Referring to fig. 2, the structure of the storage module 12 will be further described below by taking the first beam 121, the second beam 122 and the third beam 123 as examples, and the configuration of the rest of the beams may be the same as that described below.
The first beam 121 may include a first guide portion 12a, a first support portion 12b, and a second support portion 12c. The cross section of the first cross beam 121 may be an inverted T-shape, the first guide portion 12a may be formed as a vertical portion of the T-shape, and the first and second support portions 12b and 12c may be formed as horizontal portions of the T-shape. The first support part 12b may be positioned at one side of the first guide part 12a, and the second support part 12c may be positioned at the other side of the first guide part 12 a. The thickness of the first guide part 12a may be 10mm to 14mm. The first stopper body 124 and the third stopper body 126 may be disposed on the first guide portion 12a and fixed with the first guide portion 12a, for example, the first stopper body 124 and the third stopper body 126 may be welded with the first beam 121. The first stopper body 124 may protrude toward one side (upper right side in fig. 1) of the first guide portion 12a, and the third stopper body 126 may protrude toward the other side (lower left side in fig. 1) of the first guide portion 12 a.
The second beam 122 may include a second guide portion 12d and a third support portion 12e. The cross section of the second cross member 122 may be L-shaped, the second guide portion 12d may be formed as a vertical portion of the L-shape, and the third support portion 12e may be formed as a horizontal portion of the L-shape. The thickness of the second guide part 12d may be 10mm to 14mm. The second guide portion 12d may be vertically disposed, and the third support portion 12e may be horizontally disposed and attached to the bridge 115. The second position-limiting body 125 may be disposed on the second guiding portion 12d and fixed with the second guiding portion 12d, for example, the second position-limiting body 125 may be welded with the second beam 122. The second stopper 125 may protrude toward the other side of the second guide portion 12 d.
The third cross member 123 may include a third guide portion 12f, a fourth support portion 12g, and a fifth support portion 12h. The cross section of the third cross member 123 may be an inverted T-shape, the third guide portion 12f may be formed as a vertical portion of the T-shape, and the fourth and fifth support portions 12g and 12h may be formed as horizontal portions of the T-shape. The fourth supporting portion 12g may be located at one side of the third guide portion 12f, and the fifth supporting portion 12h may be located at the other side of the third guide portion 12 f. The thickness of the third guide part 12f may be 10mm to 14mm. The third guide portion 12f may be vertically disposed, and the fourth and fifth support portions 12g and 12h may be horizontally disposed and attached to the bridge 115. The fourth and fifth position restricting bodies 127 and 128 may be provided to the third guide portion 12f and fixed to the third guide portion 12f, for example, the fourth and fifth position restricting bodies 127 and 128 may be welded to the third cross member 123. The fourth stopper 127 may protrude toward one side of the third guide portion 12f, and the fifth stopper 128 may protrude toward the other side of the third guide portion 12 f.
The first beam 121 and the second beam 122 may define a first slideway 12i and a third slideway 12k, and the spacing between the first beam 121 and the second beam 122 may be adapted to the width of the magazine 4. One end of the first slideway 12i and one end of the third slideway 12k may be arranged opposite to each other, and the other end of the first slideway 12i and the other end of the third slideway 12k may be arranged away from each other. The first and second spacing bodies 124, 125 may be located between one end of the first slideway 12i and one end of the third slideway 12k, such that the first slideway 12i and the third slideway 12k are separated by the first and second spacing bodies 124, 125. Under the restriction of the first stopper body 124 and the second stopper body 125, the bin 4 can enter and exit the first chute 12i only via the other end of the first chute 12i, and can enter and exit the third chute 12k only via the other end of the third chute 12k. The bin 4 entering the first chute 12i and the third chute 12k is slidable along the first chute 12i and the third chute 12k under the guidance of the first guide portion 12a and the second guide portion 12 d. At the same time, the magazine 4 may abut the first support 12b and the third support 12e, so that the first support 12b and the third support 12e can jointly support the magazine 4.
