move forward and backward toward the inside of the shelf are provided on both sides of the load carrying portion, and at the end of the moving frame. By moving the moving frame forward and backward while the picker provided is applied to the luggage, the luggage is transferred between the shelf and the moving carriage, and therefore the moving carriage also moves to the shelf. It is necessary to provide partitions according to the intervals between the frames.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides: "A front support post located near the traveling path of the moving carriage and a traveling path of the moving carriage on one or both sides of the traveling path of the moving carriage. A plurality of pairs of rear columns, which are located apart from each other, are erected at appropriate intervals along the traveling direction of the moving carriage, and a front support frame is provided between the adjacent front columns, and between the adjacent rear columns. A rear support frame is horizontally mounted on each of the racks, and a plurality of shelves are installed side by side between the front and rear support frames, so that the part between adjacent pairs of columns becomes one storage area. In the device, each of the shelves is set to have the same frontage dimension, and each of the shelves is placed on the front-rear support frame so as not to be displaced back and forth, and engaged with both side edges along the depth direction of each shelf. While making holes, overlap the partition members while straddling the side edges of the adjacent shelf plates. Partition members are also arranged at the parts located at both ends of the storage area, and half of the partition member with the longitudinal center line sandwiched therebetween is overlapped on the side edge of the shelf plate, and the partition member is provided with engaging holes of the shelf plate. An engaging claw that fits and engages so that it cannot be pulled out vertically is provided so as to project downward.Furthermore, partition members located at both ends of the storage area are brought into contact with the front and rear columns or the horizontal rail member mounted between the front and rear columns. Or it is made to approach. "

With this structure, since the adjacent shelves are in the same state as when they are connected to each other via the partition member, one shelving board constituting one storage area is one sheet. It becomes the same state as the plate-like connection, and as a result, the shelf device can have a sturdy structure without screwing the shelf plates one by one.

By the way, when one storage area is composed of a plurality of shelves, the side surfaces of the shelves located at both ends of the storage area are brought into contact with the support columns, in other words, one storage area is covered by the shelves without gaps. It is conceivable to cover it and partition the storage area with a partition member in that state. In that case, it is desirable to arrange the partition member at a position inside the storage area in a state of straddling the adjacent shelf plates from the viewpoint of effective use of space.

On the other hand, in order to secure a space for moving the moving frame in the moving carriage, it is necessary to provide partition members also at both ends near the supporting column, and when the shelf boards are arranged so as to hit the supporting column without any gap, Since the partition member located at the end of the storage area entirely overlaps the side edge of the shelf board,
The lateral width dimension of the shelf located at the end must be made larger than the lateral width dimensions of other shelf boards by half the lateral width dimension of the partition member, and the mounting position of the partition member must be changed.

Therefore, if the shelves are arranged without gaps between the adjacent columns, it is necessary to manufacture a plurality of kinds of shelves, which increases the manufacturing cost. On the other hand, according to the present invention, the partition member at any position,
Since each half sandwiching the center line overlaps the side edge of one shelf board, only one kind of each shelf board and partition member is required. In this case, since there is a gap between the shelf board and the support at the end of the storage area, half of the partition members located at the end of the storage area overhang the center line from the shelf. However, since the engaging claws of the partition member are fitted in the engaging holes of the shelf plate in a non-removable manner, the partition member does not fall off.

Therefore, according to the present invention, in a shelf device in which one storage area is composed of a plurality of shelves and is partitioned by a plurality of partition members, each of the shelves and partition members is of one type. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, according to the second aspect, the shelf plate can be attached by a very simple procedure of supporting the shelf plate by the front and rear partition members and then inserting the partition member into the front opening groove of the rear support frame. Not only can the labor for assembling the shelving device be reduced, but also the shelf plate, the rear support frame, and the partition member will be in a state of being integrally combined, so that there is an advantage that the strength can be improved.

The partition member 25 is attached in a state of being in contact with or close to the side surface of No. 2. Since there is only one type of each shelf 16 as described above, the shelf 16 located at the end of each storage area 3a
Between the column and the columns 17 and 22, there is a gap of half the width of the column 25. In other words, the partition member 25 located at the outermost end of the storage area 3a overlaps the shelf plate 16 only on one side across the center line, and in that state, the engaging claw 26 cannot be removed from the engaging hole 27. It is fitted and engaged.

Further, since the rail 2 and the rear support frame 21 are made of a metal plate, if the wall thickness is thin, an arrow A in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the rail 2 can be easily bent and deformed about the axis, but in the present invention, the rail 2 is fitted with the front end edge of the shelf 16 tightly with the step portion 2a of the rail 2. The rear end edge of the rail 2 and the rear end edge of the partition member 25 are fitted into the front opening groove 23 of the rear support frame 21 while being prevented from being deformed so as to be twisted about the axis, Since the rear support frame 21 is prevented from being deformed so as to bend around its axis, the rail 2 and the rear support frame 21 are prevented.
The strength of the shelf 3 can be improved without increasing the thickness.
