Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a clincher mechanism for an electric stapler, and more particularly, to an electric stapler having a mechanism for cutting a staple leg, the staple leg being driven into a material to be sewn. The present invention relates to a clincher mechanism that bends a portion along a back surface of a material to be sewn. 2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 4 shows a clincher mechanism in a conventional electric stapler. In this clincher mechanism, the tip of a movable clincher 20 is located near both sides of a cutting hole 22 formed in a clincher guide 21, and a driver 23 is driven to cause a staple 24 to penetrate a material to be sewn 26 on a binding table 25. The tip of the leg 24a of the staple 24 is guided to the cutting hole 22, and the cutter 27 is moved to the clincher guide 2.
After cutting the tip of the leg 24a protruding into the cutting hole 22 from the rear of the cutting hole 22 forward from the back, the movable clincher 20 is rotated to attach the leg 24a of the staple 24 to the material 26 to be sewn. It was folded along the back. However, since the movable clincher 20 described above must prevent the tip 20a from hitting the cutter 27, the movable clincher 20 has
Cannot be formed long, so that only the root of the staple can be pushed when the leg 24a of the driven staple 24 is bent, and the staple 24 is rotated until the tip 20a of the movable clincher 20 projects from the upper surface of the spelling table 25. When moved, only the tip portion 20a is bent in a state of linearly contacting the outer surface of the leg portion 24a. And finally, the tip 2
0a strongly presses the vicinity of the base of the leg 24a against the back surface of the material 26, so that the tip of the leg 24a of the staple warps and separates from the back surface of the material 26 to be stapled. There was a risk of injury at the tip of 24a. [0004] The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and the legs of the staple bent along the back surface of the material to be driven do not warp from the back surface of the material to be sewn, and the leading end does not separate from the back surface of the material to be driven. It is an object of the present invention to provide a clincher mechanism for an electric stapler capable of spelling safely and with good appearance. [0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a movable clincher mechanism in an electric stapler according to the present invention is arranged such that legs of a staple penetrating a material to be sewn are moved forward and backward at a predetermined interval. Insert into the clincher guides arranged side by side, expose the excess part of the legs to the cut holes formed through the front and rear of the clincher guide, push off the exposed legs, and remove the remaining legs. In an electric stapler, which is disposed on both sides of the cutting hole and is bent inward by being pressed inward by a movable clincher rotatably supported by the clincher guide, a distal end portion of the movable clincher that receives the staples is rotated by the movable clincher. When the staple is moving, it comes into planar contact with the outer surface of the tip of the staple leg.
It is characterized in that it is formed so as to be pressed inward in the state in which it is laid. 1 (a) and 1 (b) are front and side sectional views of a main part of a clincher mechanism of an electric stapler.
This electric stapler drives a driver 1 by an electric motor provided in a magazine a to drive a staple 2 into a sewn material 3 on a spelling base 10 of a base b.
Is inserted into two clincher guides 4 arranged side by side at predetermined intervals at a predetermined interval, and is pressed inward by a movable clincher 7 supported on a shaft 9 of the clincher guide 4. Bend it. In addition,
The movable clincher 7 is driven by a vertical movement of a drive lever 8. The electric stapler is provided with a cutting mechanism for cutting an excess portion of the leg 2a penetrating the material 3 and projecting to the back side thereof. This cutting mechanism includes a cutting hole 5 formed in the clincher guide 4 and a cutting hole 5.
And a cutter 6 provided so as to be able to come and go. The cutter 6 is driven by a motor different from the electric motor. Note that the movable clinchers 7 are arranged on both sides of the cutting hole 5. As shown in detail in FIG. 3, the upper surface 11 of the movable clincher 7 for receiving the staples 2 is further bent inward when the leading ends of the staple legs 2a penetrating the material 3 are engaged. As a whole, it slopes low inward. And the tip side upper surface portion 11a
Are formed so as to come into planar contact with the outer side surfaces of the staple legs during rotation. The tip 12 is also formed in a rounded shape. The tip surface of the movable clincher 7 is formed so as not to enter the inside of the cutting hole 5 during rotation. In the above configuration, when the driver 1 is driven and the leg 2a of the staple 2 projects downward through the material 3 as shown in FIG. And two clincher guides 4 arranged side by side
Introduced within. If the length of the leg portion 2a of the staple projecting to the back side is too long, the leg portion 2a is too thin.
Excess portions are exposed in the cutting holes 5. At this time, the leg 2a
Are guided to engage with the upper surface 11 of the movable clincher 7 and bend inward. Here, when the cutter 6 operates and enters the cutting hole 5, an excess portion of the leg 2 a exposed in the cutting hole 5 is pushed off by the cutter 6. After the operation of the cutting mechanism, the drive lever 8 of the clincher mechanism is operated and the movable clincher 7 is rotated, so that the movable clincher 7 is in contact with the upper surface 11 of the movable clincher 7 as shown in FIGS. Leg 2
The tip of a is pushed up and bent inward. The upper surface 11a of the movable clincher 7 is formed so as to come into planar contact with the outer surface of the leg of the staple during rotation. FIG. 3 is a bending mode diagram showing how the staple leg 2a is bent together with the tip-side upper surface 11a that moves as the movable clincher 7 rotates.
As shown in (c), in the first half of the rotation range of the movable clincher 7, the tip-side upper surface portion 11 a rises substantially vertically and has a large gradient, so that the leg portion 2 a of the staple 2 has the movable clincher 7. And bends while sliding along the top surface 11a of the tip side. For this reason, leg 2
The bending of a is performed smoothly. As the movable clincher 7 further rotates and ascends as shown in FIGS.
a becomes gentle, so that the leg 2a of the staple 2
Becomes difficult to slide. However, at this time, the top surface 11a on the distal end side of the movable clincher 7 moves outward (outward), that is, toward the base of the staple leg 2a. Therefore, the length from the base of the leg 2a to the portion in contact with the top surface 11a of the movable clincher 7 on the distal side is shortened, and the leg 2a in this portion is not easily deformed. It slides more smoothly along the upper surface portion 11a, and the bending is performed well. The movable clincher 7 finally stops rotating in a state where the top surface 11a on the distal end side is horizontal. The distal-side upper surface portion 11a abuts against the staple leg 2a in a planar manner and presses against the back surface of the material 3 to be sewn. However, the pushing force of the movable clincher 7 does not concentrate on one point of the leg 2a. The phenomenon that the portion 2a warps and separates from the back surface of the material 3 to be sewn does not occur. In this way, the staple 2 has the shape shown in FIG. After the completion of the spelling operation, the movable clincher 7 returns to the initial position and is ready for the next spelling. As described above, the upper surface 11a of the movable clincher 7 on the distal end side is formed so as to come into planar contact with the outer surface of the leg 2a of the staple 2 when rotating.
The legs 2a of the staple are bent well, and the legs 2a do not warp when the legs 2a are finally pressed against the back surface of the material 3 to be sewn. Therefore, the clinch shape becomes beautiful, and it is possible to prevent trouble such as injuring the tip of the staple 2 with the fingertip.