The first beam 121 and the third beam 123 may define a second slideway 12j and a fourth slideway 12m, and the spacing between the first beam 121 and the third beam 123 may be adapted to the width of the magazine 4. One end of the second slideway 12j and one end of the fourth slideway 12m may be arranged opposite to each other, and the other end of the second slideway 12j and the other end of the fourth slideway 12m may be arranged away from each other. The third spacing body 126 and the fourth spacing body 127 may be located between one end of the second slideway 12j and one end of the fourth slideway 12m, such that the second slideway 12j and the fourth slideway 12m are separated by the third spacing body 126 and the fourth spacing body 127. Under the restriction of the third stopper body 126 and the fourth stopper body 127, the bin 4 can enter and exit the second chute 12j only via the other end of the second chute 12j, and can enter and exit the fourth chute 12m only via the other end of the fourth chute 12m. The bins 4 that enter the second chute 12j and the fourth chute 12m can slide along the second chute 12j and the fourth chute 12m under the guidance of the first guide portion 12a and the third guide portion 12 f. At the same time, the magazine 4 may abut against the second support 12c and the fourth support 12g, so that the second support 12c and the fourth support 12g can jointly support the magazine 4.
Further, in the case where a plurality of cross beams are arranged side by side, the cross beam having an L-shaped cross section may be the first cross beam or the last cross beam in a row of cross beams. For example, in the present embodiment, the first beam 122 and the third beam 123 may have the same structure, and a plurality of first beams 121 or a plurality of third beams 123 may be located between two second beams 122.
In this way, by making the first runner 12i and the second runner 12j share the first cross member 121, the first runner 12i and the second runner 12j can have a smaller interval therebetween, so that the rack 1 can have a higher storage density. Given the same total volume of the bins 4 stored, the rack 1 can have a smaller volume, so that the rack 1 can have a lower material cost. Further, by providing a support portion on the cross beam, the cross beam can support the hopper 4 while guiding the hopper 4 to slide. The goods shelf 1 does not need to be additionally provided with a component for supporting the material box 4, so that the material box 4 can be stored more compactly in the vertical direction, thereby further improving the storage density and reducing the material cost of the goods shelf 1.
By forming the cross section of the cross beam into a T shape or an L shape, the guide portion can function as a reinforcing rib of the cross beam while playing a role of guiding, so that the cross beam can have high strength, and the shelf 1 has high load bearing capacity. Furthermore, by providing a third slide 12k, which is facing away from the first slide 12i, the magazine 4 can enter and leave the rack 1 from two opposite directions. In case the length of the cross beam is larger than the maximum length of the first telescopic mechanism 21 (see below), the first handling device 2 can still easily access the bin 4, so that the cross beam can have a longer length, thereby enabling to increase the storage capacity of the individual shelf 1. Further, by separating the first slide 12i and the third slide 12k, the bin 4 in the first slide 12i and the bin 4 in the third slide 12k do not collide with each other during sliding, so that the bin 4 in the first slide 12i is not ejected by the bin 4 in the third slide 12k, and the bin 4 in the third slide 12k is not ejected by the bin 4 in the first slide 12i, thereby avoiding the risk of the bin 4 falling.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the buffer assembly 13 may include a buffer frame 131, a guide frame 132, a channel 13a, and a two-dimensional code 13b. Specifically, the buffer rack 131 may be disposed on the buffer layer 11b, which may include a placement portion 13c and a limiting portion 13d. The placing portion 13c may be plate-shaped, and the stopper portion 13d may be provided at an edge of the placing portion 13c and protrude with respect to the placing portion 13 c. The length of the mounting portion 13c may be adapted to the length of the magazine 4, and the width of the mounting portion 13c may be smaller than the width of the magazine 4. The mounting portion 13c may be horizontally fixed to the bridge 115, and the plurality of buffer frames 131 may be arranged in two rows. The two rows of racks 131 may be spaced apart from each other and the passage 13a may be located between the two rows of racks 131 and extend through the entire shelf 1. A corresponding buffer position can be defined below each buffer rack 131, and each buffer position can be provided with a two-dimensional code 13b for distinguishing the buffer racks 131.
The guide frames 132 may be fixed to the bridge 115, and each two guide frames 132 may correspond to one buffer frame 131. The two guide frames 132 may be spaced apart from each other in the width direction of the placement portion 13c, and the interval between the two guide frames 132 may be adapted to the width of the magazine 4.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first handling device 2 may be an automated guided vehicle, which may include a suction cup, a first telescopic mechanism 21, a guide rail 22, a slider 23, and a first vehicle body 24. Specifically, the guide rail 22 may be fixed to the first vehicle body 24 and extend in a vertical direction, and the slider 23 may be mounted to the guide rail 22. The first retracting mechanism 21 may be mounted to the slider 23, and a suction cup may be provided at an end of the first retracting mechanism 21. The first telescopic mechanism 21 is telescopic in the horizontal direction so that the slider 23 and the suction cup can move closer to and away from each other in the horizontal direction.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the second handling device 3 may be an automated guided vehicle, which may include a tray 31, a second telescopic mechanism 32, and a second vehicle body 33. Specifically, the second telescopic mechanism 32 may be mounted to the second vehicle body 33, and the tray 31 may be provided to an end of the second telescopic mechanism 32. The second telescopic mechanism 32 is telescopic in the vertical direction so that the tray 31 and the second vehicle body 33 can be moved close to and away from each other in the vertical direction.
A warehousing method of a warehousing system is described below, which may generally include:
transporting the cargo to the storage layer 11a by the first transporting device 2;
transporting the goods from the storage floor 11a to the buffer floor 11b by the first transporting device 2; and
the second conveyance device 3 moves the load away from the buffer floor 11b.
Specifically, when the bin 4 needs to be stored on the shelf 1, the bin 4 may be sucked by the suction cups, and the first vehicle body 24 may transport the bin 4 to a target position beside the shelf 1. After the first vehicle body 24 reaches the target position, the slide block 23 may be moved along the guide rail 22 so that the bin 4 is lifted to a height corresponding to the storage level 11 a. Then, as shown in fig. 4, the first telescoping mechanism 21 can be extended, and the bin 4 can enter the chute by the driving of the first telescoping mechanism 21. After the material box 4 completely enters the slideway, the suction cup can be separated from the material box 4, and the first telescopic mechanism 21 can be shortened to the minimum length.
When it is desired to dispense the magazines 4 stored on the rack 1, the first handling device 2 can remove the magazines 4 from the slide by means of the first telescopic mechanism 21 and the suction cups. After the magazine 4 has been removed, the slide 23 can be moved along the guide rail 22 so that the magazine 4 is lowered to a level corresponding to the buffer level 11b. Next, as shown in fig. 5, the first stretching mechanism 21 can be stretched, and the magazine 4 can slide relative to the placement portion 13c under the drive of the first stretching mechanism 21 and the guide of the guide frame 132. After the material box 4 is fully attached to the carrying part 13c, the material box 4 just can abut against the limiting part 13d. Thereafter, as shown in fig. 6, the second conveyance device 3 can enter the lane 13a and move to the buffer position below the placement portion 13 c. The second telescopic mechanism 32 is extendable, and the tray 31 can lift the magazine 4 from between the mounting portion 13c and the guide frame 132 by driving of the second telescopic mechanism 32, so that the magazine 4 is separated from the mounting portion 13 c. After the bottom of the bin 4 is higher than the top of the position-limiting portion 13d, the bin 4 may leave the channel 13a together with the second conveying device 3, as shown in fig. 7.
Further, the second handling device 3 can distinguish different buffer racks 131 by the two-dimensional code 13b and can move between different buffer positions according to the path as shown in fig. 8, so that the bins 4 can be efficiently distributed. The second handling device 3 can enter the buffer position along a curved path and can leave the buffer position along a curved path.
The present application has at least the following advantages.
(i) By making the first runner 12i and the second runner 12j share the first cross member 121, the first runner 12i and the second runner 12j can have a smaller spacing therebetween, so that the rack 1 can have a higher storage density. Given the same total volume of the stored magazines 4, the pallet 1 can have a smaller volume, so that the pallet 1 can have a lower material cost.
(ii) By forming the cross section of the cross beam into a T shape or an L shape, the guide portion can function as a reinforcing rib of the cross beam while playing a role of guiding, so that the cross beam can have high strength, and the shelf 1 has high load bearing capacity.
(iii) By providing a third slide 12k, facing away from the first slide 12i, the magazine 4 can enter and leave the rack 1 from two opposite directions. In the case that the length of the cross beam is greater than the maximum length of the first telescopic mechanism 21, the first carrying device 2 can still easily access the bin 4, so that the cross beam can have a longer length, and the storage capacity of a single rack 1 can be improved.
(iv) By separating the first chute 12i and the third chute 12k, the bin 4 in the first chute 12i and the bin 4 in the third chute 12k do not collide with each other during sliding, so that the bin 4 in the first chute 12i is not ejected by the bin 4 in the third chute 12k, nor is the bin 4 in the third chute 12k ejected by the bin 4 in the first chute 12i, thereby avoiding the risk of the bin 4 falling.
